My covert narcissist recently discarded me after a 3 month love bombing that completely tore my heart out. Most of this relationship played out via messenger. We only physically met a handful of times. Many planned meetups were cancelled by her at the very last minute without any type of meaningful apology. These were the first big red flags. The final discard occurred on the evening that we were to consummate the relationship. Took me to the edge, then abruptly made an about face, made up some bizarre story about how she resents and doesn’t trust me, and then completely disappeared for 2 weeks and wouldn’t respond to my requests for an explanation of what happened. Interestingly, during the getting to know eachother LB phase, part of the narrative she built for herself is that she is a frustrated performing artist at heart and has many performing artist friends whom she connects with. There’s no actual evidence of this. She’s a different kind of actor for real though. The way that she keeps from getting caught is to live a life of secrecy by making herself a pariah in town. She identifies as a witch. What a cover story! So that means she can be “careful and secretive” about who she allows to get close in a way that justifies all of her cloak and dagger behavior. Her backstory is a rich tapestry of how half of the town conspires against her and persecutes her for her spiritual beliefs. Behind the facade, she’s one of the most brilliant people I’ve ever met. And gorgeous too. It’s not my first go round with a narcissist but it is my first time recognizing it for what it is. The internet and the Information Age shines a light on narcissists for the vampires that they are. It’s really difficult for them to keep doing what they do these days without getting exposed and shared. Beware of elaborate stories that justify secret lives like those of my narc.
Same story, different girl. Same songs played, restaurants frequented, trips taken, etc., but they just trade out the “placeholder”. It’s wash, rinse, repeat until death for the narcissist. No happy ending, no connection, and we have the opportunity to have genuine happiness and a fulfilling life and connection with someone. Get off their hamster wheel spinning your wheels and going nowhere, and heal, grow, and wait for someone deserving of you. 🙌🏼❤️
That's why am convicted that they are the human devil agents. He helps them because he needs them to thrive. Their cunning ways work for them, the devil has powers too, it's a spiritual battle.
Narcs look for someone who will admire them, and think the world of them but most of all, they want someone who is SO smitten with them, that they allow their bad behavior to slide. That's how they maintain their long relationships. The new supply would rather keep the narc than break-up.

He did a whole smear campaign and everything. But he's still calling & texting me even though he's blocked. Created a fake page to watch mines. I think mine FELT like he changed. His daughter even said she had never seen him happier and how ‘amazed’ she was at how much he had changed being with me. I actually didn’t even like him initially, but then a shift happened. I left town for a short stint and when I came back , he was literally a different person. At some point, I asked him what happened; he said it was me. 💯 it was ; I essentially fell in love with all my own qualities and character traits that he was embodying. When I finally saw the mask come down a year later, I swear to God, I had NO idea who that person was. It was the most horrifying shit I have ever experienced with another human being. That was enough for me. Almost a year 💯 no contact.

After 23 years of marriage my covert narc husband discarded me an immediately he was parading the new supply all over town and on social media, something he never did with me, he never shared pictures of me on FB. Karma kicked in, that woman was a full blown promiscuous narcissist. She fooled him, she acted like a decent woman at the beginning, when they were together someone exposed her for the slut that she is, she cheated on him with more that one guy, he was so humiliated. They lasted about 5 months, he finally walked out. That woman is ugly, she is addicted to plastic surgery, she looks almost like a transvestite, people tell me that I am attractive, I am on the slender side and always took care of what I eat. These narcs don't make sense. Don't feel bad if they don't give you your place, that's what they do.
My ex got cheating and of course denied it saying she was just a friend. I’ve been no contact but someone sent me a pic of the new supply’s Facebook where she declared she’s in a relationship with him. Pics of them together on a bed covered in roses. I just came to the realization that I was the New Supply, 33 yrs ago. And now I'm looking at his ex in a whole new light. He painted her as a worthless bum for years! Still talks about her like a dog. Had my mind twisted thinking how bad she was. She's probably been watching this narc show all this time, with buttered popcorn and a cold root beer, laughing at my dumb 🐴

I blocked off my ex from everything. He created a fake profile to check up on me but made the mistake to comment and I just NEW it was him so I blocked that profile too. 😂 I don’t want to know or see anything.
I haven't had mine try to use a fake profile (yet?), but it would be easy for me to sniff him out because his spelling and grammar sucks, and he has a distinctive way of misspelling a particular word - it's as hilarious as it is pathetic! 😂

My sister is the family narc. She flipped from being this world loving vegan who was all for saving the world to a meat loving giant gas guzzling truck junkie who is in a car club almost overnight. She went years talking down to anyone who ate animal products and would force people around her to eat like her, then that boyfriend left her and she suddenly is BBQ queen driving a lifted truck and driving around town to show it off. It was literally overnight and the craziest thing.

