Im with you on the afm just not sure about the license plate. I’m also considering the ZARD DM5. My bike is the V4R and I just don’t want to go with what everybody else is going with ie akrapovic. I emailed Zard and Belissimoto and hopefully will get an answer if the full titanium ZARD is compatible with the R. good videos. Cheers!
It’s a shame because the FM project exhaust is such a cool set up. But after factoring in needing a belly pan and figuring out the license plate, it’s just too much hassle. I have also heard for the street, it gets insanely hot due to the lack of any heat shielding. ZARD is definitely a cool set up. I juggled getting that one as well. Something different and ZARD makes quality parts. Take care man, if you remember, try to update once you land on an exhaust set up. Thanks for watching.
For sure, I’ll keep you updated. Right now I’m leaning toward the Zard just because no one really has it installed on the V4R. The Akra is great and recommended by Ducati ,of course, but I want something different. We’ll see
You can do an Austin racing exhaust system for this V4 with an brentune ecu stage 2 flash. Heard Austin now have a different version launched for both Street fighter and Panigale V4/V4S models 😊❤
I’ve seen the new Austin set up and it looks awesome. I think I saw one sound clip on UA-cam and it sounded pretty good. I think for the price though I’d just spend the extra coin to get an FM Project. Brentune makes good tunes but they are a pain to flash back and forth. I much prefer the way UpMap’s flash the bike although they typically don’t perform as well as the brentunes. Appreciate the suggestion!
@@ridewithKY guess both has prps and cons, I prefer the Bren tune even though you have to adjust the tune according to bike mods, fuel etc once it done it's amazing 🤩 nothing like smooth rideability in low to mid range
It’s not about the adjustments it’s flashing it back and forth to stock. Anytime Ducati has an update you have to flash it back to stock in order to not risk losing the tune. It’s easy with the UpMap, it’s a pain with the Brentune because Brentune uses Dimsport as the flash tool. Same as SLR and Deussen. Doesn’t mean it’s a bad idea to get a Brentune. Their tunes definitely perform. My V2 actually has a Brentune. It just depends on what’s most important to the user.
It’s case by case. In the United States, the modification has to contribute to the failure. It can’t just be a blanket denial. It has to be related to the failure.
V4 vs V2 video def would be sick.
V4 vs RSV4 too. Which one is worse. 😂.

Best beginner bike: v4 vs Rsv4
@@ridewithKY 😂 I was thinking this. Comment section is gonna be wild 😂
YOUUUU!! I can listen you talk all day. Keep the content up! 💚
APPRECIATE YOU BIG DAWG 👊🏽
Production quality game upped. I genuinely enjoyed watching this even though I didn't know WTF you were talking about. 😂
I’m scared that you enjoyed watching this but didn’t know what I was talking about. Probably were watching it on mute 😂.
@@ridewithKY Lip syncing, bro. 😂
I like you brotha. You have all the right toys. You even have an arcade in your house! Enjoying your content! 🙌🏼
Appreciate you! Thank you for support!
Would you consider doing a video installation of frame sliders?
Unfortunately I am not planning on adding frame sliders to this bike.
I like the red front hugger. Will it fit on the V2? Are they interchangeable ?
It is interchangeable
MRA windscreen. It's German. Look it up. Probably the best on the market.
Also, how much did you buy it for?
Appreciate that. I’ll take a look at the MRA’s. It was 24.4 out the door.

Right on, good luck with your Zard. It’s a cool and unique set up.

When are you getting a Harley? ---- Please get that FM Project exhaust.
Maybe in another 30 years. 😂. I’ll trade in my Ducati T shirts for HD ones. Already got the Harley rider haircut though.
you and me both bro, i can’t pick an exhaust yet
It’s a tough one! What are you leaning towards?
Vandemon exhaust?
If you do the Termignoni upmap will it void your warranty?
It won’t void the warranty but it could be the reason for a warranty claim denial.
@@ridewithKY do you think the claim denial could be just for the exhaust system or do you think they can deny something for overall?
It’s case by case. In the United States, the modification has to contribute to the failure. It can’t just be a blanket denial. It has to be related to the failure.
You could just not run a plate.. cause who TF stops for cops..
Your driving record says you do. 😂.
