Dude honestly that girl was definitely being rude. Granted I don't know if maybe she was just annoyed because Vanessa had already been talking to her and trying to convince her to give her a refund for a while but even then the "you bitches can't read" was over the line. Her saying she wore them reminds me of the time I went to get food with some friends and my husband came along. His food was actually disgusting. I knew when it came out it was bad because it smelled bad. He took a few bites and stopped touching it and I KNEW he didn't like it. So I asked them to take his food off the bill because it looked bad, smelled bad, and my husband said it tasted old. It was chicken fried rice by the way. This girl caught the worst attitude and said to me "Well he ate out of it so we can't give you a refund". Of course my response was "How would he know it was BAD if he didn't eat out of it??? He only took a few bites and couldn't even finish it and I'm not going to pay for that". She got the manager and he had an attitude and I did not give a single f***. Because that food was HORRIBLE. I didn't even have to taste it to know they probably scraped the bottom of the pan for that rice. So how would your friend have even known that the shoes weren't good if she didn't wear them and as you said if they don't do refunds why didn't she just SAY THAT. Her customer service was ABHORRENT.

I don't know how it works there but in Sweden its illegal to decline returns of faulty items 🤔 And it is most definitly illegal to claim no returns if it is not stated on the receipt. And that goes for worn or not, the customer does have a responsibilty to come in within a reasonble time to show the faulty item (like three months). Love you and your storytimes 😍😍
