Its pretty cool that you do these in-depth build videos. Not a lot of people doing this on UA-cam and those that do don't go in-depth like you do. They just say, oh I did it, but dont show anything on how they did it.
Right, they do this number. 👨: Now you do (a) and (b) .. and then they cut straight to the finished result.. and I'm sitting there like "bruh did I just watch your 8 minute intro for you to not even show me how it's done.. A LOT of click bait.
Subscribed, liked, and here's your comment, sir. Thanks for the video! It's good to see people actually showing how a build is done for those of us who don't know how to do everything. Like myself, I can do MOST, but I can't put together a whole bike without worrying about installing something wrong and constantly worrying about killin myself. So again, thanks, good sir. Side note: (Just my opinion) Screaming into the mic is completely unnecessary and almost made me take back my like, sub, and comment. 😊
You definitely got trolled by those connectors, I’ve never seen connectors that only go together the wrong way. The good news is that battery is probably fine, since it shorted for such a small amount of time. I would’ve done some things differently for this build, the first change I would make is putting a hole somewhere to let the air out that the fan is pushing in, because right now it’s probably only going out through a couple of small holes. Also you could’ve used a 12v step down converter with a 12v fan, then you could also have used it to power the lights and got rid of the tool battery pack.
Yeh for mine I'm doing it different with water cooling but a budget version aka a strong tub that won't move where I can poor cold water in with ice that will hopefully get cold on the outside also am going to look into actual water cooling but idk much
I also may just get a alibaba surron for cheapter then building this and then upgrade it making it cost more then his custom bike but I like the look of the surron or I might get the new throne sprint because I really like the frame but I don't really like the seat nor the front fender but I can just change those out and it would be like 4500 total dont know yet just saving up
Awesome video! Liked and subscribed! I'm also a stealth bomber enthusiast I bought one second hand, I upgraded and customized it to the teeth. Stripped the paint off and clear coated it (rust prevention) I dubbed thee the cyber bike ⚡⚡⚡ 😂. Looks like you may be in Florida. I'm in New Port Richey FL 🤙 Hope to see you around brother.
Makita battery’s are water resistant. And the wires are pointed away from the ground. Also with the new mount I’m going to get for it. It should be a good seal.
Every time I wire things on my ebike, I use a 30 amp fuse buffer just in case I make a mistake. The fuse will blow and not damage my batteries or components. My controller is 30 amp for now.
*A good battery/bms/controller make these bikes awesome, I got 10k miles on mine in last 2 years* Nothing like it, I prefer riding with someone and put a car dash cam on ur bike just in case that GoPro isn’t on!
100% spot on, you learn as you go really when you start building you own e-bikes, and personally I've really enjoyed it all too! Respect E-Brother! ⚡🚲⚡👍
0:27 not sure if he end up saying it but u can find the frame it’s called a k5 or a stealth boomer there a Asia frame but there good except the seat can bent if u loop the bike
Is there a way 1) to make it faster top end speed? Around 75+mph? I love speed. 2) a way to regen and ride while it recharges the battery so that you get twice or three times the range because of the regen? It would be great to have something like that happening.
I personally don't mind spending 60-100$ cad. On bars as long as they are full size mx style handle bars with cross member removable or not I wouldn't pay more then 30$ for the mountain bike style handle Bars that you are using, they do suit some bikes like the one your doing the stealth bomber surron kinda look its a nice bike I might build one my self jus don't know yet
Great Vid!!! Although Ive not done a really fun build such as this (yet lol) Ive done a 52v20ah 1500w build with shunt modded 35a controller - on a Scott 26" mtb that's served me well for 2 years, and I love it. Ive just built a slightly more powerful hub motor ebike also 52v, but I intend on getting a 72v battery sometime this year for it, as I know it's the way to go. All the best from the over the pond in the UK! 🚲⚡👍
sick build bro and i have allso hit the like and subscribe because i have just got my first e,bike and i think you have upgraded one a hidoes b6 mines only a week old but the 35ish mph isn,t fast anough so its gunna get upgraded to about 5000 watts very soon and im gunna need all the help i can get lol sick build brother and PEACE from liverpool england 🤟
Why wouldn't you just power the lights from the pro-chaser buck converter? It looks like you got the 10 amp version which should still be plenty. Having a secondary battery that has to be charged separately outside of the vehicle is just wack.
@ENDOPRYSMyt I am with you from the first bike I assembled. I am from Iraq and I did as you did. I assembled my bike from Amazon and it has a 3000 watt engine, but I do not know how to share some pictures of it. I appreciate your effort and thank you. I hope you will put the size of the engine leak and the size of the frame leak. Thank you.
Bro I'm octuber my bike didn't wanted to turned on my ukc1 display went bad,I bought a new and the 30h error showed on the screen,I checked every plug every wire and nothing wrong....😢I ended up buying a new Sabvoton 72150,a new display ,a new QS 5kw hub motor a new Amorge 72v 35ah battery and I'm still got the 30h error,😡😡 I just find out the display protocol it's not the same of my controller😂😂 well I hope is that cuz everything in the bike is brand new ..I'm not supposed to have the error communication
Why the zoom forks tho. I mean theirs budget forks and then theirs zoom forks. I used them on a razor build but that bike was a quarter of the weight of your bike.
this must have taken so much effort y’all make sure to subscribe it’s free!

