"Do you know how dumb you have to be to threaten me with a lawsuit when you're running a Ponzi scheme?" 😂😂😂😂
As a guy who has lived in Las Vegas for 30+ years (a city full of scammers) I really enjoy watching you expose these guys.
These multi-million scams are proof that people can be addicted to ANYTHING, even a fantasy of getting rich.
We are in an experiment. This is the first time in history that any iteration of mankind has experienced advanced technology. The behavior of humans has not be fully realized yet. Technology is the final testing ground for the current and last creation of humankind. The next will be human/machines aka cyborg.
Watching this. I almost want to waste $500, just to read Mike G’s daily updates. They sound like gold. However, all snarkiness aside, I feel for the folks who were scammed by these folks. Hope these scammers get serious jail time.
I’m the one who had the mean message from Ivan in the video 😂 he called me broke 😂 these guys are going down hard. The DOJ and FBI are about to hammer all the people involved
I like your comment, Its like saying "NO OFFENSE" and then offending the f out of someone lo.
All of those fools are fools! Including the fools who came up with this foolishness!
Problem is these guys always get super light sentences that they only do a fraction of their time.
@@Edsecondstocomply he is a repeat offender and serial scammer. He’s getting the book thrown at him this time
it's crazy people actually fall for these moronic scams ... literally unbelievable
There are lots of people at the low end of the intelligence distribution
Only stupid and greedy people fall for this nonsense!
They're no different than degenerate gamblers
Greed makes people do foolish things.
the pitches are stupid because they are aiming at the stupider people.
Lmao, if I get into an Uber and the driver starts pitching me a Ponzi scheme, I'm giving them a 1 star and reporting them after.
🤣🤣👍
One step better than these broke ass scammers posting what's app links on youtube lol
So basically it’s a $500 newsletter subscription. Love it.
Pretty much lol 😅
I love that Spencer is willing to challenge these guys are their lawyers into legal battles.
Straight up G.
*and their lawyers
Its great. Its even better because its never a half measure, or giving the scumbags some opportunity to rationalize or downplay. When he went and hooked the one dude that looks like a clown threw up on him as he's sitting on a throne with his gaudy luggage and man purses. I really thought that cat would hav3 flipped and started swinging that sweet luggage at him. Luckily most guys that are ok scamming random people or shilling for scam companies and products are pretty big pu$$ies.
You realize this guy promotes scams too?
@@ivangotyokes ...the expectation would be that you're intelligent enough to spot a scam! Ref waves play on
I'd rather toss some coins down the money pit that is the lottery system than any of these wildly improbable schemes. 🤣
Much better odds lmao
The lottery is a tax on the dumb. Its predatory. I make some harsh statements mainly because I seem to get stuck behind some clown needing lotto tickets at the gas station anytime I go there.
Lottery atleast has approx -50 percent edge
@@spenndoolie that's about 1000000000000000000x better odds than these schemes.
roulettes better of course, but you don't get to wait a week, half a month or whatever it happens to be for the draw for the particular lottery you're playing. scratch off gambling you get the instant but the odds suck of course too which is a vicious combination.
Hey, man, what's a Powerball ticket once a week, you never know right?
This is one of my favorite UA-cam channels. So satisfying seeing scammers being obliterated by Spencer who smiles the whole time
It's the smile for me too.
34M USD in his accounts? Well, we know where the money is going at least. And white collar defendants do get sentenced to prison. I served a total of 13 months in the feds for wire fraud. Not end of the world time....but still a healthy stint for my first offense. That said, I was guilty, deserved what I rec'd, probably deserved more, but I do walk a more ethically narrow line in life now than I ever have before. This old dog can still learn thank goodness. In closing, I have to say Mr. Cornelia, I really appreciate you calling these scammers out.
Having almost 40 Teslas while scamming the CEO of that very company is one of the ballsiest moves I've ever seen. Practically mocking him.
😆 🤣
I stopped feeling sorry for people who fall for these scams years ago. When people start using there brains and realize there is no such thing as easy money crap like this will stop.
Exactly. I can feel for some people because, sometimes, even besides the obvious scam may seem just plausible enough the first time around, but often times these people don't have a shred of skepticism in their bones and they just hand over cash after the first sentence.
Anyone can fall victim to lies, but if you fall for someone promising you the world for pennies then you're a fool. If it was that easy to get to rich then we'd all be living the dream.
In some cases, people are desperate. Desperate enough to want to believe, like the lottery.
@@r1konTheAutomatorStop. People need to educate themselves period. In the 1900's maybe. Education is all around you. All you have to do was Google that ponzi and videos would have popped up warning you.
some people suffer from cognitive decline as they age, including degenerative diseases like Alzheimer's and Dementia, it's not their fault that their reasoning ability begins to degrade. Then you have the incredibly desperate, there's no excuse for taking advantage of people.
@@NN-pe6ip And
Even with all the information that's out there, it's almost unbelievable that people keep falling for these obvious scams !!!!
