Much love. Hazy
Absolute legend mate! You'll never know how much you have helped me with my mental struggle... I would say you have actually saved my life.. I get out as much as I can, and every time I think of the way you do this.. thankyou haze for saving me :) much love bro! :)
Get yourself a dog if you can, mines helped me so much.
Much love to you bro! ❤️
Cracking vid, you've captured just how hot it was. It was good to see you up there, so few of us on the hill.
I'm the bloke who shared water with you.
Always up for the hard grind ahead , and face it with failure is not an option , this is how everyone should go through life
But also don’t worry about giving up if it gets too much. Blind Yorkshire stubbornness will only get you so far (all the way to the end) 🥵🫶🤪
What every Sunday needs 👍
As a native Texan camping in 110⁰F (43⁰C) is a chore but I swear by a wide brimmed hat, a sniper veil (you wet it and it can act like a swamp cooler when draped over you) and resting at peak hours 2pm-6pm. Hiking in the dark sucks but it's better than heat stroke.
Great video!
Tell me yer fray Whitby without telling me you're from Whitby. I'm a Bay lad born and bred but now in Ruswarp. I feel so lucky to be in the postcode of my birth. Eskdale Maternity Hospital was just over the road from my school (Eskdale... about to be closed down). Love the way some of your comments and actions bring my youth back to mind. Stained with billberries and stuff. Roam free kids, the World is your oyster!
Universal soldier eat your heart out……we got the haze machine, bit cagey in the heat tho but you pull through. All the best pal 👍🏻🏴👍🏻🏴👍🏻🏴
These are just the best Hazey lad👌👍... Chefs Kiss
"Wild swimmin' 101, head in bog". Absolutely wonderful stuff!
😂Man, I love your adventures😂👍
Perfect start to a Sunday evening.
Only 21 minutes in and the crack is off the scale! Bonkers as usual but just great entertainment . Belta Hazey lad 👍
Heatwave crack 😂
@@HazeOutdoors 😂😂
Yorkshire’s sexiest Rambler mauled by heard of cows .. that had me. All I can say is he lived his life the Hazey way, talk about laugh. Stunning views, you Hazey are a warrior I’d of been a puddle in that heat, just shows the only limits are that of our own mind you smashed part 2 🌿🐄👊🏻
Heat is so dangerous. Almost lost my husband to severe heatstroke in 2019. He was in a medically induced coma in ICU for two days because they couldn't get his temperature down. Made a miracle recovery, with no long lasting effects thankfully. Watching you just carrying on hiking in the heat was a bit stressful, but good of you that you recognised in time that you were about to cross your own limits.
Having the experience of someone I love getting a severe heatstroke made me very careful about getting out to hike in 25-30deg Celcius plus weather, especially in high humidity.
I was in southern France last week, with temperatures of 38+ deg Celcius, and only did a couple of strolls around shaded areas and towns. Too hot to do anything else.
And I'm in the Alps now, planning on doing a day hike on the first stretch of the Tour Du Mont Blanc. It's going to be about 26 degrees at midday (lots cooler than the past few weeks, thankfully), so I'm taking hydration stuff, at least 2.5 litres of water, and my water filter. Starting out at 7am. Wish me luck! :)
Anyway, great video. Carry on. 😊
Have fun! I'm off out tomorrow early. Temps have dropped in Cornwall so time to hit the coast path.
@johnny 71c Thanks 😊
@@ashmaybe9634 oooh! Nice! You have fun too! 😄
The heat is no joke.. have to respect it.
@@denzalwash4120 Definitely!
I only got diagnosed with ADHD last year (at 28) and since then I've realised that pretty much everyone I follow on youtube has it too. Not in the least bit surprised to hear you're one of them - your mental health chats have always really resonated with me. It's nice to hear you talk about it though; I basically only got diagnosed because I was watching so many channels by ADHDers that youtube straight-up starting reccomending videos about ADHD to me and I looked into it XD. I think it's really helpful to break down the misconceptions and make it more relatable to people who never got diagnosed in childhood.
Since I moved to Scotland I've become totally obsessed with hiking and wild camping and a good chunk of that is from watching your videos in lockdown, so cheers. Being outdoors really is the best therapy. Wainright knew it and I'd put money on him having had it too. Much love
Looking forward too this thanks 4 sharing 😊
Mr Haze, you are a gem! Never change my lad 😂
This is making my afternoon! Love it!
Happy to help me old mucker
What camera do you use ?
The pool you put your head in is where my dog always gets in to cool down 🫠
I was tempted to get in
Legendary... Oh I had a giggle bout that "medic" call at the gateway. I never miss a Haze adventure, looking forward to watching one sometime with Dustin and Kerrbear. ❤️👍
Mad respect. I did Nevis in 25 degrees and that was way too hot for me. The temps on those days were savage. What a legend.
Finally!! Part 2!!
