    This 10 minute barre workout targets your upper body! We will be training our arms, shoulders and back. The only thing you need is a mini resistance band.
    My ballet inspired dancer workouts are perfect when you want to get those long and lean dancer muscles and are looking for a beginner friendly, no jumping at home workout.
    Since my past lies in dancing, music has always played a big role in my life. For this reason, in my videos every movement is synchronized exactly to the beat of the music. In this way I want to show you the joy of movement and motivate you to go to your limits. What are you waiting for?

    Your mini bands are too strong for upper body exercises?

    I have done a lot of your workouts )litteraly every week day, but this one....MY GOD, I LOVE IT! It kills me don't get me wrong! I found you through this video and every other week and end up here on upper body day because it is so good!!!! More like this one pleasee! SO GOOD!

    I did the workout on Monday but my bands were too strong, so I got some lighter ones. I did it today and it was awesome! I happily subscribed to your channel. Continue the great content!
