Came here to say the same. I felt sympathy after watching Treacle Tatts first video on her, but then she did a follow up and revealed she had just found out and corroborated that it was all a lie.
Literally was only gonna comment to state the same thing. Photos have been surfaced that don’t match her timeline statements. Just a cry for attention and damn shame.
I’m a 53 yr old lady with my whopping 2 really small tattoos binge watching Kirk. lol I love the honesty and calling out stupid shit when he sees stupid shit. Ya gettin cranky, old man! 😂😂 it happens. Just wait til you hit 50. Everything is stupid.
Because the only people who are into it are betas, lol. If you don't have enough drive to motivate yourself and you need Andrew Tate videos to hype yourself up then you're an insecure beta.
11:28 I have the same random “swelling and irritation” on my forearm tattoo as well, all black lettering I got it in 2011 and it only happens like once a year if that, but it is a thing and I thought it was just me lmao. It slightly raises up and almost feels like a mild sunburn. Very strange and it never has been a thing with any of my other tattoos
I have a healed black tat is on my foot and occasionally it gets extremely itchy. If I scratch, it raises like a mosquito bite specifically where the ink is and nowhere else, then it flattens out again and stops itching after maybe an hour. I’m pretty sure it has something to do with the ink itself and not the scar tissue, at least for me. I did an allergy test and like half of the allergens caused my skin to react 😅
I’ve heard tattooed skin can get raised and itchy from time to time for a variety of reasons such as temperature changes, pressure changes, etc, even if there is no scar tissue there. For me it happens most notably on the line work of my tattoos. Scarring also causes raised skin over a tattoo but that isn’t just sometimes, it’s always like that.
Yo Kirk. I just wanted to say that I love your videos man! I spent the other day watching through some of your oldest videos where you were running marathons, doing tattoos on people & getting tattoos yourself. Those were a real treat to go back and watch. Cheers dude.
I started using Tegaderm in 2014 or 2015 because I had a flight the next morning and was staying at a friend’s house and didn’t want to ruin their sheets. I have used it a bunch since then and it’s been great for me personally and I’ve dialed in my healing process. I used Saniderm and Dermshield in the last few months and I didn’t like either of them nearly as much and had very mild reactions to both. It’s all super subjective but I went back to Tegaderm for the last one and had no issues again. It’s all how your body reacts and I think people are kind of expecting it to be the standard but it’s not for everyone.
I used numbing cream for certain area because i know their was no way i could do it without it. After you got 2 full sleeves and many others tattoo everywhere i think you can chill when you get sternum/ribs tattoo, like you dont need to proove anithing to anyone anymore . That's my point of view.
I do not believe for one second that her face was tattooed against her will as a "21st birthday prank" She chose to do it and is probably too embarrassed to admit it.
For the raised tattoo/allergy thing, my arm tattoos tend to raise when i have allergic reactions to other things. They also get itchy but it's very specifically something that happens when I'm exposed to allergens that used to cause hives and swelling and how just make my tattoos annoying
As someone who has shaved their head and fully tattooed it.. I agree. Do it. My hair is all back but you can see them through certain hairstyles and it is siiiick. I had them placed where I wanted them and they do show on my face in some spots along my hairline. I’ll have to send some pics sometime!
I get seasonal allergies, mostly in the spring, and whenever I have allergic reactions, my tattoo on my forearm starts to "rise" like that. Its not itchy, just all the spots where the ink is raise up. Usually taking an antihistamine both relieves me of my allergy symptoms and the raised ink.
Thank you for touching on the allergy issue! I really want a tattoo, but I keep being worried about a possible allergic reaction, especially with my disabilities. After watching your videos, I was thinking I’d get a black tattoo and avoid color, and now that you’ve said allergic reactions hardly happen with black ink, I know for certain that I’d stick with black and forget about color. 🖤
First time I used saniderm I had no issues, second time I used saniderm I got a small reaction on the 5th day, now I just use it to protect the tattoo for the first 2-3 days and then go back to regular healing methods
Ive never used saniderm, and probably never will. Saran wrap has never been a problem for me and i have a full sleeve and full back piece. Plus it never stays on for more than a few hours
Kirk I love your videos. I watch every one, my only request, make more videos about Traditional Tattoos exclusively. Like that one where you showcased some legendary artists.
