      guys just give it a thrust with a stepper tht mins lift urself with some help or with a jerk then slowly control negatives that is when u coming down within a month u can do 3-4 pull ups and so on .Give it a try

    Main aap ki sabhi video dekh ta hoon aur dil se thanks bro ki aap sabhi ko kafi acchi Tarah se samjhate ho mujhe aap se yahi poochna tha mai gym nhi jata hoon lekin mai hamare yaha duble bar aur single bar par exercise kar ta hu to jab bhi exercise karu to pehle single bar par pull ups karoo ya phir pehle dubell bar kar ke uske baad pull-ups karoo kyu ki Main mix kar ta hoon ek set dubell bar aur ek set single bar again then waist hi repeat kar hu aur ha bhaiya ek aur baat aap dubell bar par bhi ek video jaroor banana taki hum jaise log jo gym afford nhi kar sakte unhe dubell bar ke bare mai thodi si knowledge mille thanks itni achi video banate ho aap 💯👍👌😘☺️
