This new mulcher is an animal! Fun to watch! I must compliment you on your positioning and editing of your videos. I believe you are the best in the business. You seem to have an instinct for seeing the best angles and time segments to sustain a viewers attention and interest. Thank you.
Well, thank you for the teeth sharpening piece of this video. You tackled them trees with the greatest ease. You are very good at what you do. Awesome job!!!
Devin, I loved this job, just so relaxing to see all the trees ge sucked into the mulcher and no more. My husband Paul enjoyed this video as well.🙂thank you for all your work in putting this out and shareing. Keep up the great and awesome work. God bless..
Boy does that thing go! I can’t believe how fine the mulch is. Loved watching it work through that little forest. You sure didn’t have a very big learning curve on it. You’re just that good. Great job, and great video. Loving watching this TMC Cancela go! ❤️
That mulcher is a beast! The way is sucks those trees in and no chuncks really come out , or very small bits. Talk about efficiency, dang that thing is amazing.
This was one of your more riveting videos. When it began I was glued to the monitor. The new mulcher is mesmerizing to watch. I look forward to many more such videos from you. Marvelous work!
That's an impressive mulcher. Probably the best one I've seen on not only your channel but others. I look forward to watching more videos you make using this mulcher.
i notice you dont make the head hit the ground maybe for avoid damage the teeth but in this way the stuff throw backside and in some case can be dangerous! fantastic job!
Wow 😳😳 that's a power amazing machine, you should name it either ( the mega shark) or Mega munchie. Makes a huge difference when those teeth are sharp. it ate those trees like they were shart bait. We all love these mowing projects you do with little munch or the shark beast. There was some close calls there with the go pro getting knocked over lucky you didn't chop that tree up yet that it fell in or that would have been a bad day. Try sitting it further away from the cutting zone but zoom in on your cutting path that way trees don't hit it. Great video stay safe
As a long time follower I really like this machine. It seems to leave behind much smaller mulch and does a fantastic job. Question; Do you worry about termites in the mulch?
I have mulcher envy. I try to run small limbs through a 110 volt chipper and the mulch that and a lot more with my mower (battery powered). It works but your mulcher is thousands of times quicker. Plus I get tied and hot which you operate controls in air conditioned comfort. I keep dreaming of designed a mulcher blade for my mower which chips wood better.
You would think that the horsepower requirements to operate this unit would be higher (leading to more stalls) since it has so many cutting surfaces inside, but the opposite seems to be the case. Very interesting design.
T Y 4 THE SHARE. At 3:00 I wonder how expensive it'd be for replaceable carbide and how much better they would cut and last? How do trees get so close together?
An amazing 45 minutes! Thx for posting this! A question though…. This area is so massively overgrown with everything. I would guess you have heat an high humidity in South Carolina. Is there ever a wildfire problem in areas like this?
Yes wildfires are a big problem in SC and the southeast in general. My BA and MA are in Emergency & Disaster Management so I have a good background in wildfires. I think SC had almost 2000 wildfires in 2022 alone.
You better cut that 200'+ back from where that building is going for fire mitigation due to the thickness of those woods! And I think that cutter is better than Big Muncie, seems like it is cutting better and producing a better finished product.
Hello I’m the US sales manager for the TMC head that Davin has been so nice enough to use. The life of the knifes really depends on the application and operator. If you are working in rocky soils the carbide hammers would be be the best option. They leave a larger material but they last about twice as long. Really it depends on the finish you or your customer is looking for. I’m so glad Davin has brought our product to so many people.
@@rwhit7926hello iam from Lithuania iam working with Bobcat mulcher,į have carbide hammers.but how much price one knife.I think knife is beter then Hammer. From hammer stay to much mulch.
When they’re new they last a good while then maybe 3-4 times for sharping after that. That’s if you keep using them till they go dull, with knives you can get anywhere between 80-110 hours out of a set
I like watching you clean up property it would be an honor to watch you videotape cleaning my property but you live too far away I live in Northeast Mississippi . Keep up the good work and I will keep watching 👍💯😎
I was just thinking that if you could find a bicycle helmet you could cut it so you can put on top of the Go Pro, that way it will soften the blow when a tree hits it.Worth a try. Especially if you can find a helmet in a thrift store.
about half to quarter wear new teeth. even sharpening you may just replace a few here their. if any one got a unit add extra toofies to the list. chains, ta odd stuff hoses, hose protection . things that might get damaged that way you can replace in the field. Then keep on Trucking.
I've always wondered why you don't use the push bar like a rake when something gets out somewhere you aren't wanting it to be like in manicured grass. I know the drum spinning and being open and faced toward the cab in that position is dangerous but if you cut the drum off so it's not running, let it spool down a minute, then tilted the push bar down and raked the pieces back into the mulching area, why wouldn't that work. That seems like it would work to me unless you can't get it tilted far enough forward and down that the mulcher rotates where the push bar can be used like that. I've always been curious why no one uses the push bar as a rake. I though I'd seen once in a video advertising a drum mulcher that they used the push bar like a rake to pull material over that way to avoid making a mess where they weren't supposed to. As if they were advertising it as a feature of the mulcher that could be used that way. Seems like it would save time over jumping out of the machine and grabbing whatever it is and dragging it by hand or having the mess to clean up later with a rake and/or leaf blower. Just curious if you have ever tried it or not and if its possible? 👍

I totally agree
Wow, thank you! I appreciate that!
I love the way it inhales 6" trees!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Woa that's the best tree-eating attachment I've seen. Really cool.
Well, thank you for the teeth sharpening piece of this video. You tackled them trees with the greatest ease. You are very good at what you do. Awesome job!!!
You have never worked, you enjoy what you do. Continued success.