The place I go too they only use saniderm if they have to like your job is dirty like working with animals where it being open all day has a HUGE chance for infection they only used it on 2 of mine because I was at college for animal care so handling them cleaning them out all that stuff of like 30 different species so it was just safer I never had a reaction I was fine but i do agree best just use clingwrap to get home washing it then leaving it and using whatever cream you want for a few weeks. Plus they wont allow numbing cream and if you show up with it on they will just cancel your appointment they fully believe it doesn't allow the skin to take ink as well then getting a worse result and they don't want their name on bad work.
Just to chime in on the raised tattoo, I agree that I think it's the scarring rather than an allergy. I have some scars on my arm that aren't tattoos, and they will welt up when my skin is hot. I also have one part of a tattoo that was done in a red ink that i did get a reaction to, it scarred a little, and it welts up in heat too. There's also a medical condition where even fairly light irritation, like drawing with a fingernail will trigger welting, but I'm sure if she had it, she would be well aware of it.
When I was younger, I had a dumb idea for an armband tattoo. My artist warned me that it would look like shit as I got older, so instead, they created a second tattoo to replace what would have been the back side of the armband. This second tattoo ended up becoming one of my favorite tattoos to date. so listening to the artist does pay off
scar tissue tends to swell a bunch on and off for me. i have hella self-harm scars and sometimes they just get puffy for no reason. it can be kind of itchy and kind of red, but usually just swollen af.
also wonder if saniderm was part of the reason my first couple tatttoos looked off within a year. i have only 1 that used like more saran wrap held on with vet wrap, and a year later it looks better than my others after a year, and it has more color than the rest. i do have thin stretchy skin i think (am hypermobile of some sort, haven't gotten dx yet but maybe hEDS bc also have celiac, autism, adhd, and psoriasis which is like super comorbid. the hEDS predisposition cocktail) but also need to use paper tape when getting medical procedures done bc im allergic to plastic/micropore tape, got hives around an IV site once after being fine with tape previously and now request paper tape as it only makes it red not itchy and swollen and stingy too. i get red with saniderm but not itchy or scaly. but i get red with adhesive in general-- bandaids, paper tape, plastic tape, saniderm, tegaderm, stickers, even. i thought it was normal when a bandaid is left on for too long, but im guesings its actually not now lol.
I get the swelling of just my black ink like that lady. It always happens if I try to wear cheap earrings. Stopped wearing those & the problem was solved.
Kinda unrelated but i hate that i cant wear cheap jewelry. It always turns green on me. The only thing i can get away is earings thank god cuz I love "gold" hoops and other chukny earings and cant afford a bunch of real gold. My dream is to be able to afford some nice gold neclaces i can wear everyday.
My reaction to Saniderm isnt much, but the square after being peeled off is just visible for days after, i kinda just thought it was from the stickyness of it. I prefer just classic healing, i hate not being able to show it to people for days with the derm. Like check out my plasma bubble. Edit as i keep watching: I also think numbing cream is bull... Part of a tattoo is the mediation i have to get into to ignore the pain.
Bro can I be honest. I'm 18, almost 19 already; and for the LONGEST TIME I been wanting to get a specific tattoo. Last month I was 2 days away from doing the tattoo of my dream and for some not so great circumstances I've had to drop out of college to pursue modeling full time. Now, don't get me wrong, its an amazing job and I am incredibly privileged to be able to do it. However, a big part of me mourns to the fact it will take an incredibly long time until I am able to get a tattoo.
Test for an allergic reaction by taking some Benadryl and seeing if it changes if it doesn’t change then it’s something else that’s making you swell or something
20:22 today a lot of young people want to get a tattoo because it's cool and they want it quickly and without suffering for me a tattoo without suffering a minimum it's not normal, suffering is part of the process
Not that I'm looking at a lot of tattoos, but I've seen a number of tattoos that puff out either all the time of sometimes. I have one friend with a very unfortunate Korn tattoo (like why bro) that never stops being puffy, other friends have puffy tattoos that come and go and a lot of my tattoos get puffy sometimes, too. I'm really not sure what it is, I think it has something to do with an unrelated histamine response affecting the skin or related to sweat and the scar tissue responds weird or something. I dunno I'm not a scientist or a tattoo artist. Like I notice the ones on my thighs and inside of my arms get puffy in the summer more frequently than winter, maybe its because of the sweat but I also get seasonal allergies and tats on specific spots puff then. Those sensitive spots will also puff around the tattoos more if I've touched an animal with that area so I'm leaning towards existing allergies can make healed tattoos on some people puff up temporarily. Probably has nothing to do with an allergy to the tat, we just have baby bitch skin sensitivity and a tat is just a previously traumatized spot lol.
