I pray one more album, or at least some tour dates. this band was always around but I never payed attention to them being born in 98, but here lately especially in quarantine I dove deep into tool with the help of some mind expanding items. I’ve really grown to love the music and the band watching all videos and getting vinyl has really been a great way to experience the band thus far! This band makes you listen to the music and not just hear it.
It'd be great just to get a couple of live albums. There's some great stuff in those, like the live version of Reflection and the extended versions of some others.
Wow wasn't expecting this to show up on my recommended videos today. I want the new version if Opiate to see an official release. We know its been recorded.
That Portland show being their last on March 11 2020, I was so blessed to be there, row 10 Adam's side! Please one more live tour before I die for my life to be complete.
I met Danny in 2010 and asked him when the new album was coming and he said 'this fall; we're really excited too;' so take all this with quite a large grain of salt
They were working on stuff the whole time. As soon as the lawsuit bs was settled they finnished and released so quick, like they had been working their ass off a good majority of that time. Even maynard was getting anxious that they were still makeing changes. I think there is a lot more material than any of us could ever imagine, just waiting to be polished. They are a meticulous combination. Im still finding new things every day in these songs.
Remember when Danny said "the new album's coming out this year" in 2013...? Never trust these "hints" until there's an official announcement. They have never tried to be secretive with releases. Stop reading into this stuff too much guys, or you'll be waiting for years
I have to say following updates from this channel recapping all the latest tool updates were probably the most exciting and fun part of the Fear Inoculum process so keep up the good work. Also I need to get the rest of the Tool albums on bootleg vinyl because as soon as I do that they’ll come out with legit ones. So really I’m doing everyone else a favor.
I saw 7empest in New Zealand February 2020! Best night of my life and it sounded AMAZING. Mosh was fuckn INSANE! Also heard decending and the visuals were mindblowing. Pneuma insane too lol. Maynard even said see you in 2021! But he could’ve been referring to any of his three bands.
What Tool really needs to do is another live album, or better yet, a stripped down, pro shot studio session. If you don't know what I'm on about, look up KEXP and Audiotree sessions. Its some of the best live music recorded in recent memory. Too bad they aren't the type of band that would ever do that kind of thing.
can't wait for that vinyl! Volto!'s all analogue pressing sounds amazing. would love to have the other albums as a remaster or release too. I'm sorry to hear that Danny got injured. I hope he's getting better.
I've been saying it for years, they have more b-sides, more riffs, recordings, ideas and unfinnished art then all of their albums combined. And im so happy they never let any of it leave the shelf. Yet.
Some live tool albums would be brilliant to listen to. I used to fall asleep watching tool concerts so to get able to listen to one thats been touched up and mastered would be a serious treat
You really feel for Danny, here. He just wants to keep going and playing. Making records and playing live is what he lives for and is being constantly held back by his band ship.
Was so blessed to see tool on Halloween 2019 in Milwaukee before covid. I have and will continue to purchase ANY tool album on vinyl at full retail price on their website to support them as much as possible!
Jim. Some people may complain about the time between releases,---but I think you have a great long term game plan that works,---when others burn out. With your system---nobody gets burned out. You fill the tank again, when the needle is on E. Great thinking man.
My heart sank when I heard Danny tore his pec. That's a pretty debilitating injury but man he seems to be progressing really well. Just needs to lay off the bench pressing.