I am the sales rep for the TMC mulcher. While we were out doing this job we commented on how dense the brush was.
Awesome job! The mulcher really worked well at mulching everything down. You are a great multi machine operator. Keep up the awesome work!
Holy smokes, I love that mulcher! It’s a beast. So much fun to watch. 😊
This video really satisfies my love of big machines and my hatred of trees.
Mulch-a-mania running wild!
Wow, that thing is the new king of mulchers! You NEED that one, buddy! Best mulcher, best operator too! Oh yeah!!!!
great video , This TMC is a monster nothing is left standing mulch everyhting
That 180 is a keeper great job great video thanks Devon
Man, that job is more like clearing than mulching. Some of those pines could be called timber. Great job and thanks for sharing.
Yum, Yum--eat 'em up!
Tree coleslaw - I absolutely love it ❤
That thing is a beast, nom nom, all day long.
This is THEE perfect machine for this job!

I wish I had had one or two of these years ago when I cut back the edges of pastures with a bow saw.....
Love watching how it eats trees. Good job again .
Munch munch munch (Belch!)

Love the new cutter head
Thanks for explaining the "inside" mulcher parts. I've wondered how that actually worked. You and John U.B.C. are awesome. John BC Canada
You're just like a Toreador with that Spanish Cancela ! Is Oliver taking good care of you?
Good job and video Brother. Poor go-pro getting abused again
Really enjoyed the head on view. More descriptive representation of how that thing actually does the job.
Suggest using a Yellow Tire Crayon so your markings show up better. Plus the yellow will come off with the first grind.
your machine is the best one iv seen yet doing this heavy removal work you are making it look to easy now lol.. great video many thanks
Have you considered adding tungsten carbide tips to those steel blades you will get a longer life and less sharping
That TWF-180 can eat! I like all the counter-cutters.
T Y 4 THE SHARE. At 3:00 I wonder how expensive it'd be for replaceable carbide and how much better they would cut and last? How do trees get so close together?

Knock 'em down, chew 'em up, done. SMH the whole while. This machine is amazing
Those trees was wearing the mm out good job you sharpen those blades dude 😎
That was awesome.. that head is a beast.

I was curious . I have 30 yrs with the USFS.@@idigit4967
Big munchie is fast and efficient. Good job 👍
Looks good
You're right! It is a beast!!!!!!!!!!
Impressive sad to see the trees go😮
You better cut that 200'+ back from where that building is going for fire mitigation due to the thickness of those woods! And I think that cutter is better than Big Muncie, seems like it is cutting better and producing a better finished product.
I need one of those😢
Project I'm doing, is as wide as that machine. Using loppers and a pole saw, 16ft reach
Wow!!
How many times can you sharpen them teeth before you have to get new ones

TMC Cancela Mulcher is a money maker. Works better at grinding trees & brush. Helps to have gate down back dragging.
Your getting a great little empire to gether lol 😆 😄
I think it is great that the tree's are going back into nature again as new energy ❤
Big hugs from Denmark ❤❤
Great job😊
Gloves?
I use a can of CHEEP spray paint on the sharpened teeth. A quick spritz and on to the next one.
Great job man
🤣🤣🤣🤣 to je dobrý jak chci guláš s pěti knedlama jinak máš super tvorbu pokračuj v ní
that thing was sucking up those whole trees like it was eating spaghetti 😱😱
I have a wooded lot thick like that. How much would I expect to spend to have it cleared?85 x 150?
That mulching head slurps in those trees like individual pieces of spaghetti!😂
I love this machine ❤❤❤🇮🇳👍
belt squeaking or the head unit. if it’s the belt the west like vehicle tires start slipping then the other the belt tensioner or a pulley bearing
BEST MULCHING HEAD I HAVE SEEN ON UA-cam====OR IT MIGHT BE THE BEST OPERATOR????
Epic 😊😊
Great mulcher👌
Nice test. Feed the beast
Enjoyed the content 👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽
What is the guage we see on the mulcher? It seems to increase as you load the mulcher.
That mulcher does do a fantastic job. However, I hear that drive belt squealing constantly, and I wonder if that will be a weak point in the long run.
Seems like that head out performs your other one
If he grinds 6 feet all the way around the pad, he can drive around it !!! 😊😊😊
Is there a po box i can send u a better griding wheel and disc??
I was just thinking that if you could find a bicycle helmet you could cut it so you can put on top of the Go Pro, that way it will soften the blow when a tree hits it.Worth a try. Especially if you can find a helmet in a thrift store.

That bad boy is a monster
It may be boring to some folks watching blade sharpening- I LOVE IT !!!
⚙️🚜.🌿🌳. 🙏👍🌻
More please. Take care in this hot 🥵 weather.
This job was very difficult. Are you sure that this was the best and most effective way to clear this forest??
No this job was not very difficult actually. This is one of my easier jobs.
16:45 I think a camera fell in your leaves
Beautiful job, that mulcher does a great job, thanks again for bringing us along
I have sparks flying right in my face 😅