That NFT Conference crowd looked like a WNBA crowd
All the “leaders” better get their stories straight and affairs in order. They will soon be visited by some of the 3 letter agencies
This has quickly become my favorite channel. I love the combination of exposing scumbags and the witty digs at these clowns. Outstanding work.
I am suspicious and cynical by nature so I truly do not understand how people fall for these. However, I still feel for those who do
What’s wild is they could’ve just paid someone on fiver to make a coin and send it out to their investors early before launching and could’ve rinsed their hands of fraud 😂
It’s so sad that people who got scammed will lie to themselves because they can’t accept that they actually fell for a scam.
"it's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled" is often attributed to Mark Twain
Damn Spencer you're a brave man. The bravest on UA-cam. Out here risking frivolous lawsuits to expose these scammers. You're the man bro
Well if they're frivolous he can possibly counter sue and make money. So maybe it would benifit him.
@@richardsanchez5444 Countersue for what? A counterclaim has to come out of the same "case or controversy" as the original claim. Is he going to sue them for defamation? No lol.
@@megaauburnfan21 yeah possibly. I mean people have sued for defamation before.
@@richardsanchez5444 Have they defamed him? No. And it sounds like you're just spewing jibberish.
@@megaauburnfan21 I don't know, I'm leaving that up to him that's why I said possibly. And I meant sued not died.
I LOVE it when people who think they can get away with scams get caught/taken DOWN!!!😈
Biden is next, wooooooo #grabthembythep
I love it too!!!
6:12 "If this was a scam, we would be in huge trouble doing this, wouldn't we?" That is very convincing!
"get your fantasy straight" 😂😂😂
I’m reading a book about Charles ponzi at the moment and the author described how “too good to miss always trumps too good to be true” - 100 years on Ponzi schemes are still going strong just based on this concept !
No one ever asks “why would the seller sell something clearly worth 20000x more than he’s selling it for?”
😂😂😂 thank you 🤦🏾♂️
Stealing people's money isn't punished very often because that's the way our world runs, government, banks, pharma, lobbying etc
You and Coffee are doing the Lord's work. Keep it up!
don’t forget philion
Spencer don't do it. Now Mike G will never close the deal.
Don't listen to him.
Do it anyway. 😂
You are doing a great service warning people of these real life scamming criminals.
Keep it up! You are doing a great job!
Man, Spencer's face on the thumbnails is just too funny.
Might as well have listed the Old guy, as a "Nigerian Prince."😂😂😂
Wait! Does he spell his name the same way as P. Diddy's clothing line!?!😂😂😂😂
I was at NFT NYC, and barely anyone was in conference rooms, also never heard or seen bro or his company...
George Carlin once said "imagine how stupid the average person is then realize half of all people are stupider than that."
Imagine reaching the end of your life and instead of enjoying retirement, you waste away the rest of it allegedly defrauding people. When I get to my 70s-80s (God willing) I’m going to enjoy my retirement until the day I die. Money means nothing when you’re dead. Idk how people can attach themselves to something like that all the way to old age
It's tragic and scary to think about being in these guys shoes at that age.
you don't get it they want to fix world hunger and help FAMILIES and people in poverty and.. lol no.
I'll tell you exactly how-- they are elderly, they worry about the care of their spouse and/or their adult children & grandchildren. They want to provide EVERYTHING for them. They get towards the end of their life and realize they never got the cushion they had hoped for. They worked hard and maybe even invested a little but never had that fabulous luxury vacation or they couldn't fly all their kids and grandkids home one last time to all be together. Until you actually get old or watch a parent get old or develop a memory issue, you really have NO clue the urgency or desperation that elderly people come to. It's so sad and it's gut-wrenching when one of them has to take care of the other in their last months and days. They HOPE for money to appear so they won't have to worry about providing all the care their spouse needs. All the while, their cognitive capacity and decision making is a little more tired and not as sharp as it always had been. THIS is what Mike G dug into during his disgusting 4 year scam. He insisted that you had to give a portion to charities, that's why they thought he was 'so good and kind'. Our family is forever changed because of him. We truly lived the perfect life (not rich in $ but definitely with love and experiences) and he robbed us all of that. It will never be the same. Our family is forever sadly changed.
Damn, daily updates for over four years. I am really impressed at his commitment to the scam
Don't ever stop Spencer we love watching these fraudsters go to prison
Preaching NFT to at least 75% empty chairs so rewarding.
I’m impressed by Mike G. I mean writing an update everyday for years why the deal still didn’t close is amazing.
.
😂😂😂 I said the same thing. Thats a lot of emails. Dedication.
The thing that floors me is that anyone would still be sporting a fauxhawk. I thought that idiocy died along with Tapout shirts.
“We are going to do real bad things to them”, sound like he’s a child 🤣🤣🤣
Get em
These guys belong in prison
Keep exposing these fraudsters great work love the vids
Damn...this mustachio old guy.... epitome of "Its easier to fool people than is not convince them they are being fooled."