Hitting that subscribe button is a small action but for me its huge. so show your support and help me make more videos like this!🔋🔥
I love the enthusiasm and choice of wording, you definitely keep the video interesting as an ebike/surron enthusiast
@_not_a_username_ thanks I tried to be more enthusiastic and less robotic. Definitely going to be from now on in my vids.
*I got same seat and they sell a under seat mount for controller and never over heats plus you can use very big battery*
Total cost?

Thank you for being a real one.
Can't wait for the parts list!
Great well laid out Video..
Thanks🔥🔋
Great vid man but for other 10:16 don’t do this, just put terminal rings on your buck converter and bolt it to the controller
london is loving this

Been waiting a minute for a video like this. Thank you sir. Great work!
The extra Makita battery for the lights is overkill. - Buy some rechargeable lights.
amazing everyone needs to see this
Thank you! Please share it🙏
love the subtle foreshadowing lmaoo
I’m perfecting my craft.

What happens if you go through water and gets into or on the makita battery? Awesome build !!!!

6:31 okay, im subbed now.
Hey great video...👊🏼🙏🏼 I bought a new 5kw Qs 205 motor and the orange motor cable is touching the screws from the disc breaks....
Try a zip tie to hold it away from the rotor. Less spacers. Or lower profile bolts
How much did it cost u to build it ?
He said about 4k. Posted just under the video under more!!!
@ got mine around the same from alibaba. 15000w 72v 50ah with sabvoton controller 200A. But I like the 6 pistons break
@@momoney6272 building it yourself allows you to troubleshoot better
Cheap bars might be made of an inferior metal and may be weaker, I would think. Beautiful build though 🔥

Just a thought. First, great video. Paint the spacers black. Little deal, but I would. Heatshrink brother.
Yes a headset install vid would be cool😊

Man don't you get a lot of hall sensor issues with those high wattage and temperatures?
Amazing build video!
Love this content keep these great vids coming. I wanna build one soon thx 🙏🏾
dont forget to put loctite on the rotor bolts, one time they came loose and sparked my bike and my controller got fried.
Can you explain what locate is please or what it does just wondering
@ it's a liquid that solidifies the screw and the rivit and keeps it in place
Yo fire build watching the premiere 10/10 will watch when I do my diy
Can you make video on putting hub moter into wheel?
Subscribed! Great vid
Question:
Is the front fork wide enough to fit the back motor wheel on the front fork (for a dual motor setup)?
Thx!
I think you would need a different fork tbh. Because it doesn’t have the right slot for the axle. You will need to look into a different fork.
Do you know the VESC drivers that could help you increase speed?
Did you have to program angina or just plug and play
amazing

What’s the brake hose length I want to buy them I have the same frame and fork height it as you what did u buy the lengths at
100cm for the front
Roughly 300cm for the rear. I would get a little extra and cut down to your preference.
@ how do I cut it down I lowkey don’t know how to bleed brakes
Where do you go get the electric motor kit
what was the overall price tag???
He said about 4k
the electrical side is very sketchy ima be honest but it works
Buena maquina

More wiring on the inside of the frame. It gets to be a little too much.
3:37 that’s a top cap
Thank you. Your my hero
😢😢😢Where are the purchase links?
Give me a few hours. It takes I have to sit down and go over everything.
