Your videos are the first ones that make it so easy to understand. Thank you for really breaking things down, I’m new to this so all this info is gold!
Waiting for my press. Hopefully be here next week. Question....is it hard to get the customer that wants 100 shirts? I know I'm just starting out and I watch every video you post
You know this business at your finger tips, but I am not computer literate, that is holding me back.I can text, send, post,I need more on computer use to do this business.I really need this
The hardest part of the gameplan is you gotta try to book multiple clients at the same time to maximize the large gang sheets. I love when things line up perfectly!
or you get one client. and the rest of that sheet can be filled with your own designs for your own brand or projects. you sell those for retail and turn a bigger profit than whats shown in the vid. any client i get, i fill the sheet up regardless. that makes all my brand designs free. client pays for the sheet, my designs get printed on that sheet. client gets their shirts and i get my prints. it will always be a win win bro
hows the white opacity of the hot split as opposed to the goofproof? I like goofproof but will try out hot split if you recommend it. Thanks for sharing
not as opaque as goof proof. out of the two. goof proof would have the higher opacity. in screen print terms, goof proof would be 3 passes of white on black and hot split would be 2 passes of white on black. hope that helps
How to costing sublimation t-shirt? Here in my country 100pcs a4 size subli paper cost $3.50, subli ink $6 per 100ml bottle (I'm using 4 color printer), t-shirt around $1.50.
Awesome information My question is, when ganging designs… is there a process to guarantee exact size needed of design when putting on sheet? Or is it guessing? Thanks for your help!🙏🏽
Brandoh b busy knocking these out for us. I wanted to use hot-split the minute I seen it but my designs were already finished in a PNG file so I have to go full color. I hired out to fiverr and that's what I received so nice learning curve there. Still trying to figure out what size to lay them out on the 18" sheet to get the most out of my money while still having a fairly decent design. I don't have any chest or sleeve hits so hoping I can get three fronts on a sheet, still playing. Timely video, thanks.
But how many shirts you buying to get at $2.50 each though? You need 400 for this example yeah? so a grand off top? Or no? Or this example only work if you already have tees on deck?
nah. i put them in envelopes, leave'em in the box they were shipped in, put them in big ziplocks, put them loose on a shelf, find a desk top file, or folders or tool box. whatever you want. as long as it aint crazy humid in your work space your good. if it his humid, put them in ziploc bags with silica packs
Much love for all the knowledge g 🙏🏽 Boutta run thiss!! One question, you ever try the puff ink transfers from Stahls? Boutta do a run where my design makes puff vinyl and weeding wayyy too time consuming, noticed the puff ink on Stahls and seems to be same price Pressed the puff sample from the Stahl's sample pack and was quite surprised, on first press SEEMED way more solid and adhered better to the shirt, just wanted to get some more opinions before dropping all out on the transfers, cant seem to find much videos or info on the stuff. Might just ask for more samples, ha! Either way thanks for everything, keep killin shyt g! 🤘🏽
you charge the customer whatever you want. they dont need to see $180 ever. if this confuses you, i personally cant help you. $180 is what you see only. when you buy Shoes, Do you see how much Nike pays to have the shoes made? No. you see the price that Nike sets. same goes for this, YOU set the price for your customer. they dont need to know what you buy the transfers for.
He is paying $180 for the 100 print sheets which has 6 designs on each so he gets 600 designs in all...so 1 customer just basically paid for all the other customers prints...simple and economical business.
This is why people don’t want to pay $20 for a t shirt. I think explaining how cheap it is to get material gives customers the misconception that the shirts you create are not worth the price. How do you price your shirts to make profit? This video makes it sound like your ripping people off.
hahahaa if you aint in business to turn a profit you shouldnt be in business! hahahahaa sourcing materials to increase your margins is part of the business. If you watched this video and think im ripping people off, you must think labor should be free. hahahahaaa
@@BigBrandoh of course you’re not ripping people off. I said “people” don’t want to pay $20 for a T. That’s because when they see videos just showing how cheap to get the material they think they should pay $10 and be cheap about it. You should include the time, effort and investment that goes into it. It makes since to me as a business owner. What I’m saying is individual videos like this makes people feel ripped off (it’s what I’ve heard from others) I find myself on fb explaining to be people that that there’s more to it than just cheap material. I think paying $20-$30 or more is worth it depending on the design and quality of material ;) I’m not bashing on you at all. ✊🏼
in general i think people always explore a cheaper route ho matter what. its in everybodys DNA as a customer. in our business as small businesses, we deal with bargain shoppers. Our customer service has to show the client what they are paying for. not an explanation but more of a demonstration. alot of my clients understand my process and pricing. Most continued to do business with me because of my attention to quality control and also standing behind my work. if at any time a clients low balls me or complains about my pricing i refuse to work with them from that point on
@@BigBrandoh well said. Thanks for your attention. This is why people say Walmart is closing businesses down 😂😂 I look at their products and be like, well, they’re making $3-$5 on that shirt😂😂

Thanks for the detailed info! Do you keep inventory?
i control my inventory by stocking blank shirts and only pressing shirts as orders come in
Thanx for sharing..I didn't know you can gang sheet with multiple designs... truly appreciate the game.. 🙏
Thanks my friend 😎
How do you set your Shopify store up to take custom orders while sorting out people who want to waste your time?
this is a good question. I hate the "Leave a email for custom Quote" BS! there should be a way to have a basic list

whatever you send them is what they print. you create the design size and you create the gang sheet. i have vids on this process

Top of the line info Brah
But how many shirts you buying to get at $2.50 each though? You need 400 for this example yeah? so a grand off top? Or no? Or this example only work if you already have tees on deck?
nope. buy direct from manufacturer. order 1 shirt if you want. for that price or order 1,000 same price per shirt.
Does it have to be unique designs that can only be put on the transfers or can you add already existing logos?
transfers companies will not print any trademarked logos unless you own the trademark or have a license for that trademark.
Thank you for the free game!
What kind of ink is needed for transfer printing
with these Screen Printed transfers. They are using plastisol ink pushed thru a screen
Is there a specific way to store transfer

i just bought a single screen printer now regretting my decision kind of
no regrets. use that screen print set up to make money! switch your operation up after you make enough money to explore other print options.