And now she's going on cannabis farm trips and joining new groups made for specific "cannabis consumers". Again this was like literally overnight. And now all she posts are selfies of herself smoking this stuff while driving or sitting alone in my parents backyard (she had to move in with my parents because she can't afford to live on her own) this is truly bizarre behavior.

He called me lazy because I work from home and tried to convince me he was happy. I cut him off again and told him we are happy over here sir and kick rocks. This is one way people try to justify this behavior: "They just weren't that interested in you but they are interested in this new person." You have to be so careful with that. I get it if for example I have a crush on someone and I'm texting them and asking them out and they're kinda being nice and polite but ultimately they're not really going out with me or answering my texts, and then they meet someone new who they start going out with and texting all the time. That's a situation where the person wasn't interested in me then ended up interested in someone else. However a situation where someone texts me and asks me out and love bombs me and then abuses and discards me only to love bomb someone else... That's different.

I have a child with a narc. He is extra considerate and "pleasant" when he's single. The minute he gets a new gf he starts treating me like straight shit. Thank goodness I don't need to deal with him only when he decides to take his son for a less than 24 hour visit. This is the 3rd relationship he's claimed but has many more of course so I know his patterns. I also don't have any desire to know what he's doing online or in real life. Now he'll be so into ñove bombing this new supply that he'll leave me alone, thank goodness!

They try to change for the person to be ideal for them. But they never change that's the problem, they probably think they will never be good enough for anyone, but they try to be for a short while. And then comes the conflict part, they have done a lot of bad things in their past, it would take courage to change and admit it. The feeling they give to you, is the feeling they feel inside a lot. I feel like narcissism is actually result of thinking that you can't control anything in your life. They kind of try to control everything, but that's impossible. Then the conflict inside them will feel like it's burning their soul. The reason they want to make other people to feel strong feelings is because then they know exactly what the other person is thinking. Then they can feel safe for a short moment. But then the person is calm again, you lose sight again what they are thinking. Endless cycle. What narcissist need is courage to feel empathy, and courage to let go of their past. Also courage to accept that you can't control everything and that's ok, you will survive.

Mine has been with his new supply for two years now - same time as we’ve been no contact. They look so happy on Facebook. Lots of PDA. He got her pregnant within 4 months and they’re now engaged. She’s 20 years his junior. She was 19 and he was 39 two years ago when he got with her and discarded me after I had to get the police involved due to his behaviour. For some reason, he’s unblocked me on Facebook, but never attempts to talk to me. He must love to know that I’m torturing myself watching their little perfect life. They split up temporarily last year and she was openly calling him “scum” on his profile, but they very quickly got back together. Last week, I received a message request from a fake profile, which I highly suspected was him. I don’t ever get any spam mail and he used to create fake profiles all of the time. A lot of how this person said things was just like my ex. But then yesterday, I looked on my blocked list at his profile picture and he’s still very much with her and they’re all over each other in the picture, kissing. So must not have been him, although my gut was screaming at me that it was. I totally get everything you’re saying in this video, but from everything I’ve seen on his profile, he really does look like he’s changed for her and he’s totally in love. It still hurts me on a daily basis and I keep blaming myself.

