Hi. It maybe due to different brand of butter and flour. You may try not to add flour in one go. If the dough is very firm, try add some softened butter or corn oil.
You can substitute it with soy milk powder, or just normal flour also can. But without milk powder, the flavour, texture and richness of the pineapple tarts may be different. 🙂

Hello can i use unsalted butter instead or will the taste be different
If you use unsalted butter, you may add extra 1/2 teaspoon of salt to bring out the flavour.

6g dough, 4g pineapple filling. Pineapple filling I use the ready-to-use one, can get it at ingredients shop.😊

I use 1 tsp for dough, 1/2 tsp for paste…1/2 tsp pineapple paste is around 3-4g…🙂