Hi it’s Stacie! OMG! I am such a big fan of Tool! I just love this band period! I hope that the guys are doing well! Whatever the guys decide I will be happy with and that is all! Thank you so much for posting this video!😍

Danny recently bought Emilio Estevez' micro-vineyard home in Northern Los Angeles. I believe that's where his cool studio shots are from. All the guys have always been into wine and herbal, psychedelic, anything grown from earth. I'm telling you folks, I believe that fear innoculum is just the first phase of a massive release especially after hearing the Adam Jones guitar work on his Les Paul Custom release. These guys are the OG trolls of the industry. Has anyone had the pleasure to play an Adam Jones Les Paul Custom?? Love all you fellow tool fans and wish you all well. 1997 during high school ( freshman ) a kid next to me was jamming out and I got curious because he looked as if he was lost in the music. So I asked him who he was listening to. At this point I had just started finding out about alternative, grunge, heavy metal, metal and all the other great sub genres. Korn was what started it. Anyways, so yea he passed me the headphones ( yes you gen z babies we had headphones back then lol ) and the current song playing was H. and I was mentally melting away and my body felt fully relaxed. That day I never imagined living a day without hearing a few songs TOOL. Their music is just mind blowing. I listen to everything from some Rap to more nu-metal, death metal, 90s, death core and anything rock/metal/ punk related. As my music changes Tool has never been left out they are #1 Also some good 2021 news.. my #2 has announced they are currently back together. MUDVAYNE 2021 🤘

Even just a new song would be great. Cant wait for you guys to come back to NZ, missed the early 2020 shows here in Auckland.
I'd love to hear some of the older stuff that they have archived and never released. Ugh I have a massive hard on even thinking about it
Always a pleasure to see another video on ToolArchive. Good job as always! Thanks for your work and the update.
This is EVERYTHING I’ve waited on for decades!!
RELEASE THE SOUNDBOARDS I WILL SELL A KIDNEY
That Portland show being their last on March 11 2020, I was so blessed to be there, row 10 Adam's side! Please one more live tour before I die for my life to be complete.
I met Danny in 2010 and asked him when the new album was coming and he said 'this fall; we're really excited too;' so take all this with quite a large grain of salt
Ill take it with the entirety of a salt lake
Exactly. That's about how long it takes...
They got held up in litigation
They were working on stuff the whole time. As soon as the lawsuit bs was settled they finnished and released so quick, like they had been working their ass off a good majority of that time. Even maynard was getting anxious that they were still makeing changes. I think there is a lot more material than any of us could ever imagine, just waiting to be polished. They are a meticulous combination. Im still finding new things every day in these songs.
Remember when Danny said "the new album's coming out this year" in 2013...? Never trust these "hints" until there's an official announcement. They have never tried to be secretive with releases. Stop reading into this stuff too much guys, or you'll be waiting for years
If Danny had the final say, they'd have 20 albums by now...
He probably said even latter than that like 2010
I have to say following updates from this channel recapping all the latest tool updates were probably the most exciting and fun part of the Fear Inoculum process so keep up the good work.
Also I need to get the rest of the Tool albums on bootleg vinyl because as soon as I do that they’ll come out with legit ones. So really I’m doing everyone else a favor.
im getting the chills... thinking about life with out our shepherds that helped us open our eyes.... the ones that taught us how to find our selves...
All joking aside, I hope there is a new release from our favorite musical geniuses real soon.
As far as I know they only played The 7empest one time live.
I would kill for a Salival quality version of that live, I consider it a masterpiece
That’s the best track on Fear Innoculum in my opinion.
Fun fact: they played it 7 times so far.
@@VTX666 Do you have a list of which shows they played 7empest live?
Played it in Aus a few times. Saw it in Melb
Please you guys rock. Thank you for all of your music and videos!!!
A Masterpiece of Art, as usual: 10 minutes of saying everything is possible but nothing is certain or promised:-)))
What Tool really needs to do is another live album, or better yet, a stripped down, pro shot studio session. If you don't know what I'm on about, look up KEXP and Audiotree sessions. Its some of the best live music recorded in recent memory. Too bad they aren't the type of band that would ever do that kind of thing.
yeah it's a shame they don't allow pro shot stuff, like at Download 2019
I want 3 more albums so i hope they continue to use all their material
Thanks for another great video, to have hope and hold onto that hope there's new material is the way of a true Tool fan
can't wait for that vinyl! Volto!'s all analogue pressing sounds amazing. would love to have the other albums as a remaster or release too. I'm sorry to hear that Danny got injured. I hope he's getting better.
damn why are so many tool albums older than i am LOL
Just shows you're an old soul
I've been saying it for years, they have more b-sides, more riffs, recordings, ideas and unfinnished art then all of their albums combined. And im so happy they never let any of it leave the shelf. Yet.