My BIL is a narcissist and he said to my husband that he was soooo in love with a girl whom his parents adore (to pit her against me, cause they hate my guts). He had also gotten a card and a birthday gift from a man who said to let him know when he's decided if he is straight. So he didn't even know if he liked girls! So that's two women he fully cheated on with another woman and another man. And he was trying to make me jealous about how much his new gf was making him sooo happy especially because his family has practically adopted her. My husband and I went no contact after he viciously abused and defrauded us with his parents and gf. Best part? The gf loved abusing my husband and I by proxy but she became the nee scapegoat and gained a shitton of weight and her hair looks fried and she looks dead on her feet all the time (she had loved it when I gained a lot of weight from depression and she was now in my shoes). And now we heard she is being triangulated with the same ex gf BIL declared a cheater. Took 4 years for all this to play out. I hurt so much when I saw how my in laws and the gf paraded that relationship online when they were telling everyone I was a whore who stole their son. After we realized the truth, I couldn't help but laugh and laugh. Hope that puts some stuff in perspective. Don't feel bad. He's a loser who is so obsessed with you that his whole relationship is about showing off to you. My MIL/FIL/BIL all spent tens of thousands and sooo much time and effort curating that loving family picture to hurt my husband and I. It's not just romantic relationships, this is textbook with every narc relationship. Even my old narc boss tried showing off her subordinates who helped her abuse me at work with bullying and racism. This person would lie about everything just to establish a rapport with me. Some of the lies were outlandish and stupid to be honest. I like when peeople are genuine. At first I thought he was doing it because of his profession but then the lies became worse. However the girl he used to hug in front of me all of sudden behaves very awkwardly with him. She began to tremble and move away from him everytime she was near him. He would try to use me to triangulate her smh. I feel bad for the other girl because he obviously took her out and slept with her. She gave it up too quick. This guy does semen retention not for spiritual reasons but to attract females. Anyway I have never seen the girl again and the guy got injured. He has been through some misfortunes in the six months I have known him. 😕
They also change their personalities to fit their new supply…like my ex claims he was really conservative but he mostly dated liberals and even was previously married to a liberal woman who banned him from bringing guns into their home. However with me, all be ever talked about was how much he hated liberals and this and that. I was also considerably younger than other women he dated so he always tried to act like he was young or with it…now of course, one cannot confuse immaturity with trying to be “hip” haha he always ended up making himself look like a fool regardless. Who knows what mask and personality he’s wearing these days…
I watched them playing the same lovebomb games with potential new supply when being triangulated. It was pathetic to watch. Different details but same process.
After a year long relationship with lots of ups and downs his last words to me were of all the things he was going to work on to be better now that we were expecting a baby. The next week I got no response from my texts or calls. When I finally got through, it was a girl (I say girl because no woman would be ok with this) he let answer his phone who proceeded to tell me hes moved on . That was how he chose to dismiss me and our unborn son from his life.
I will never take my ex-wife back. She abused me and the children, used us up and then moved 1500 miles away and signed her rights to the children away in court. She had a new supply that’s 9 years younger than me within a week. Poor kids doesn’t even know what’s coming.

In my experience yes, I could even see him 🤔 thinking sometimes like “owh shit that was the other one I did that with”. Its horrific. I actually called him out on it saying to him “oopsie wrong woman” and he quickly discarded me after that. He is now taking the new person on every date i ever asked him to go on with me, being the perfect boyfriend with her, using everything on her that he knew I so much wanted. Its evil just plain evil. No contact now for three months (he overlapped her with me for six turned out) and he couldnt change his masks quickly enough so I saw him getting his acts mixed up. 😢 everything i hoped for she is getting now. You know what he actually does? I suddenly saw it! His whole social media is one big graveyard of old supplies, current supplies and still to be groomed supplies. So he doesn’t actually post pictures of him with his new girlfriend, he only puts her insta name in his photo stories (not the posts cause chicks can comment under them! Story comments nobody can see the comments there). It just dawned on me!! He dumped me in june turned out he has a girlfriend for six months already while seeing me for 4,5 years. 💔. But he doesn’t post her on social. He cant! Cause he would lose all his backup and lined up supply! They are soooo cunning and sneaky I am so heartbroken 😔 we were together for years but my blinders are coming off and I just noticed this shit!