I can't use numbing cream cause I'm allergic to one ingredient in it so every tattoo I have to just bare with it. But thank goodness I have a high pain tolerance
if i can safetly do something to reduce the pain from getting a tattoo, im doing it. i dont feel the need to prove what a toughguy i am by choosing to experience pain unnecessarily
Do tattoo artists ever think a tattoo will be dumb but change their minds after it’s done? 6:29 And this chick was a LIAR. Her bf did not do that to her. Been tattooing myself for about a year come December. People say my shits okay even 4 artists said so.. Watch youtube go autistic on the videos but being good at art already helps. My mom hates it my friends love it 😅
Being a “scratcher” is lonely bc the “real” tattooers isolate and shun you. Apprenticeships are rare and hard to get, but if you teach yourself it’s like the scarlet letter of tattooing 😂😢
A good video with the face tattoo lady story. As others have already said, she lied. ua-cam.com/video/b4F2fMk7Ot0/v-deo.html On another note: I had several tattoos done with Tegaderm. No problems. Healed great. Then had a reaction with Tegaderm. Since then I have had two more with a different second skin and Tegaderm and had no issues with the first and a really super mild reaction with the Tegaderm. It's so inconsistent, but for me I really need the second skin to heal properly so I take a chance and have a backup if the wrap has to come off early.
The raised tattoo is probably a reaction to covid. My 20 year old tats swelled up when I got the bug. After it happened I read that is is pretty common to get that reaction, coloured or not, this is just your immune system reacting to anything inside you.
I'm like that woman with the swollen black tattoo. I'm not sure what he did, but the first time, the ink all leaked out and when I went back, I think he just went too hard. I'm too fair and thin skinned for tattoos, I wish they would have said anything like that to me. I was 18, now I'm 50. I put in a spot people can't see, thankfully, because it aged horribly and its never seen the sun.
My favorite shit ever is when people put the eyebrows on with the eyes tattoo. Like extra funny when it’s just one eye. You really want an eyebrow tattooed on your arm dude?
WHOA that first guy's arm is SO HAIRY. No wonder he went with the stick and leaves tattoo. Clearly part wolf or monkey or something that needs to have camouflage rampaging through the wilderness.
She (the full face tattoo girl) is lying. There are extensive videos of her adding more and more to her face. She is 100% lying and you shouldn’t share her lie around more.
That woman with the crazy face blackout tattoo turned out to be lying about the whole situation.
Damn forreal? I kind of got that feeling but I don't know anything about her or that situation
Came here to say the same. I felt sympathy after watching Treacle Tatts first video on her, but then she did a follow up and revealed she had just found out and corroborated that it was all a lie.
Anything for public pitty and not taking responsibility for your actions....
Literally was only gonna comment to state the same thing. Photos have been surfaced that don’t match her timeline statements. Just a cry for attention and damn shame.
I didn't for one second believe that a boyfriend "did this to her".
I’m officially addicted to kirk’s youtube channel at this point
Thank you friend
Aww i thank YOU for making the best tattoo content on yt!! This channel will be huge one day
5:15 She made the whole thing up, she lied about the face tattoos and a bunch of other stuff
I love how the picture of the tattoo is on the screen and then Kirk turns his phone to the screen to show us. He is just too cute!!
fr. this is my comfort channel for some reason. gotta love kirk.
"Alpha culture is dorky" is pure poetry!!!
Because the only people who are into it are betas, lol. If you don't have enough drive to motivate yourself and you need Andrew Tate videos to hype yourself up then you're an insecure beta.
“All these tattoo’s suck” 🤣🤣😂
I fuckin love this channel.
Am pretty sure the woman who claimed her boyfriend tattooed her w/o permission has been debunked as a fake.
He tried doing a cover up?..
