It's really inspiring to see these guys were best friends from the beginning, this is the reason why a lot of people, along with me, love this band to death. These are 100% real people with real feelings, no gimmick and no fake bullshit like a lot of other acts that are doing it for the wrong reasons. Just a couple of friends making memories and creating the best music they can, you can feel that all of this is real and If they made it then nothing is impossible.
Thanks for the motivation, I think While She Sleeps just become my favorite band.

They are an awesome group of guys. When they played warped tour in 2013 I went to all three Texas dates. On the 2nd date Loz and Aaron remembered me from the 1st day and when I told them I was going to the 3rd TX date and it would be 1500 miles I had driven in the three days Loz got me on the guest list so I didn't have to pay to get into the Houston Date.
GradyRho92 How hard was it to do 3 Texas dates of that? I am doing San Antonio and Houston this year just because these guys are finally coming back to the states.
+Brandon Sparks. I got lucky when I went to all three dates. They did it In order. Dallas->San Antonio->Houston. This year warped is doing it all mixed Houston->Dallas->San Antonio. I basically lived like I was in a band. I didn't shower or change clothes for 3days. I slept in my backseat of my car in Park-n-lots. Its the middle of Summer in TX so You Will smell like ass after the first day. Make sure to bring lots of sun screen. I didn't on the first day and was burnt by 2pm. It was the best weekend I have ever had.

Holy fucking shit are we glad for the return of While She Sleeps and enjoying the fuck out of Brainwashed. WSS have done the unthinkable and out done their tremendous debut This Is The Six. The three years that've spanned the two releases have been torment for the band with concerns over their continued existence. We chatted to the guys at House Of Vans as the they hosted an all day take over.
I am 38 years old & I have listen to a lot of music in my life, believe me this band Is no joke 100% fan guys.

I used to love these guys and then kind of lost my love for them. this song has reignited it. fucking incredible.
Whenever I listen to one of their songs it gives me the feeling I can do whatever the F*CK I want in life. That no-one can actually keep me from doing what I want & I should live my life the way I want. I love how it makes me feel untouchable & I'm ready to quit my job and put all my time and effort in what I really want. But then the music stops and reality hits me, I'm just another number in this world, stuck in a job that's sucking all the energy out of me, but needing the money it provides.. Quite sickening how the whole world works. But it's inspiring to see that people like them actually don't give a flying shit & just do what they love.
So how is the situation 4 years later?
Take solace in the fact that they had to fight through several limitations and struggles that you'll probably have no idea about.
Keep on and make the necessary calculated risks you need to live a fulfilled life.
@@theunholybakery1990 I quit that job, started touring with my band for a whole year and then COVID struck, things happened and we split up. Now I have a new job which is much more fulfilling. I’m working on a new musical project so yeah, things are better. I have peace with the fact I actually tried to go out there and make something of my passion. But I needed the money so I was forced to look for another job. But it pays good, nice colleagues and I still have time and energy for my music.
Can’t complain, feeling much better thanks ;)

I'd heard this song before and legitimately was certain it was Darkest Hour. It sounds exactly like them. I'd usually complain about that, but in this case, if you can do a *good* imitation of Darkest Hour, I'm in. Darkest Hour is one of the best bands ever and I'm kinda hyped I just discovered it wasn't them, so now I've got a whole new discography to check out.
