- As city violation jobs go, the front of this house wasn't too bad but the back was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! The neighbors said it couldn't be TAMED! We'll they haven't seen Little Munchie in action and he ate that stuff like CANDY! This house turned out great!

Wow, Devin, was nice to watch you free up all the growth around all the trees, that was like watching the trees actually breath again, without all that other crap strangleing them, Lot of vines all over the back but looks really well done now, and better that the tree was cut down as well that had to be cute from the roof. just amazes me how you work your machine. like its like your hand. i realize its slow moving so i like fast motion better. such expertise. i can't imagine dealing with so much greenery. i live in AZ and it hot and water is expensive so no green grass or fancy hedges. We are mostly gravel and or just plain desert scenery. totally enjoy your videos.

You need to invest in a good Pole saw. I love my echo pole saw, it helps a lot, especially on a roof....and with vines!

My neighbor was complaining about not getting his mail. He was told to cut his trees so the mail truck could arrive.
He didn't want to do it. So I just told him. Well either that or not get your mail or start getting fined from the city for violations.
Must have cost the owner of the property $$$ to get his property cleaned up. I try to keep my weeds cut and property cleaned as well as I can.
With a full time job. You have to get it fit into your time off. That's just a part of ownership.

Watching munchie is great! On the flipside I have done properties even worse than that where I took it down by myself with no outside help using just handtools, took longer but I did it in the same spirit as the ancients cleared land without the benefit of modern tools😮😊

LOL, so glad to see you using safety goggles on that mower. I laughed and called my wife in and showed her you wearing them. I said, see even the pro's wear safety goggles. I wear the same and a mask because of the dust, grass, and such and my eyes dont itch for ever and im not breathing it all in. just yesterday she was laughing at me for wearing them. It takes me about three hours to mow my place with my 0 turn and by the time I am done I am covered in grass and dirt so it keeps it out of my eyes.
