And this kind of thing *right here* is why you can't "just leave the homeless people alone." The whole place gets absolutely trashed. Also a really good example of why keeping even abandoned properties maintained is important at a city-level.
The property owner needs to be held accountable for allowing the lot to get so out of control and become a inviting spot for vagrants. Properties like this are a public nuisance.
It's a shame people can't have respect for the property they are squatting on. Those poor neighbors next door are probable grateful that mess is gone.
No it's shame that these people are homeless in the first place and the city is not doing anything or this country to give them housing
@@garyflythe1362 It’s more of a shame you think people like that deserve free houses on the taxpayers dime. Fuck them
Homeless people are by far the flithiest creatures on Earth....it's amazing how quickly they can trash an area.....nice work on revitalizing the property!
To any person doing this type of work, one phone call to the power company is all it takes. They will immediately tell you if there is power, or not, to a building. Better to be safe than sorry. A great job on this property.
I can watch little munchy for hours.
Love him!!
If more cities maintained places like this then these issues would be less likely to happen. It’s great you are getting a layer of the dirt too so if there are needles then at least there will be a lot less this way. I’m sure the neighbors appreciate this being cleaned up as well. Thank you!
I bet the “tenants” burned that shed when they realized they were being evicted.
Very possible
I've watched Devin in a couple of these area's. Yhat is a great service. I also watch several Lawn people that go in and mow and trim up empty lots and around abandoned homes. See people complain about those hard workers asking why they don't just mow for homes that people live in. This is why. To keep our community clean and safe for the neighbors.
I LOVE seeing Munchie at work. I've missed seeing it in action. You take a jungle and turn it into a park. Congratulations on another fine video.
That looks like they should have ask for a full demo. My hands were moving in the control pattern of the machine wanting to just tear it all out lol.
What a disaster 😮
My hat is off to you for tackling this job.
I would be more worried about the clothes than the little piece of asbestos. Body fluids. Bacteria. Feces drug residue etc.
When I was homeless, I didn't trash everything or set things on fire I had a trash bags and I kept my area clean and I used a grill to cook and keep warm so not all homeless people are like that also I have had personal experiences with some homeless people who are like that and they trashed my dads back yard and destroyed his property
Very sorry to hear this.
Well done you, for getting back on your feet. I would imagine any self respecting person
would not willingly live under these conditions.
@@margaretburn713 I agree it was hard but it can be done
Once it all burns down they will get the neighborhood improvement award
I don’t know about anyone else but the views of the roof made my stomach flip. Must be because of the unknown under that leaf debris. Lol.
The homeless always leave their calling cards.
I live in Maine and we had a homeless encampment in our town so bad the city had to close the road for about 3 days to clean it up and get everybody out.
Whata dang mess. Hope you’re charging a premium for that job.
Love the fast motion, calling it the chipmunk mode.
Wise men avoid asbestos. And protect themselves from bugs and the nasty stuff left in homeless camps. If people were living safe, fed, healthy, they could find jobs and homeless camps would nearly disappear.
Take care in the heat. Dont over do it. Awesome as always
This was a nasty mess. You cleared it all out and made it look decent
DJ, I have to tell you that I truly admire your ability to operate your equipment in close quarters like that.
100 degrees ? Ha, Ha, Ha ! That's not hot ! We are averaging 114 degrees every day here in Texas ! And other places in the country are worse than us. Got Kudzu ?
Do you have 85% humidity to go with it.
When we put up hay on the farm we didn’t complain when it was over 100* but we knew that’s what makes good dry hay for winter feeding but the temperature was just opposite in the -20*. We just remembered how hot it was and that warmed us up a little but most of all was that double heat wood that we we’re sweating while cutting it and sweating when we burned it in the winter. Our bodies got used to the temperatures and I get tickled at my kids when they are freezing to death shoveling snow or sweating to death on the riding mower.
Great job as always. It is hard to see how many people are now homeless and the results are encroaching everywhere. We as a nation should be better than this resulting mess.
I'm DIGGIN this channel
I hope you get well paid for this kind of clean up, you always do a good job.
I don’t know why but I love watching your mulching/mowing videos. Hope your doing well. I’m new to your channel and watch everyone you put up.
good job, buddy! You are a master with your heavy machinery ,know just where to lay it down and carefully!! GOOD VIDEO
Little Munchie to the rescue again. It is amazing that it munches vines, where others would just wrap up.
Beautiful job 👏
its crazy that property owners have to burn these people out to get rid of them, in philly a guy burned half a block down
Should have used the bucket & tooth to drag the vegetation down to ground level then used the mulcher make life easier for yourself
What a difference, great clean up
You sure found a perfect profession to invest in. Well needed.
What a mess! Nice to see how well the property cleaned up, considering all.
One thing I've noticed here and on Letsdig's channel is that those mulchers seem to want a bit more oil flow than most mini excavators can supply.
Great cleanup. Renewed visibilty for the property.