Some live tool albums would be brilliant to listen to. I used to fall asleep watching tool concerts so to get able to listen to one thats been touched up and mastered would be a serious treat
Awesome. I love you guys very much, good luck and I look forward to the future! Thank you!
I hope they make another album 2021. They have a shit ton of material
Yep
That's the highest height of optimism ever!!! Sweet dream))
He didn't "imply" they had lots of live material. he said it.
Seeing Danny build his own home studio gives me great hope!
Most excited for a new music video. I can wait for another album no rush.
Where is this beautiful background music from? I know it’s Tool but I haven’t heard it before
Im hoping to find out what it is too :)
To release another Tool album within a couple years of Fear Inoculum would be such a Tool move, please god hope so.
@Akhenaton More freedom though...could be bad since more freedom also means more choices and more opportunity for procrastination 😂
@RK what do you mean "it would be such a tool move?"
Happy Birthday Maynard!
Didn't expect to see this on my feed!
TOOL , my favorite band of all time.
Just needs to lay off the bench pressing.
cant find any info on that
He will be fine. He's an ox
Danny's got this.
Does anyone know what the background music is??
I need to know :(
Can’t wait 🤘🏽. Thank you very much for the video
Wow what great coverage! Keep up the awesome work.
Danny is such a cool guy. He'd be crushed if he could never play drums again. I think the world would be worse off if that was the case.
Made me sad to think about, as a drummer going on 24 years, he is my single greatest inspiration. He will always be the one.
Fear Inoculum Vinyl is a definite YES!!!!
Hi it’s Stacie! OMG! I am such a big fan of Tool! I just love this band period! I hope that the guys are doing well! Whatever the guys decide I will be happy with and that is all! Thank you so much for posting this video!😍
Great job showing all the updates since the pandemic on possible new music, an ep? And most likely a fear inoculum vinyl coming out soon!!! 😃🤟 2021 and 22 look like promising years for all new tool things to be released! Yay ☺🖤
Wait, so the vinyl is gonna sound way different! I mean, it has to. Mixed for vinyl? Once it gets ripped to FLAC, I wanna hear it. I can't afford vinyl or a player at the moment but still wanna listen to it now.
:') me too
THIESE GUYS ARE SIMPLY ASTOUNDING AND STUNNING - THEY PULSATE WITH THE VERY HEART OF HUMANITY BECAUSE THEY ARE PROFOUNDLY HUMAN !! AND THEY IMMENSELY HELP PULL US INTO OUR NATURE AS SPIRIT IF THE INDIVIDUAL IS WILLING TO TAKE THE TRIP !! LISTEN AND YOU WILL HEAR AND FEEL (MOST IMPORTANTLY) YOUR SPIRIT BREATHING !! WAKE UP NOW CHIIIILD !!
🌌💓💓💓💓🌌
Very well said
Danny recently bought Emilio Estevez' micro-vineyard home in Northern Los Angeles. Praying we are blessed with some live shows soon. 🤘🖤🤘
Its very encouraging knowing they are at least staying busy. A new album seems unlikely but this gives me some hope
Tool should release some live material both CD and DVD. On the CD version they could include a new studio recorded song or two.
TOOL Archive speaks!! What sorcery is this?🙏
Thanks to Tool still crankin' out their phenomenal music, today's music isn't a total loss🤘🏻
Justin, if sky is the limit, then you boys get together and get up there then! The world NEEDS more Tool!
May I know of the background score you've used here? It sounds unbelievable and ethereal.
Don't think I'm going to hold my breath
"We've been recording all our shows" got me SO EXCITED !!!
As my music changes Tool has never been left out they are #1
Also some good 2021 news.. my #2 has announced they are currently back together.
MUDVAYNE 2021 🤘