Now look at her batman ah
11:28 I have the same random “swelling and irritation” on my forearm tattoo as well, all black lettering I got it in 2011 and it only happens like once a year if that, but it is a thing and I thought it was just me lmao. It slightly raises up and almost feels like a mild sunburn. Very strange and it never has been a thing with any of my other tattoos
I got the same thing on my forearm when it gets hot, i think their is nothing wrong with it just your skin is alive.
I have the exact same thing. All my tattoos are black. It usually only happens on my forearms
I have a healed black tat is on my foot and occasionally it gets extremely itchy. If I scratch, it raises like a mosquito bite specifically where the ink is and nowhere else, then it flattens out again and stops itching after maybe an hour. That hairline tat at the start is actually insane. Looks incredible
Yo Kirk. I just wanted to say that I love your videos man! I spent the other day watching through some of your oldest videos where you were running marathons, doing tattoos on people & getting tattoos yourself. Those were a real treat to go back and watch. Cheers dude.
That girl tatted her own face. She was lying about everything.
I started using Tegaderm in 2014 or 2015 because I had a flight the next morning and was staying at a friend’s house and didn’t want to ruin their sheets.
I have used it a bunch since then and it’s been great for me personally and I’ve dialed in my healing process.

She chose to do it and is probably too embarrassed to admit it.
She was lying for sympathy and free help
Thanks Kirk. I can never unsee the last one with the clown around some clown's ear. 😄 Love your videos. 🙌🏽
For the raised tattoo/allergy thing, my arm tattoos tend to raise when i have allergic reactions to other things. They also get itchy but it's very specifically something that happens when I'm exposed to allergens that used to cause hives and swelling and how just make my tattoos annoying
I love when he has a good rant. 😂
The woman supposedly tattoed against her will turned out to be completely lying about the whole situation.
Taylor at 5:07 actually tattood her OWN face, no one did that to her, she lied about the whole thing.
As someone who has shaved their head and fully tattooed it.. I agree. Do it. My hair is all back but you can see them through certain hairstyles and it is siiiick. I had them placed where I wanted them and they do show on my face in some spots along my hairline. I’ll have to send some pics sometime!
I think all of these videos on my feed are a sign that it’s time to get a sick traddy panther tattoo
Same

God I can’t wait til I can afford to come get tattooed by you dude!
Side note- the girl with the gnarly blackout tattoos was, apparently, making the entire thing up.

2:06 BETA!! 😂
Nah, that one with the face blackout soumds like an A.I. made up stories just for content.
Ive never used saniderm, and probably never will. Saran wrap has never been a problem for me and i have a full sleeve and full back piece. Plus it never stays on for more than a few hours

11:30 i have a tattoo that has way too much ink on my leg. It swells too once in a while, especially when im in the hot sun for too long. Itches too
Hey man, just wondering your opinion of how galaxy tattoo's tend to heal.

My tats randomly raise up. I dont think its an allergic reaction.
When its hot or im really hot it will trigger it in most cases.
It happens to me with red
@NoNameNomad.... yeah red is known for that.
Blessed vid, Kirk!
I get reactions to even medical tape adhesive so I won't even chance trying saniderm. Which is a bummer.
Bro can I be honest. I'm 18, almost 19 already; and for the LONGEST TIME I been wanting to get a specific tattoo. I think if you're planning to get a lot of ink in color, getting some small tats to see what shows up good on you is a good idea
"BEYYTAA"
Saniderm is a specific brand, you could be fine with saniderm but not another brand of adhesive, and vice versa
Test for an allergic reaction by taking some Benadryl and seeing if it changes if it doesn’t change then it’s something else that’s making you swell or something
Had almost all the color ink fall out of a vitaligo spot, the black stayed. Never thought that might have been the reason. Hu
I know a guy who got one arm sleeved and subsequently had an allergic reaction and lost a leg.
Bro I love these videos
20:22 today a lot of young people want to get a tattoo because it's cool and they want it quickly and without suffering for me a tattoo without suffering a minimum it's not normal, suffering is part of the process
I also don't like Saniderm. I had to remove it from my latest tattoo and it was a pain.
Hey man, It would be super cool if you showed some pictures of your work.