I have BPD and I used to leave my narc all the time bc I never believed him. Now he’s triangulated with this stripper chick he used to date, and now he’s fucking her while he’s at work and telling me about it then saying he didn’t say any of that. I struggle with my mental health and I wish he wouldn’t do that to me. I wish he’d just break up with me properly so I never come back again. He’s made albums about me and sacrificed so much. Please help. I have no issue with him being with new supply, it actually leads to him treating me a bit better. We coparent and our daughter is older so we had agreed when we got divorced to keep our dating time to time without our kid until she graduates, but of course he doesn't want to do this. It's really messing with our daughter how he won't respect HER boundaries. We already lost a daughter to suicide and i have so much trouble letting go of her getting hurt. Advice?

He made it seem like he was living his best life when he called himself finding better but life is still declining as I type.. So I know he getting his karma due to his actions towards me. Took me to the edge, then abruptly made an about face, made up some bizarre story about how she resents and doesn’t trust me, and then completely disappeared for 2 weeks and wouldn’t respond to my requests for an explanation of what happened.
Interestingly, during the getting to know eachother LB phase, part of the narrative she built for herself is that she is a frustrated performing artist at heart and has many performing artist friends whom she connects with. There’s no actual evidence of this. She’s a different kind of actor for real though.
The way that she keeps from getting caught is to live a life of secrecy by making herself a pariah in town.
She identifies as a witch. What a cover story! So that means she can be “careful and secretive” about who she allows to get close in a way that justifies all of her cloak and dagger behavior. Her backstory is a rich tapestry of how half of the town conspires against her and persecutes her for her spiritual beliefs.
Behind the facade, she’s one of the most brilliant people I’ve ever met. And gorgeous too.
It’s not my first go round with a narcissist but it is my first time recognizing it for what it is.
The internet and the Information Age shines a light on narcissists for the vampires that they are. It’s really difficult for them to keep doing what they do these days without getting exposed and shared. Beware of elaborate stories that justify secret lives like those of my narc.

No happy ending, no connection, and we have the opportunity to have genuine happiness and a fulfilling life and connection with someone. I think mine FELT like he changed. His daughter even said she had never seen him happier and how ‘amazed’ she was at how much he had changed being with me.
I actually didn’t even like him initially, but then a shift happened. I left town for a short stint and when I came back , he was literally a different person. At some point, I asked him what happened; he said it was me. 💯 it was ; I essentially fell in love with all my own qualities and character traits that he was embodying.
When I finally saw the mask come down a year later, I swear to God, I had NO idea who that person was. It was the most horrifying shit I have ever experienced with another human being. That was enough for me. Almost a year 💯 no contact.

After 23 years of marriage my covert narc husband discarded me an immediately he was parading the new supply all over town and on social media, something he never did with me, he never shared pictures of me on FB. Karma kicked in, that woman was a full blown promiscuous narcissist. She fooled him, she acted like a decent woman at the beginning, when they were together someone exposed her for the slut that she is, she cheated on him with more that one guy, he was so humiliated. They lasted about 5 months, he finally walked out. That woman is ugly, she is addicted to plastic surgery, she looks almost like a transvestite, people tell me that I am attractive, I am on the slender side and always took care of what I eat. These narcs don't make sense. Don't feel bad if they don't give you your place, that's what they do.
My ex got cheating and of course denied it saying she was just a friend. My sister is the family narc. She flipped from being this world loving vegan who was all for saving the world to a meat loving giant gas guzzling truck junkie who is in a car club almost overnight. She went years talking down to anyone who ate animal products and would force people around her to eat like her, then that boyfriend left her and she suddenly is BBQ queen driving a lifted truck and driving around town to show it off. It was literally overnight and the craziest thing.

And now she's going on cannabis farm trips and joining new groups made for specific "cannabis consumers". Again this was like literally overnight. And now all she posts are selfies of herself smoking this stuff while driving or sitting alone in my parents backyard (she had to move in with my parents because she can't afford to live on her own) this is truly bizarre behavior.

You have to be so careful with that. I get it if for example I have a crush on someone and I'm texting them and asking them out and they're kinda being nice and polite but ultimately they're not really going out with me or answering my texts, and then they meet someone new who they start going out with and texting all the time. That's a situation where the person wasn't interested in me then ended up interested in someone else. However a situation where someone texts me and asks me out and love bombs me and then abuses and discards me only to love bomb someone else... That's different.