Dude, you need a hat with a brim, preserve that baby soft Yorkshire complexion and lugs for years to come… Nice to see you rocking the Ironman kit - time for another, with the GoPro this time. Great content as ever 👍…
That’s a thought!
my god you cheer a day up
Osmotherley village and distant views of Roseberry Topping. Thank you so much for triggering many happy and a few sad memories. ❤️
you save me haze! my darkest hour, (hours) my dad committed suicide when i was 7, he was 33 im 37 going strong , i take so much from your soul , the joy and humor is pure

Atb Graham
Hey Ironman, take care of that noggin. I love your mind. Joy. :)
mad englishman in the midday sun
awesome mate thanks
Hazey, after watching 1 min in and seeing them slates up Huntcliffe if makes me feel very very sad. But yes we have walked the Saltburn to whitby and its stunning, I mean STUNNING. And watching your secret tunnel camp , when you know you know.
Ha! Bit of Cee Major on the outro!!! That really shocked me.
Well done on the recovery. Experienced similar thing last year and nearly got sacked.
Literally just sat down and notification, perfect timing after a tough day
Can't you upload them all! I don't want to wait another week!
Hazey that looked brutal. Hats off to you for keeping going and i would be panicking if I was that low on water in that heat. Did my first solo camp last night and loved it. Keep up the adventures and entertainment,
First bit of water you see and you’re in! Think you’ve got some Labrador in you! 🤪
00:35 man such a missed opportunity for the classic line, but you didn't disappoint - just wished you'd been able to film them blokes reactions when you actually did yell it 😅 grand job as always Hazey, you're truly a man of wisdom and inspiration x
You're videos are great....not long got off the phone to nordic outdoors about the competition to win 2x tickets to the fjallraven classic in the UK. And we'll thanks to you really, won the competition.
One of you're previous videos where you mentioned you were taking part had me looking into it and seeing what it was about more. So I entered the competition and have luckily won. Based up in the highlands so not far of a drive from here...but can't wait to take part with like minded people who love the outdoors and what it has to offer.
Look forward to hopefully seeing you there hazey...take it easy...🤟👍
Looking forward to this one mate! Get the feet up and aftersun out now 🙌
Nigel Foraging for Bilberries lad.
Great video as always mate... atb
Here he is, the Rummest lad goin'
Hazey! Hazey! Hazey!
Good to hear your Yorkshire accent, I was a bit sad when you were trying to diminish it. Was worried when you said you had a headache, but then I remembered, you uploaded the video, lol That level of heat is no joke, especially if you aren't able to hydrate enough. Happy for the view; although the foggy one was beautiful as well. Take care, be well
Shout out I’m in Hartlepool. Looks beautiful country side.
I love your video of you rambling in more ways than one on the Cleveland Way. With your mad sense of humour "Getting philosophical with one ball Paul🤣". You've made my Sunday. Cheers Hazey.
Loving this series. Although it should come with a warning of "includes mild peril" had me on edge haha
Love that you take good care and share with all of us out here in UA-cam land…Thank You! 🌀💚🌀side note… protect your eyes from the UV’s and keep a wet cloth on the back of your neck to keep a little bit cooler….
Looking forward to watching part 3... this one looked like a right slog.
Come on the low point was the dog bowl in the church!
Hahah that was five star living mate
As another ex UK Army I enjoy your videos.
Dave B. Thailand.
Well done our kid! x
Massive love brother 👊
To you too mate!
@@HazeOutdoors love you more 👊🤣
Yasssss! Been waiting
Thanks
You sir are a LEGEND! Thank you
Respect and salute to Uncle Haze!
🫡
Another inspirational video, with the wait. You are a northern legend, don't get them in the Midlands, lol. Can't wait till next vid.
I wouldn't have survived that heat and so little shade to find. Great vid. I always enjoy your stream of consciousness!
Hats off to you mate...I did the Lyke Wake Walk last year on a hot day (not that hot though) and I know how tough them there hills are, they damn near killed me ☠️
Well done for getting across them without dying....looking forward to part 3 😀
Love your enthusiasm for being outdoors, can't wait for the final installment - love coastal walks. You can't beat a bit of countryside next to the ocean 🌊
Amazing as always
I was about 3 hours in front of you when you mentioned the time, I was on the c to c, that heat was mentally mad on the hottest day of the year. I found a small stream covered in gold algae on the moor and filtered some water, didn’t taste to good but I needed it, looking forward to part 3
So you also ignored the Met Office amber warning then lol
Class, always epic. 🙏
views are incredible! thanks so much for sharing, really enjoyed this video 🤗🙏
Need more of those videos! Loved it. Great trip, great adventure. 🤠✌️
Video only just started. Commenting for the algorithm. Cheers mate
Best thing to do is a good stretch in the morning
Good going in tough conditions!
Great test for your physical and mental health. Another good one.
