There is also a lot of video evidence that this was a frivolous lawsuit so if he ever does drag someone to court in the future it might help the case against him. Basically he’s been defanged when it comes to using the legal system to bully people

I'm not a lawyer, but seems to me that proving "extreme emotional harm" and likely even "financial damages" should be a possible legal strategem to countersue. Wife in labor, large exposure, etc etc

Perfect example of the "Streisand effect" - before this week I'd never heard of this guy, who to me will forever be associated with a pathetic attempt at bullying which blew up in his face hard publicly.

It's worth noting that he filed the lawsuit in Georgia, which enacted an anti-SLAPP law back in 2016. That fact alone is a clear indication that the threat of legal action was meant to get Atozy to shut up and pay him money, as it never had any chance of actually making it to court.
It's a pretty dumb move to file a SLAPP in one of the 31 states that have an anti-SLAPP law, IMO.
I know you're trying to sidestep so you don't get sued but this guy knows exactly what he's doing. I'm at the point of just being disgusted with all the scammers and rug pulls in crypto!

I really enjoy day trading BTC and a while ago I started watching and following Bitboy for info regarding crypto. Shortly after I started realizing little things that he would do/say and I stopped completely watching his videos. Especially after him making that bold ass statement about BTC not going below 47K. If anyone would’ve took the time out to look at a BTC chart around that time, you would’ve noticed BTC was showing HEAVILY bearish price action. But ppl took his advice anyway. The truth is slowly coming to light!

His body language says it all. He looks nervous and uncomfortable talking about the lawsuit as he tries to hide the guilt. He knew what he was doing. People have been calling him out for a longtime, and attacked in his comment section by some of his blind followers.
I followed bitboy for a short time and the 2 projects he convinced me of both dumped hard.
Soon became clear every project was great and everything the channel spoke of was paid.

Once that thing went public, he knew that discovery is a major part of any defamation case. They were going to go though everything he claims was false with a fine-tooth comb and he was terrified of what the courts would find. It would be Shakespearean to sue someone for 75k only to end up going to prison for scamming people out of 100 times that.

I remember when I first heard about crypto and decided to dig into this topic. Bitboy was one of the first UA-camrs who I started to watch but even back then I found it weird how heavily, enthusiastically speaks about various crypto projects, and gave financial advice while saying that this is not financial advice (I wonder how this would hold up in court if he ever gets held accountable for what he suggests people to do). So after a few months I stopped watching him all together. I'm actually surprised he has such a huge follower number on UA-cam. I mean, everyone with common sense should already understand that the world of crypto is a dangerous place, it's not as safe as putting money into stocks and has way more risks. Nevertheless I do think that crypto as a technology has its purpose, and also it has its financial utility.
He's got a lot of fake paid followers, I can recall someone digging into that.
His explosion of popularity is strange because every time I would read any threads on reddit about youtube crypto content creators, he was heavily listed in the lower tier as a potential scam artist and to avoid him. This narrative followed him around until the bull run took off, and his channel exploded in popularity around that time, and the production is damn near of par with ESPN now. Funny enough, Ben seemingly came out on top when Pamp token dumped, shortly after this, his production improved drastically. He may not have been part of the rug pull, but his paid sponsorship of the scam seemingly paid off for him.

The fact that BitBoy doesn't know that ALL lawsuits are public is down right hilarious. When you file it, it goes public on Pacer. Yes, you would have to pay to get the filing, I can't remember how much but it is a per page fee.
I saw his Instagram ages ago didn’t even realise it was him until this video watched the atozy video and thought it was just some random crypto guy but the videos he puts on his socials ether were just completely wrong predictions and ‘analysis’ or just copying other peoples material and rewriting it worse lol, of course this guy shilled LUNA ( now LUNC) as the coin lost 99.99% value, no idea how that guy gained a following I feel bad for all the people who lose ridiculous amounts of awful biased analysis and shilling, never invest based of one person and base of your judgments, I’m sure this is obvious to many but people like this are what scares people away from crypto, glad this got exposed has a positive impact keep it up!

When someone makes a video about what you do that's factually incorrect, the logical thing to do is either address it and provide the proper facts, or if the false information is slanderous and affects you greatly, sue them for real because you're in the right. So the fact the he didn't go through with any of this betrays his true motives, ie. he's a bully. No amount of excuses can cover it up. We're not stupid. It only makes matters worse for you when your excuse is you don't want it to go public... I wouldn't be surprised if he actually believes the lawsuit should be private. Not just a lame excuse.

That statement will not protect anyone from a lawsuit. Stating your opinion among a group of friends is one thing. Stating the same thing in a public forum is another. The judge will consider the audience and credibility and influence of the speaker.

I’m a boomer and I only watch the occasional Atozy video because I’ve generally not got a lot of interest in the people he usually talks about. What really got me about this case though was the fact his girlfriend was having her first baby. She must have been terrified as her partner was having to sort this rubbish out. Bitboy is about my age and must be at least in his mid fifties, his poor me was that his children are aware he’s a scammer. Grow up man and act like an adult and they might see positive things about you. Atozy's child will find out one day everything that went on the day he was born and the unnecessary stress his mother was put through. However, I don’t know how well that fact a baby was imminent was known.
