There is not too much of a difference I would say if you can get a stupid good deal on either one go for it. If not I would just wait for the ETM V2 or build out a Bombmoto B1.
Great question! I haven’t test drove a ETM V2 yet. But I have a 1600R. I think the 1600R is a good bike if you plan on just keeping it stock. I think if burromax made a 72v kit it would be my #1 choice for the money and features. The ETM V2 shares the same frame as the new Bombmoto B1. Which I plan on building out soon. If you are too excited and want to make a quick purchase I’d say get the ETMV2(it’s more rare and harder to get where the 1600R is in stock more often) but if you can wait I’d say see what people are building and if it is something you would want to do with a B1.
@@mintmotos3650 thanks a lot I just found out about the Bomb bomb moto B1 I’ll probably wait and just do more research until I’m ready to spend the cash lol 😎🤑🤣😇 On my way! To search for the B1 ✔️🫡
Ok so on the website it says 48v but every time I see a review it says 72 did u upgrade it or what cause idk why it says that I want this really bad it says it’s 2k to buy is that how much u spent??
They no longer sell the ETM 5000 which is 72v anymore. It has been replaced with the ETM V2. These videos unfortunately are from a time when they were able to be bought. I also spent a mind blowing 3g’s on it at the time which was a lot for what it was. I no longer have the ETM 5000 and built out from it a Bombmoto B1 with Electro and Company goodies. I made a video on it also.
@@mintmotos3650 they sell it was just looking at it the v2 to expensive any way I’m looking at a 2,000 budget and I want to go atleast 40mph and have full suspension
@@reams8126I feel you, then for the money I would get a B1 from BombMoto and build that with your budget. Or if you want something decent and out the box ready Burromax 1600r is a good value and a super solid bike for $2000.
Greet video love it, I’m after a bike for myself to ride with my son around parks, walking tracks and do small jumps. I’m 100kg do you think this would do the job from your experience? If not what would you recommend
Thanks! I would recommend 2 bikes. A Burromax TT1000R or a TT1600R. They are pre built and have all the essentials of a good trail and park bike with lights already wired. Everything about them is solid and you won’t need to do anything to them except maybe use different tires if you are really playing in the dirt. Also they support up to 150kg rider(about 350lbs) and They cost less than 2k. Another benefit is that the styling shouldn’t bother anyone in public because it looks like a “normal” e-bike so going to parks or riding sidewalks a lot should less of a hassle.
@@nishsmokeup491 Greenger! If the money is no issue for sure! I personally love 3GS model with the street tires. The only only thing I would want you to think about is do you want a bike that is out the crate done with no need or future desire to upgrade or do you want a bike you can build up and dial it in with. Both the TT1600R and G3 are bikes that there isn’t a lot of open support for modifying.
From what I understand there was a time when the motors and controllers were sold separately. Now they are sold together because they are tuned and paired together. Pretty much since mines came from a time when they were sold separately my hall sensors kept getting cooked in the motor. That’s why I had to get it sorted out.
If you really want an ETM you might want to look at an ETM V2 i linked it below or if you want to check out my other video on Bombmoto B1 and what you would like to build. electroandcompany.com/products/etm
I’m 5’10 and 170lbs, tbh you would be more comfortable on either a Bombmoto B1 or B2 or even a Burromax tt1600r but if you are sold on the styling of this you may want a better seat.
@@lisa143justinif already have a 48v motoec of this chassis you can start by getting an upgraded controller and going 72v. See if you can hit 40-45mph then start dialing in a tune or messing with the gearing.

Thank you! I’m hoping to get out and start filming again.

And problems with the motor getting too hot? Can you go on long rides without heating issues? Thanks for your time
would you buy a 2023 ETM V2 - Electric Trail Machine or the BurroMax tt1600r ?

Thanks man, I really appreciate your help.
My next problem hopefully they can ship to Australia
should i get the etm mini 5000 or the 2023 ETM V2
If you are an adult rider and you are only considering these 2. I would say the ETM V2 for sure.
@@mintmotos3650 thanks
the V2 is only 60V vs the mini is 72V. I wish they just put a 72v on the V2
what’s the difference between the mini and the one you have?
In a nutshell, It’s just a little bit larger
can you take off the decals on the plastics?
You can if you would like. They are all black.

My front wheel for some reason is un centered with the super motos idk why? the spacers are on the right way so do they just come like that ?
Where did you get the wheels from? Was it E&C? I need to find out if they changed them for the new ETM5000

is it an on or off switch or key?

Does anyone know how fast the e?T?M forty eight fault bike is
I would imagine somewhere between 20-28mph with the right conditions and rider. Someone else might be able to chime in on their experience.