I have a child with a narc. He is extra considerate and "pleasant" when he's single. The minute he gets a new gf he starts treating me like straight shit. Thank goodness I don't need to deal with him only when he decides to take his son for a less than 24 hour visit. This is the 3rd relationship he's claimed but has many more of course so I know his patterns. I also don't have any desire to know what he's doing online or in real life. They try to change for the person to be ideal for them. But they never change that's the problem, they probably think they will never be good enough for anyone, but they try to be for a short while. And then comes the conflict part, they have done a lot of bad things in their past, it would take courage to change and admit it.
The feeling they give to you, is the feeling they feel inside a lot. I feel like narcissism is actually result of thinking that you can't control anything in your life. They kind of try to control everything, but that's impossible. Then the conflict inside them will feel like it's burning their soul. The reason they want to make other people to feel strong feelings is because then they know exactly what the other person is thinking. Then they can feel safe for a short moment. But then the person is calm again, you lose sight again what they are thinking. Endless cycle. What narcissist need is courage to feel empathy, and courage to let go of their past. Also courage to accept that you can't control everything and that's ok, you will survive.

Mine has been with his new supply for two years now - same time as we’ve been no contact. They look so happy on Facebook. Lots of PDA. He got her pregnant within 4 months and they’re now engaged. She’s 20 years his junior. She was 19 and he was 39 two years ago when he got with her and discarded me after I had to get the police involved due to his behaviour. For some reason, he’s unblocked me on Facebook, but never attempts to talk to me. He must love to know that I’m torturing myself watching their little perfect life.
They split up temporarily last year and she was openly calling him “scum” on his profile, but they very quickly got back together.
Last week, I received a message request from a fake profile, which I highly suspected was him. I don’t ever get any spam mail and he used to create fake profiles all of the time. A lot of how this person said things was just like my ex. But then yesterday, I looked on my blocked list at his profile picture and he’s still very much with her and they’re all over each other in the picture, kissing. So must not have been him, although my gut was screaming at me that it was. I totally get everything you’re saying in this video, but from everything I’ve seen on his profile, he really does look like he’s changed for her and he’s totally in love. It still hurts me on a daily basis and I keep blaming myself.
It's definitely him. So pathetic how they pretend to be happy with one but they can't wait to get new supply elsewhere again. My BIL is a narcissist and he said to my husband that he was soooo in love with a girl whom his parents adore (to pit her against me, cause they hate my guts). At the same time, he was on dating apps trying to get with girls who were hot and loaded and was also on and off with his ex and then destroyed her reputation by claiming she cheated on him when he was already official with the first girl and casually dating the second, all secretly. It wasn't until my husband and I discussed what we were told that we realized he was with 3 girls at once! He had also gotten a card and a birthday gift from a man who said to let him know when he's decided if he is straight. So he didn't even know if he liked girls! So that's two women he fully cheated on with another woman and another man. And he was trying to make me jealous about how much his new gf was making him sooo happy especially because his family has practically adopted her. My husband and I went no contact after he viciously abused and defrauded us with his parents and gf. Best part? The gf loved abusing my husband and I by proxy but she became the nee scapegoat and gained a shitton of weight and her hair looks fried and she looks dead on her feet all the time (she had loved it when I gained a lot of weight from depression and she was now in my shoes). And now we heard she is being triangulated with the same ex gf BIL declared a cheater. Took 4 years for all this to play out. I hurt so much when I saw how my in laws and the gf paraded that relationship online when they were telling everyone I was a whore who stole their son. After we realized the truth, I couldn't help but laugh and laugh. Hope that puts some stuff in perspective. Don't feel bad. He's a loser who is so obsessed with you that his whole relationship is about showing off to you. My MIL/FIL/BIL all spent tens of thousands and sooo much time and effort curating that loving family picture to hurt my husband and I. It's not just romantic relationships, this is textbook with every narc relationship. Even my old narc boss tried showing off her subordinates who helped her abuse me at work with bullying and racism. That shit hurt but then I heard how she and her boss have both been severely demoted for what they did to me and it took 3 years for them to get found out. Hilarious!

