    One thing that would make your videos A LOT better in my opinion is a walk through of the place being torn down before the demo...

    NIce job! That excavator tore down that old house fast. I watched contractors do the same to a large brick warehouse near where I live with equal results. Good operators truly turn demolition into a art form.

    When I was a little boy there was some houses that were demoed by an excavator it took it 20 minutes 2 knock each of them down the driver let me sit in the cab with him it's a no wonder I love demolition 😊

    I do enjoy watching these in real-time, by the way, so thanks for not speeding it up. The sped-up version feels a bit like watching a TV show in fast-forward mode.

    Great real-time demo video. What probably took several months to build and was enjoyed for several more decades came down quick with that 🐱

    It's a bit mind boggling to see how easily even a smaller excavator can tear a wood frame house apart. Great video.

    I think that they should put an Ames Department Store there where this house is getting demolished because Ames is a very excellent store and they are returning in 2023 thank you.

    Great video, just curious why you fidn't fold the house in on it self, keeping 95% of the debri in it's own foot print, verses pulling so much back on the lawn, clean up would be easier, Great job, keep on keeping on!👊💪

    The way how you crash the bucket through the roof at 1:28 you risk damaging the hydraulic lines on your excavator.
    It's also better to make the house collapse on itself, instead of pulling the walls towards you and then having to drive on top of the rubble.

    It amazing how easy a house can be turned into a pile of rubble. Or Is it how much power an back hoe has. Or is it a life time of living, raising a family can be destroyed in minutes.

    the demolition has to be done to inside the houses, not to outside, so as not to spread the derby and the cleaning is faster

    i live in the uk love watching these videos my question is in america why are so many houses made of wood is it because its cheaper than bricks or do wooden houses build quicker i would be a bit wurried of a wood house due to fire but am sure they are safe

    • @superboats2
      @superboats2 10 місяців тому +3

      Yes, in most cases wood construction is cheaper and faster to build. We are very conscious about fire safety for the most part although many are not. Not all houses are wood built, just a majority. We still have many wood framed houses that are over 100 years old, some are even older, that date back to before we gained our independence from Great Briton. I have been in a few of those 200 + year old houses myself. Wood framed houses are easier to relocate than brick houses also. I hope that answers your question.

    • @wailnshred

      We have a slightly drier climate here, so wood does not rot as easily.
