My mama kicked me out of the house the moment covid hit, I remember that shit was so hard, I had to get a full time job and go to school:/ I was 17, 3 months out from my birthday. It’s been 6 months since I got kicked out and I just bought a mf car off a lot, look at me now mama

@@caroj.3572 if u not gonna be kicked out. I’d suggest u get a job and save some money. Then research apartment or roommate. See how much u have to pay. Don’t forget ur utilities, cable and WiFi and renters insurance. Most likely if u get an apt u have to have 1&last months rent. Or 1st& security deposit which is likely double the rent. Pick a spot closer to ur work if u don’t have a ride. Stock up on home supplies now while u have the chance.

Ok this happened to me to i was 13 i was walking home from school & someone threw a red Gatorade 😭 i cried so much bc i was alone & i was just a shy person . So anyways ig a teacher was driving home when this happened she followed the guy and wrote down his plate number & yeah she called me over the next day & she told me that she called the police he got a ticket & whats sad he was in his mid 30's & did this to a 13 year old

Nikki says that she doesn't judge Robert's mom but I totally do. Being a parent is not something you just quit when you feel like it. Once you have kids, you are a parent until the day you die. This mom for real just put herself and her needs to have a man over her kids. I totally judge her. That's not okay in my book.
Not to mention it was completely illegal because one of her children was a minor!
Not everyone thinks like that though. Especially the older generations. They feel as though once you turn 18 you should be out fending for yourself like their parents made them. Or if you continue to live in their care you have to pay your way instead of parenting until their child finds their own freedom. Not to mention the way mothers tend to give their older sons more responsibility when there’s no male figure in the home. So it definitely makes perfect sense why she just continued that pattern that is so common.
@@BullyGirlUzi But the little brother wasn't 18. And it wasn't Robert's place to raise him just so the mom could go have some fun with her boyfriend. Kids need a stable environment and not having any adults around is not good. I don't agree with this at all. To me a person who stops taking care of their kids because they want to be with their boyfriend is not a good parent. There is more to parenting than paying the rent. That's my opinion.

Only do it if you feel like you genuinely can survive on your own. If you have the option to stay living with your family then do it and save up.That being said me and my boyfriend have an apartment together and to be honest I wouldn't have it any other way, living on your own is awesome and the freedom alone makes it worth it

As someone who also left early, I can confirm it is really hard. But if you’re in a toxic environment or you’re genuinely very unhappy I will always say it’s worth the work. Proud of you Nikki🤍🦋

I left home at 17 and it was the best decision of my life, I don’t regret it at all and I don’t look back. But I will say that it IS super hard and you really have to hustle and make things work, so really think about if it’s the best decision for you ❤️