Amazing mental strength getting through that heat! I'm a cancer survivor and I can have a tough time with the discomforts of getting overheated or too cold. Those discomforts can try and pull one out of the present moment. Great job staying in the moment, and thank you for your continued inspirational and uplifting videos, they mean alot.
Ps. Hay fever source solved...Part one at 13 min 47 sec 😁❤️
100 k subs well done Haze ,not surprised at all always good fun and stunning views and editing 🙂
been literally checking every day to see if you'd posted. you're an absolute champion mate
Just ace! That bog dip and being heard doing a 'Medic' made me laugh so much! Really felt for you in that heat though...I use a UV brolly...get some odd looks using it, but the shade it gives is bliss 🙂 Take care and congrats on the 100k!
yes yes 🙌🙌
Dude been a sub. From ur steak challenge. Ur a trupper. Much respect for y ur doing them big hikess. Big hikes for big emotions. Much love man. Keep on keeping on.
Another great video mucker. Love watching these gives me the urge to get out there and enjoy great outdoors
Absolutely fantastic bud, enjoyable and so nicely filmed and narrated.
You keep inspiring me to travel across my own country finding areas to hike and camp. My caps off to you! Respect from Florida USA 🌴
another great tab pal good effort mate :)
Sooooo good haha. I enjoy, your enjoyment! It's contagious. The cow bit played out perfectly haha, hilarious. Can't wait for the next part. Smashing it!
roseberry topping.... my neck o' woods
Hazy, I been trying to see from your vids how you secure your poles to your shoulder strap, but i cant seem to see, any chance of a detailed look.. cheers, keep it coming, your helping so many people.. 👍
As always, another epic journey you've shared with us. Cheers Hazy
Loved it. Thanks, Hazy. 👍🏕️😘🍺
Loved it, another one on the list
Nooooo, I was shouting at the screen that you missed the pond just before you camped for the second night. Gutted, it is deep enough for dunking the junk. Can’t believe you had to filter water from a puddle. Fair play to you, that heat that week was horrific 🥵🥵
cracks me up that you dont edit out you walking back to the camera every time you go for that walk past shot, every time i see it in someones videos i think about them trawling back to it like a gorm, I love how you leave the footage in
Great video again, thanks 👍
That looked chuffin' tough!
Nice to see the Lyke Wake Walk sign. I did that as a young Scout, about 40 years ago! 18th Barnsley (Hoyland) if anyone's bothered!! 😉
As an Aussie I totally feel for you hiking in that heat and with only a small amount of water as well, which is a bit dangerous, hence the headache. Can’t wait for the next upload 💜💜🇦🇺
I LOVE your videos! I remember that clip with the cows! You are so real, love your philosophical meanderings and make me giggle! Take good care of yourself! Otherwise...MEDIC! Thanks! ATB!
That’s lovely mate thanks 😊
Amazing effort
I have absolute respect for you for doing this in that crazy heat! Me and my mate often walk these hills and we recently did Lord Stones to Roseberry topping and there are so few water sources there; i really feel for you having to drink from a puddle!
Proper looking forward to seeing the next part! And hopefully you found somewhere better to drink at Kildale!
Can't believe you kept going. The rollercoaster section featured as part of my Bilsdale round today, it was harsh enough in the early 20°'s. Proper wouldn't fancy it with several more degrees of heat and a multi-day loadout! As regards Saxx related chafage I've been there. Fracked them off for the Rab Force, which have yet to let me down. Thanks for sharing your adventures, stay safe.
15 mins in ...Get a good rest as its hard going the rest , :) Not as bad as going from other end for me anyways. im on the coast so i know this hike .Once did Saltburn to Great Ayton via roseberry topping in a winter snow storm was a hard day we was meant go for a smal hike that day so no food only one torch between us lol . ATB Max
Hazey! I must admit that I love your videos! Thanks so much! Looked like a tough hike considering the heat wave that the UK 🇬🇧 is experiencing!
My daughter and I as part of a group walked the Two Moors Way that week. That was tough as well but at least we only had one really hot day.
You did so well mate! That heat must have been an absolute killer 🥵😫
You smashed it mate, full respect! 👊
Loving these videos mate. Great stuff!
Awesome hazy look after yourself mate in that heat hats off to you I think I'd be dead doing that great video and stunning scenery hopefully you get to water soon take care and all the best thanks for your time 👍👌🙏❤️
Osmotherley is nice, donation for the bogs🌝
it's the journey not the destination. Being present takes practice but me owld mate eckhart tolle is a good lad
Hazey I had some of that chicken of the woods in may, the same one.mad that
Great stuff as ever. You need to carry a small umberella for a bit of portable shade mate
I did 2 peaks in one day, up Aran Fawddwy this weekend. Heat was a nightmare, but thankfully we were able to get water from streams etc... appreciate how bad the conditions are for you!