I sometimes forget because of my fascination with little munchie... That you do the whole job. Excellent work my friend. 👍
That house needs to be torn down so why would the inspectors want the roof blown off kind of crazy to me.
Things would have been better if the FD let everything burn to the ground.
If there's no meter there is no power in the house. The outside lines could still be hot.
Unless the drop is cut at the pole, It's still "hot" !
What a job. Love that big kabota tractor//mower good job😊
Great job! You must be in demand!
They will be back with Tents!
What a mess with the debris on the ground!
Good job! One less place to get trashed again.
It's amazing what you can do with that machine, you did an awesome job, well done. now the neighbor's will not have to worry about the homeless camping out there.
Here in west Texas it's been over 100 for the past month we hit a couple 109 day
brutal
Way, way better, and way, way safer! Excellent work getting that junk out of there and making the whole place more visible. It amazes me, wherever you take little munchie, he just gets the job done. Stay safe and drink lots of water. This heat is awful. Thanks for the video. ❤️
Well done . . . great job, looks amazing as is.
The homeless can really make a nasty mess.
This was an extremely satisfying video. You dinnit give any excuses to leave anything UN-done. Thanks for this.
I sure do wish you could do my back yard. It needs freshing up. Just my trees. Lol
Great video !!
I know this will not be a popular opinion to some, but I absolutely despise the homeless. The trash and contamination they leave is disgusting and they do not have any respect for other people's property. Be a civilized human being and clean up after yourself and not trash up every place you inhabit.
Great job, Devin. It's a shame we have to people without a home. God Bless.
Some People are opportunistic ferals. They adapt to and survive in many new habitats. They pollute each one before they leave it.
Great job.👍
I want a Mr. Munchie. Wow, it really does the job .👍👍👍 23:17
If u weld a hook on your boom somewhere on the end u can hook 🪝 a chain up and pull old fence and posts !!??
One you start mulching you could just run video at 150 speed to make it seem faster and more consistent don’t know how much you speed it up but thanks for your videos really appreciate them
That was at least a three man job,or a 3 day one man job..............................................................................Fort Worth,Tx
liked the time lapse portion.
What a mess. You do a little bit of everything. Great job. 😊
Wow what a mess
Man! I’ll bet your homeless subscribers are gonna be pissed. 😂
Wow ❤
Great job! I love watching the trees and brush disappear.
Good morning. Work Brea from Findlay Ohio, they make attachments for excavators. Their rake might be worth a look.
I apologize if my spelling is off.
I grew up in Circleville ohio. I knew people that has your last name.
Allen I could pass my father's side of the family on a street/ sidewalk, really never know it. We never went around them. Grandfather was a functional alcoholic, hence dad not going around his family.
@@michaelbaumgardner9493 well understand that just thought you maybe related I left in 71 drafted. I retired in Sc miss home some times not been back for 30 years
Grew up in Lawrence County Ohio. I left in 2009. I'm sure good people are there, but I don't and will not go back. Huntington is a septic tank and Ashland isn't better.
Take care.
Job well done.
i dont get why they dont tell you to destroy that burn shelder? fantastic clean work!
They aren’t paid to do building demolition. That is not their business.
@@coleengogerty3852 but the homeless can return in that structure and cause another fired
As I explained in the vid it has asbestos on it, I am not licensed, insured and trained for asbestos work
@@idigit4967 ahhhh ok i dont get because here in italy we call amianto vert very nasty stuff
Love these type of videos Davin keep up the good work brother!
Good job and video brother
Devin, great job, despite the heat. make sure you bring plenty of water with you so you do not dehydrite in all that heat..
Great work

Awesome video
Looks great
Nicely done. Yup, it's been triple digit heat here as well. It was 119* (heat index) on Wednesday. It hasn't been much cooler since then. Have a fine weekend. You deserve it after that mess. 👍🏽🤠 7/29/23
Didn’t their Mother’s teach them how to clean their room? LOL
always satisfying to watch..
Very Nice Job Devin
Enjoyed watching the video Devin 😊
I have my own business doing environmental testing but I want to make some extra money. I bought a Billy goat type leaf loader and put it on a small dump trailer. Doing some heavy duty leaf cleanups and light underbrushing. It’s satisfying to make places look better. I enjoy watching you especially the latest of the dog park woods clearing.
Another good job 👍
great job
👍👍👍👍👍👍 Good Job!!!!!!
Thank you! Cheers!
I have every sympathy for someone homeless through hardship or no fault of their own, but that goes for those who leave a mess of this level there is no need to trash somewhere just because you can it doesn’t I still confidence in you getting a new home
That was a risky job. I would not climb on that roof. :) Nice job. By the way, what happen with the logging dispute, missed that somehow.
Excellent job
Thank you! Cheers!
LOVE MUNCHIE, LOVE MUNCHIE.
You did a great job. What a mess. More power to you 💪 ✨ 😊😊keep 💪 working 💪 👷♂️ keep smiling. The best is yet to come. Bless you 🙏 ♥ 🙌 💖.
