I have had a couple of those over the years. They are very convenient when using more than one color
Wilton sells them and not expensive. Walmart or Ebay bay

pagan22 it’s a Swiss meringue, and since you’re dissolving the sugar you won’t get that grainy texture that you sometimes get from regular meringue :)
