Of all the Super Yachts that you have featured, this is probably the most "realistic" boat of them all. A sensible size, no excesses and would certainly keep me happy. What fantastic condition too, well made and laid up to retain it's smartness. Congratulations and thanks for showing OUR type of boat. God bless her and all who sail in her!!

You and your wife are such a delight. She is very funny lol. I live 1000 miles from any ocean with the largest boats being 17 foot wakeboard types and TX19 hull jet boats. I just love seeing the ins and outs of haul in and out. Thank you for allowing us to live vicariously through your videos.

One of the greatest moments in the spring, getting boat back on water 😊 Have a nice summer and safe boating. 👍 Our boat is still in the yard. It's about half a meter of solid ice in the river and sea😅
That boat looks amazing for a 17 year old. And the docking in wind and current looked pretty slick. well done!! We are on the verge of buying our third boat. First one was an old placom 420 4 seater with 40 hp outboard. Used it a lot for skiing etc. but also for camping out on the water for the weekends. When the 4 seats went into bed mode the total little cockpit was filled and when we layed ourselfs down we were like sardines in a can. But with the home made professional looking mini camper canvas we had a great time. Then after 13 years we upgraded to our current boat, a yr 2001 maxum 1900 sc also with camper canvas. Both boats live on the trailer and are stored inside. So only wet when used. This keeps for very low maintenance. Now we hope to close a deal on a yr 2001 cruisers yacht 3470. We have seen it, love it and want it. Not anywere near the state of your vessel on the outside. It needs good buffing but the inside looks great. And the rest we will work on. Can't wait for summer.

It’s just amazing at how many amenities/sleeping spaces, etc. that they can put into, even a relatively small boat. Although, 28’ isn’t exactly a “small” boat.
I guess the best “two days” of boat ownership for you guys, was the day you bought it and they day you picked it up from being refitted, cleaned, etc. That’s fantastic, because I would hate to get into boating and have the second best day be the day that I got rid of it.
What a great video you guys did, to see how more “normal folks” live. I’m in the “normal folks”, read: plebeian, category, myself.

Oh worth adding, La Ninna is over and we're in an El Ninno year now, so depending what happens in the far West, and up in the Jetstream resulting, we are either in for a nice Dry Summer, or a Cold Wet one. hopefully the former. Worth watching the Mr Weatherman Channel on UA-cam, as he is keeping a close eye on it, and mostly how it will impact the Caribbean, but we should get glimpses of the big picture. I'm hoping it will be like 1983, when we really had to make sure we were taking salt tablets, or enough packets of Crisps to get enough Salt. The Work Gang I was supervising, was constantly dehydrating and depleting their Sakt levels, and it got a bit worrying tbh, getting enough fluids and Salt into them was a bit of a challenge. Watching your videos was in part what caused me to buy my first boat. Having toured Norther Europe for 20 years, firstly by Motorbike than latterly by open top roadster, we got bored so in search of adventures new, we have just bought a 24ft Motor Sailer, loads of work still needs doing but slowly we are getting there. Great to get my hands dirty again after a career sat on my backside before retiring last month. Scary the cost but good fun, cant wait for our 'boat launch' sometime in the next two months I hope.

You're putting a boat in the water. Last night, I had 10 inches of very heavy snow. Heavy enough that a few trees gave up and I got to spend the day with the chainsaw.
We live in different worlds. Neither is better than the other, but they are different.

Nice dark blue bottom paint. I’m always amazed at how people apply that aqua blue colored bottom paint that almost always contrasts with everything else on the boat
