We'll be needed a whole new series of these royal recipes. I'm sure Mrs Crocombe will lend her kitchen for it.
First of all, that chef is so elegant with food it’s making me reconsider my thoughts on British cuisine. Michael is wonderful as always. Love from across the pond ❤
British? As French as it gets.
Slow acting poison Ala evil dead...
this was nice, a full episode :D . Wonderful. More great historical episodes!
They're back! So glad to see new episodes again!
Must be my English ancestry but my goodness I do like this series!
Lol my family loves meat with fruit sauce! It's surprisingly well balanced
Cherries are my favorite fruit to snack on, I like them tart and sweet! My mom makes a similar apple crumble, I think I'll share the recipe with her. I'm big on Schnapps though! Schnapps are drunk with very tiny glasses neat, and it's warming, and it's consuming fruit before bed! I'd use my cherries to make Schnapps!
You can get a double yoker everytime if you shine a flash before you place the eggs in a bowl!
I was so looking forward to this series coming back. Love Michael and Paul re-creating these recipes and the history lesson that comes with each episode. Did not disappoint. Cheers
😅

Wonderful meal well plated
Beautiful landscape just love the outdoors remind s me of my youth
More Royal Recipes please.
Tasty
Time/thyme out love it!!!🤗
Double yolks come from jumbo-sized eggs. They are not that unusual here in the States. I once bought a dozen jumbo eggs that had all double yolks.
Yolks are from eggs… yokes are made for oxen to pull things with…
Interesting
Chef should have told him how easy it is to make a vinegar imho. It only takes time.
I wouldn't be able to keep my "Texan Card" if I didn't note that it's pronounced, "PUH-khan" not "PEE-can". ❤😂😉
Long live the king❤
Yay! More food content.
Thank. You!
I thought it was some exciting revelation. Human meat dish but ahhh well
I am confused by your 2nd sentence

I thought there was a rule that the royals did not have garlic 🧄
At functions, because of the smell left on the breath ...
👏👏👏👏😊🇪🇦
How old is this episode?
looks like at least 5 years
That lamb is dry, and the flavors are really crazy. Aniousy onions celery carrots and raspberries crazy
I LOVE CHEERY RAW, I HATE CHEERY COOKED!!!!!!!!! BUT I CAN EAT THOUSANDS RAW!!!
GARLIC in a 'royal' meal ????? No wonder the Queen was not there she never ate garlic.
🇬🇧👑️✝️👀❤🕊️
Ewww…. Did he reuse the same spoon ? gross germs
Your taxes at work. Wonderful.
OMG, in this episode, Michael's nose is as red as a strawberry. I'm embarrassed for his sottish appearance, but at least I don't have to get up close to him. Too bad; he has a beautiful voice, and it's a good show. 18:16 He's much more sober here; his nose is almost normal. 21:36 Smart Chef just ignores M's tasteless comments. BTW, Michael, as you should know, nothing works for a hangover. 24:04 between takes, M must go back to glug a few nips. Note the nose again.
Why don't you guys use two plates? How can you routinely eat out of the same plate? What a turn off. It's a great series except for everyone eating out of the same plate. Yuk.
Would that be the private party Camilla planned for Charles while he was still married?
No I think they even mentioned that this dinner took place the year after Diana died because he was 48 when she died.
No, because it was charles 50th birthday. when Diana and charles divorced he was 48 and his 50th birthday was in 1998 14 months after Diana's death.
So all of his food is served to British royalty even now, when half of the country has nothing to eat and no place to live. What a waste of time and money.
Things are tough but its quite an exaggeration to say " half the Country are starving and homeless". Half ??? Its not as bad as all that....yet anyway
M’am this is not the French Revolution era
@Tara this was food served by some dumb chef. Tell me what foods he served or someone served two British royalty or British aristocrats. Not very interesting. Who cares? These large British Estates should be broken up into farms for poor people. Who is a fig for any British royalty or aristocrats, who think they’re better than other people. If they wanted a real king, the title should have gone to Prince William and his wife, not Chucky boy and Some woman who thinks she’s better than other people. She’s not queen.
The fact that the Royal Family employs British citizens and purchases British food products certainly helps the economy. I would much rather have the Royal Family than the constant parade of clowns that have resided in my country's White House.
This is hyperbole. People absolutely are cutting back but half the country isn't homeless & starving
CHARLES IS A NO GOOD
HARRY IS OUR TRUE KING
Harry is a bastard, in more ways than one.
