Absolutely amazing product but our house burnt down due to solar and we lost both builds.within the next 2 years when can afford my son and I will be doing 2 builds again so we can ride the beach. Ryder is autistic and absolutely loves electro and co.! ❤ we can't Waite to post our builds and see others across the country until then. amazing builds from electro and co ladies and gentlemen. Man that controller sounds really cool!! More than double the peak power output that my Chinesium one can do and it’s half the size. My controller has no option for tuning either and I know how important that is for a good ride. I totally get the decision to fill that baby with thermally conductive potting compound, even though that makes repairs difficult or near impossible. I’ve worked with a couple fancy controllers from high-end battery lawn mowers and power tools and such, the best ones were always filled with that thermal potting compound. I live in a place that rains all the time year round so I can appreciate the benefit of fully waterproof parts like that. Looks like they’ve done some really great work on this one, I hope to get one for my bike someday!

Never built a razor, I’ve always disliked electric in general, but these electro and co motors are sweet. I legitimately don’t think I’ve seen another company putting out 14 kw electric motors.
It good to hear that they will send you the v2 end caps for the v1 motors. I'm running 12" rims and tires on my RSF650. The stronger end cap will be a good piece of mind on my bike.
I missed the battery being opened video. I did see videos on the motor being taken apart . So far I'm no having any issues with the motor. I am looking for a better controller to feed it.
@VoltronWatts I build my own batteries. When I started building my Razors, I figured that I should do as much of the build that I could. So I learned how to build batteries and thought myself how to weld. I use batteries that are second hand . From Jag35, Battery Clearing House and Battery Hookup. That way I can keep the cost down .
I am building a MX650 with 12" Supermoto rims and tires (non-spoked) with extended swingarm. I am stuck on what front and rear sprocket combo I need. I know my rear wheel sprocket mount holes are 92mm spacing which means I probably need a 420 chain kit. Can you please provide a recommendation, thanks?

For the motor, it’s my understanding that the stock rear sprocket will not work with the one that comes on the ec4p? Can I swap my stock motor front sprocket onto the motor or do I HAVE to order the rear sprocket and chain kit as well?

Well, I wouldn’t use the stock batteries with the E&C kit. But you don’t have to use an E&C battery with the noisy cricket and EC4P. You can get your own battery and run it 👌🚀

You could, for sure! You would need a separate mount in order to make it work. There is have seen guys in the modified razors Facebook group make mounts
Takes a couple hours to change on a 5 amp charger. At 5amps per hour you can gain 20amp hours in 4 hours. There are also chargers that can charge faster 🤙
You can charge the bike overnight. Personally I don’t like to keep my batteries on the charger once they are full. One thing I like to do is use the BMS app on my phone and look at the batteries cell health and percentage per cell. If I notice a couple cells are uneven with the rest I’ll leave it for a bit as to let those cells catch up to the rest.

I went 20 miles on the street with moderate throttle use and dirt bike tires. It really depends on your weight, throttle manner, include and terrain tho.
I'm baffled that people sink serious cash into such a heavy unsophisticated platform designed to fit 12 year olds... That being said, I support the design concept of the EC4P as the only sub 12lb mid motor available capable of decent performance that can be easily VESC controlled. Has anything been done to tighten up the loose motor windings, panned elsewhere, and how many if any rotors have failed to date? Still considering buying one for custom street builds.
These are great for big kids and adults if you need QUIET transport to get around and they are huge fun. I have a liter bike, husky 510 enduro, and drz 400, and still love riding Razor with my kids.
I don't see why u guys Or Electric& co build and sell these things yourselves and fully built n just build different ones with different set ups in them..

EC doesn’t offer one but I’m sure you could wire one in. OR, use an old iPhone or android and mount it to the bars and have that be your display. Have you see the app? It’s really well done

You can order a 25h motor sprocket for the EC4p and it will work 💪🏼

The 76v battery took nearly all the space inside the cover. I don’t know where to place the controller to make it fit.
