Historically, it was A LITTLE BIT easier to hire a hitman in certain areas of Columbia, India and certain Subsaharan African countries, however this is becoming progressively less and less true all the time.

I don't think most people realise what does it mean, but a good lawyer should explain the process. But then, most gurus actually believe that they found this amazing hack / are prodigies / top entrepreneurs, so they don't connect the dots .
My thought is most people do not know how a court case works and even how civil cases vary from criminal cases. As BigF says in this feed, if someone were to get a lawyer and want to sue, that particular lawyer should explain the details thoroughly. Then again, a shady lawyer will say nothing, collect whatever fees they could, and when discovery results in a lying client, then the lawyer can easily walk away ... after getting paid.

I used to work in property management .. and yes someone did lose their co op because it was NOT their primary residence .. all those things can be investigated. ..
The investigation showed that the owner had property somewhere else ... Id ,voter registration , car registration etc ...

I took a "pickup bootcamp" with this guy at RSD 5 years ago and he's INCREDIBLY racist. Like cartoon character levels of racist. In 2 days with him he used the N-word 5 times including describing black celebrities and using it to pick up girls (and failing). He also used asian and homosexual slurs. As for his "results" he couldn't get any girl to even look at him and ended up showing us nudes of some girl on his phone that she "texted him". It's crazy to think people like this guy actually exist but guess Im the bigger idiot for paying for it lol.

Get bank statements and bills from the residence. If he lives there most of the year there should be a paper trail of him getting gas/food etc.
