Thanks for that nice sounding unplugged E ❤ - the bridge pickup has a good quack in it and i could‘nt hear some scratch on the frets like on some other affordable guitars in that pricepoint. With some love and care it seems to be a keeper imao. I always love to listen and watch Dan‘s playing, i do learn some new tricks and ways to do a solo on every video❣️Thanks Dan 👋

Good morning Gentlemen, Leo Jaymz seems to be filling the niche for modestly priced and relatively decent quality guitars. Like I said last week, the quality you can get for under $3oo is way ahead of where it was just a few years ago. No matter how much automation is involved in the manufacturing process, there's still a good amount of human hands on the finished product. I think it shows. This one sounded pretty good and it was pretty close to what the average person would expect a Les Paul to sound like. Thank you both for another great review/unboxing. See you in a week! P.S. Looks like a cool beginner's guitar that can be modded and adjusted into a player. I absolutely hate when the stupid (and ugly) pickguard leave a screw hole on the finish. Shows they don't know how to put it on. Gimme an LP without a pickguard every day of the week and twice on Sundays. Fun video, gents!
Leo, no play on words intended, but I think you know from my own videos: I love Leo Jaymz guitars! Lol. Especially their LP Versions. I use a Fender Mustang I for most of my videos. I love how lightweight they are! Lol. Loved the jam. I had my Flag LP and was inspired to noodle! PERSONALLY, I would love for Dan to do a jam comparison between the Leo Jaymz and Epiphone! Just his own opinion after jamming on both, which one he liked better and why. I think that would be cool. Looking forward to the next video!

I got one of these a few months ago and its great. The necks not too thick, its not too heavy. I spent a day or two setting it up and fixing some fret buzz which you have to do most of the time anyways.

@EM-km8em Thanks very much for watching and for your kind question. We have reviewed a number of very nice Les Paul style guitars, so we couldn't narrow it down to just one. I would say the Epiphone Les Paul 60's reissue was the best traditional Les Paul, the Harley Benton Gold Top with p90's was the best p90's style guitar and the Leo Jaymz Gold Top or the Firefly Burl guitars are the best copies. I hope this helps you out with 🎅🎄!
I am trying to kill my inner snob because the G company doesnt really surprise me with its quality and i rather mod a decent affordable guitar than being frustrated with an expensive heavy one

We use a full range Bluetooth speaker that’s in the room. We’re pretty low tech.

Is this a full size guitar? The lenght of the fretboard looks shorter to me.
