    Your channel has been a LIFE changer for me. I've lost 71lbs over the last year RELIGIOUSLY watching your content. My mobility, flexibility and overall general mental well-being have drastically improved because of you and Bre. The only time I weight lift (which I used to do 5 days a week, with little improvement and a costly gym membership), is work on back exercises with lightweight dumbbells.

    I honestly felt so sleepy and sluggish waking up and this removed all the sleepiness from me ,especially cause I’m still trying to get the hang of getting up early . I feel like moving to a full workout now .Thank you so much for this I really needed it.❤

    Thanks for sharing this morning routine Flow. Its amazing how beneficial a super short session like this can have on the start of the day.
    Ive been following your videos, which have been my health lifeline ove the past 2.5 years since having our second child. Significantly improved core strength, flexibility, depth of calm breath and reduced probability of injuries are some of the benefits Ive experienced.
    Guided routines on UA-cam st home have been super accessible and valuable throughout this covid impacted season.
    I also find 5am a good time for practice before wife and kids wake up. Though its also fine if the kids wake up part way through as they sometimes follow along❤

      It takes even more discipline to do so with kids. We suggest to get your life and own sh*t in order before having kids so you can be pure and present for them 🤙

    You are probably aware but just in case, I've just seen that in some videos that if I set the UA-cam language to Spanish the video's audio is in Spanish, and when I change it to English it's in English, I don't know if it is AI made but in case you would like to reach people in other languages now you know :)

      Yeah, I like the sessions that are shot in the BJJ space.
      My 5 yr old so who's hero is Spider Man really engaged in the engaged with the practice once he saw the connection between BJJ and Yoga.

    Hey man I been religiously after waking up doing your other video called “ Start your day with this!”
    that you posted about 11 months ago.
    Can I keep doing that one ? It gives a rush of energy and well being to jump start the day.

    Thanks, a good short flow to start the day. How many hours of sleep do you aim for? I struggle to get up even 6:30, usually ending in staying in bed until 7 until I get up, but I would like to start my day earlier like you.

      I usually aim for 7.5h of sleep. No less than 6h, which should be the exception.

      No. Surgery is the very last resort if there is no other option. Most people that get surgery are not even aware of the options...

      @@BreatheAndFlow you re totally right . I had a rotator cuff surgery after a mountain bike crash.Before getting the surgery I tried everything for about 16 months…. Ended up with the surgery. I follow your videos . I m 42 and for an unknown reason I have problems with pinched nerves in the spine . Stretches and Yoga help a lot.
