MSQC isn't responsible for postal service issues. Can't expect small business service from a very large company. If you're not happy with the service from any business, don't order from them again. I personally have had NO PROBLEMS with any order from MSQC. Keep in mind there are also Karens out there that aren't happy no matter what.
You could not be more wrong. I visited MSQC from the UK and found everyone to be charming and helpful. The friend that I went with wrote to Jenny to thank her for fitting us in to her ‘show and tell’ evening. It was actually full but she appreciated that we had travelled a fair distance. Jenny replied by return of post with a charming note. Few businesses behave in that very personal way. Of course, there will always be the occasional problem but let’s try and be understanding. MSQC has changed the world of quilting and not just the small town of Hamilton.
I always phone the company. I put on a happy face & talk very nicely to the person on the phone. I have gotten fast service on my problem. It’s not MSQC fault if an order gets lost, it’s the shipping company. I have ordered a lot from them and will keep doing so.
I have ordered from MSQC many times more than I can count. There have been very few issues and absolutely none that MSQC didn’t make right. Their customer service has been pretty awesome. Companies are going to have issues it is life just like every person on the planet. I feel very strongly that MSQC is a top notch company that tries to see to it that their customers are taken care of. Everyone has bad days, every company has bad days or hiccups.If you are unhappy with them shop somewhere else. I find treating them with respect and understanding ( things go wrong ) helps truck loads . And to date every issue I have had ( and not many ) MSQC has gone above and beyond to make it right. ❤

Two or three mistakes is a gigantic company are going to happen… get a few more people in the personal department and follow thru on the complaints….