He has an Instagram with all his work
That lady is FIBBING…. Unless she was in a COMA there is no way she was held down kicking & screaming, or slept through it. 😨
Don’t fall for it
9:01 what are the little lines creeping out from under the heart? Is the ground breaking? Why? Was the heart supposed to look like it was dropped on the ground? So dumb
❤ 0:22
Is that a tattoo on middle finger, Kirk? I don’t remember it being part of your palm tattoo. Btw love the videos, man.
What I tell my kids. If you want a tattoo.
1) know what you want, wait 1 year. If you still like it get it.
2) don’t go cheap.
3) see their photo books
4) let the tattooist twink it, they know what will look good
5) names kids or mom because they are all ways family.
6) triple check spelling.
Because tattoos are forever and phases change.
I think you meant to type “tweak” not “twink” but the image of a tattoo artist “twinking” a tattoo was hilarious
I’ve had tattoos get itchy, which raise after years of having them but I just take antihistamines and it fixes it..
i dont believe the face tats "without consent" how? unless put under,,, the pain would wake you up within seconds..
kirk should i travel to get a traddy tatty from you? hello from australia :D
I feel like my artist is the last guy in the business using a coil machine, no chemical preparations to the skin (like numbing cream), and no SaniDerm - I get wrapped with non-stick gauze. He's old school - I'll stick with the tried & true
thabks dady
happy halloween kids
I'm not a doctor either but I'll definitely have a look.
Getting an apprenticeship is so hard and expensive, some have dreams and some only have the option to learn at home🤷
Are we going to talk about the fly walking onto the fresh clown tattoo around 22:17 ?
Reacting to the Cold Ones random meme tattoo episode would be fun. Thank you for the videos.
11:30 I know nothing about tattooing but it kinda looks like the body is trying to reject the ink but not really doing a great job at it lol
Watch treacle tatts about the woman with the gross face tattoo. The woman turned out to be a liar. Love your vids xxx
Been tattooing myself for about a year come December. People say my shits okay even 4 artists said so.. Watch youtube go autistic on the videos but being good at art already helps. My mom hates it my friends love it 😅
I always mention your little cousin with the face tattoos. I always tell people he can do a tattoo for $100 bucks
What about getting your girls brown eye tatted on you?
😂
Kirk do a shorts reaction to the lady with the blackout face tat. She lied about it being done to her by her boyfriend
Being a “scratcher” is lonely bc the “real” tattooers isolate and shun you. Apprenticeships are rare and hard to get, but if you teach yourself it’s like the scarlet letter of tattooing 😂😢
What’s up from Louisville,Ky!!!!!!
What up from mexico
What did your tattoo artist say initially when you said you wanted a Sacred Strawberry on your palm Kirk? 😜😘❤🍓
A good video with the face tattoo lady story. As others have already said, she lied. ua-cam.com/video/b4F2fMk7Ot0/v-deo.html
On another note: I had several tattoos done with Tegaderm. No problems. Healed great. Then had a reaction with Tegaderm. I know a guy who's face tatt got infected and he had to have his entire face amputated.

I already know my skin doesn't like adhesives. I'd never use saniderm even my tattooist started offering it.
Hey.... don't get your head tattooed. Thanks for the vid!
5:17 TreacleTatts did a video on this lady. She tatted her own face, she's lying. Sick to think she is still getting away with that lie
the lady got the face tats on her own will when she had mania she admitted that this story was everywhere a year ago
Does Kirk Fagan Tattoo reply?

Silly phone didn’t tell me you posted
I think the Jesus on his arm looks more like the shroud of Turin 😂
My favorite shit ever is when people put the eyebrows on with the eyes tattoo. Like extra funny when it’s just one eye. You really want an eyebrow tattooed on your arm dude?
Getting a name is bad enough but EYES should be illegal.
WHOA that first guy's arm is SO HAIRY. No wonder he went with the stick and leaves tattoo. Clearly part wolf or monkey or something that needs to have camouflage rampaging through the wilderness.
It's just dumb shit 😂 I'm addicted!!
She (the full face tattoo girl) is lying. There are extensive videos of her adding more and more to her face. She is 100% lying and you shouldn’t share her lie around more.
Bibop rocksteady
Should've made the ear the nose
Yeah, never get a tattoo of your wife's/girlfriend's name or eyes on you, don't be a simp
As previously established we all know your hair is already at tattoo!