A narc who was/is interested in me and who I never entertained tried triangulation with me. It bothered me but I never let it it show. This person would lie about everything just to establish a rapport with me. Some of the lies were outlandish and stupid to be honest. I like when peeople are genuine. At first I thought he was doing it because of his profession but then the lies became worse. However the girl he used to hug in front of me all of sudden behaves very awkwardly with him. She began to tremble and move away from him everytime she was near him. He would try to use me to triangulate her smh. However with me, all be ever talked about was how much he hated liberals and this and that. I was also considerably younger than other women he dated so he always tried to act like he was young or with it…now of course, one cannot confuse immaturity with trying to be “hip” haha he always ended up making himself look like a fool regardless. Who knows what mask and personality he’s wearing these days…

I dealt with 2 of them so far. but I don't have any ideas about who they really are in the beginning!!! However the narcissists are too dangerous to be with the second one I deal with is more chameleon than the first one, I mean his love bombing is so hilarious and attractive to my heart that's how he got me but unfortunately he finally showed me whe he is after his mask fall off... he blocked me without saying anything or any reason. Only thing I remember is he asked me for s$x but I turned him down that's when he took off his mask and showed me who he is 💔

In my experience yes, I could even see him 🤔 thinking sometimes like “owh shit that was the other one I did that with”. Its horrific. I actually called him out on it saying to him “oopsie wrong woman” and he quickly discarded me after that. He is now taking the new person on every date i ever asked him to go on with me, being the perfect boyfriend with her, using everything on her that he knew I so much wanted. Its evil just plain evil. No contact now for three months (he overlapped her with me for six turned out) and he couldnt change his masks quickly enough so I saw him getting his acts mixed up. 😢 everything i hoped for she is getting now. Even though I know its fake from the videos form Lee, it still hurts like hell. Because its the INTENT of him wanting to hurt me on purpose thats so mindblowing . Why why why. Cause theyre selfserving only. So sick 🤢
You know what he actually does? I suddenly saw it! His whole social media is one big graveyard of old supplies, current supplies and still to be groomed supplies. So he doesn’t actually post pictures of him with his new girlfriend, he only puts her insta name in his photo stories (not the posts cause chicks can comment under them! Story comments nobody can see the comments there). It just dawned on me!! He dumped me in june turned out he has a girlfriend for six months already while seeing me for 4,5 years. 💔. But he doesn’t post her on social. He cant! Cause he would lose all his backup and lined up supply! They are soooo cunning and sneaky I am so heartbroken 😔 we were together for years but my blinders are coming off and I just noticed this shit!

I'm malicious then. Cause I look to see that the narcissist is staying with the new supply so they both get screwed and I'm laughing. I want them to get married so they mess up their lives and have to go through fights and divorce. They deserve it. They want to pretend on social media but I know the truth of what happens behind closed doors so if that narc and his fool see me watching the novela...let them. I'm still living my own life. I just want to make sure he stays as far away possible. Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer. I do not admire narcissists. They are the most insecure people and care so much about what people think of them. They are in their own hell.
I have BPD and I used to leave my narc all the time bc I never believed him. Now he’s triangulated with this stripper chick he used to date, and now he’s fucking her while he’s at work and telling me about it then saying he didn’t say any of that. I struggle with my mental health and I wish he wouldn’t do that to me. I wish he’d just break up with me properly so I never come back again. He’s made albums about me and sacrificed so much. But he’s also gotten so mad at me that he’s punched in himself in the face and given himself a black eye. Despite all of it I still want him and now he’s with her and lying to me about it. 😞 I feel so ugly and unworthy. I wish he would come back bc he told me to stop talking to all my male friends when we got together and delete dating apps, so now I really have no path of moving on with someone else immediately. I just want him and I’m forcing myself to move on 😞 he treats her better than me and loves her

Please help. I have no issue with him being with new supply, it actually leads to him treating me a bit better. We coparent and our daughter is older so we had agreed when we got divorced to keep our dating time to time without our kid until she graduates, but of course he doesn't want to do this. It's really messing with our daughter how he won't respect HER boundaries. We already lost a daughter to suicide and i have so much trouble letting go of her getting hurt. Advice?
Mines hasn’t changed even though he moved on. I know cause he keeps messaging me and begging as he was when I was with him. He made it seem like he was living his best life when he called himself finding better but life is still declining as I type.. So I know he getting his karma due to his actions towards me.
