Appreciate you for telling consumers it's not something you NEED to have. ❤❤ About the mask now : Vitamin C is really low in percentage in this mask, so it will take months to show any difference. Actives like Vitamin C, retinol take about 3 - 6 months to actually show differences in skin. Especially when they are in such low percentages like in this one. This mask would be a good one fir sensitive skin because VC in it is not very potent. It's fragrance is so overpowering plus can sensitise some people allergic to fragrances. Otherwise it has just 10 ingredients and hence sensitive skin people can easily check on them and use it if they're not sensitive to them. No you should not use sleeping masks every single day. They are to be used 2 - 3 times a week just like serums because obviously they have actives in them more than our regular moisturizers. Always use sleeping mask on your regular moisturizers ( except face oils) considering the consistency and molecule sizes. This will actually add to the benefits of the mask and to tour skin. Bottom line : As said in the video, is it a nice product to have? Absolutely, just like toners or essences. Do you NEED it? No. Instead put your money in some hydrating or exfoliating face mask. Or just get yourself a Vitamin C serum instead of this. St Botanica Vitamin C, klairs VC, or The Ordinary Vitamin C are good.

Stay hydrated, take nutritional diets and add multivitamins if needed. About skin care routine, we generally need only 3 things in a super simple, yet effective skin care routine : A nice face wash, moisturizer according to your skin type and a Sunscreen( most important, 90% if the aging and skin damage is caused by the UV rays) If you still want added benefits, add a good exfoliating serum, Vitamin C serum and Retinols in your skin care. Again, they are actives so they should not be used everyday, 2 - 3 times a week. Only Vitamin C can be used daily because it fights the free radicals of the sun. Plus VC and sunscreen increase each other's potency. But this mask is no better than a nice serum or moisturizer. It IS nice but not better.
