You had me emotional at the end. I was able to lose 65 pounds in 2020/21 but gained it back with having two kids back to back. My youngest is one now and I can’t believe how big I am again, but I’m determined to lose it all again this year. I love your videos, like I said. I lost a lot of weight with eating healthy and working out with you. ❤

Thank you for the work out ❤ Random quick note, I was reading an article about low intensity steady state cardio or “LISS” work outs and when I typed it into youtube none of your videos popped up (😱) I know you have a TON of these work outs on your channel so I know what to look for but for someone unfamiliar with your channel they are missing out on this wonderful community. When I search “LISS bodyfit by amy” some of your older, shorter videos do show up, but I know you have so many other ones that are 20min-30min. I have no idea how the YT algorithm works, but thought I would bring it to your attention. Perhaps there are some “LISS” hashtags you can utilize or you can add it to some of your video titles. God bless! 💪🏻🙌🏻
Liked the workout and will do it again. But I *didn't* like when you moved in close to the camera--it felt aggressive. Maybe that's just my PTSD reacting, but I had to lower the volume and look away. Even when the message is positive, I have to lower the volume on some workouts--or skip them--because it's upsetting to be "yelled at." I realize this may just be me.

Whew! My heart rate was up big time on this workout! Loved the moves, the pace and that it was 25 minutes.

That was a great workout! The low impact options were very helpful. I didn't care for the angle changes that you did during editing though.