Hey Spencer been watching since you only had only a couple thousand subs. Always knew the way you presented content was always very polished and accurate, not surprised to see your success and only hope to see more great content from you!
You always knew?
Spencer should do a video on Andrew Tate, how he uses a pyramid scheme mlm to promote his UA-cam videos.
Have been bombarded with his shorts lately. I also think you would be likely to get a response from him.
The old adage applies: If it seems to good to be true...it's total BS!
'Non Functioning Transaction Conference' LOOOL!
imagine if they just marketed a legitimate product instead...
I can’t wait for Spencer to come out with his “How to spot a fake Guru: Vol. 1” course!
I thought the indian scam calls were a plague but man 🤣 we have our own type of plague as well. Geez
Dude....I'm addicted to your channel
I watched the Mike G expose. Now this follow up. Great work again Spencer! . Trust they rot in jail like Madoff!
$45 million dollars?!¿ I'm surprised he is still alive!!!😳😳😳 money like that will make you "Disappear "
Ever heard of Bernie madoff
Until the water recedes far enough in Lake Mead, then you're found again.
I didint like your videos at first, but I found myself watching every single video on your channel. Very compelling work sir!
$57 Billion is half of Warren Buffet's Net Worth! Do people really think they will make that by just investing 100K and doing no work? What is wrong with people?
Bravo Spencer!!! Excellent video! You captured it well, you're a Pro!!
Imagine your Uber driver telling you about a investment opportunity.
Doesnt uber have a rating system? What would happen after people started rating you 0 stars for trying to scam them while they're trapped in your car
@@qwerty_artist I'm sure he forgot to mention his rating going to zero.
Oh shit... I thought that was Patrick Bet David 😂
Same haha. Went to the comments before watching:)
Great investigation work on your part!! I’ve now subscribed to your channel and look forward to your victory!!
Ty spencer for publicly humiliating these losers. I would’ve never heard of all these people
I was thinking more about this- I wonder if his key demographic is people with dementia that feel comforted by a crazy story why the deal hasn’t closed yet and how rich they’ll soon be :( :( :(
P.T. Barnum would be proud . He was famous for stating " there's a sucker born every minute " . I also refer to the adage that you can't cheat an honest man .
A wise man once said; a fool and his money are soon parted.
Spencer! Keep up the great work. I’m making my way thru all your videos and they are so important for people to see.
Ty for exposing all these scumbags Spencer!
There's only so much room for televangelist. So, NFT's is a logical choice for these people.
Better watch out, Spencer, the old dude is preparing “real, real bad things” for you, once he becomes a billionaire, of course.
Sorry Spencer….
Love the channel and your content should be required watching for anyone that has more than &10 in liquidity.
However,
I don’t watch that often anymore because it pisses me off so much that these criminals don’t get arrested often enough.
We live in a country of scammers!
Keep fighting the good fight!
Thank you brother!
Great job ! Spencer! Thank you for the videos
You're doing God's work Spencer.
He really is. So many predators out here
He brings shame to the country of India. He is a liar and has veered so far from the path of Dharma.
"Get your fantasy straight!" I loved this one.
Economic downturns are when the house of cards start to fall and these scammers get caught because the investors start pulling money out.
Such a fiasco.
Funny how these fools don't think they'll never get caught for doing what others before them that went to prison did.
Maybe the authorities got to him not to arrest but to invest in such an apportunity to be financially independant💀
*opportunity
Killin it brotha! Keep up the good work! 🙏🏽🤘🏽
Dang I laughed and now I’m rich with a Bentley. Thanks Spencer 🙏🏻💯
Unfortunately there're some people like Ivan Heckscher who're completely immune to reason.
I heard that nft conference was a major industry event of the industry!
Where geographically are most of the investors from?
Crazy!?!?!? 😂
South Florida. Watch "American greed" you'll see .
Thank you Sir.Most appreciated.
Dang it Spencer 😂 I laughed and laughed more because I wasn't expecting to...
I was watching his other video, then boom he drops another video, This guy
I would pay 10k just to punch these fraudsters in the face for 2 minutes
same
Spencer, coinflex was easy to read thanks to you. My boy Doug Polk needs your videos in his life.
Stupidity is indeed a bottomless well.
Seriously - Spencer one of my FAVE youtubers. He's straightforward, keeps it factual, exhibits personality, and he's got BALLS. A+++
Spencer, I doubt Neil will spend any time in jail - he'll probably pull some extra money from somewhere and hire a really good legal team to defend him, it's what often happens in the USA.
Yup the only bias in the justice system is if you have money or not.
This does tend to happen often. However, it's a good thing their nefarious past is saved in the court records and the net archives their unethical history for all to see.
depends if he paid tax.
Spencer you are the content cop ig /sports betting / business scammers and we love you for it!!!!
How are people so dumb they couldn’t see this was a scam?!
Should that convention organiser be charged for helping promote an obvious scam? They can’t claim ignorance when Chandran is advertising $55 billion returns and a Bentley from just a $100k “investment”.
I always wondered how people will fall for scams like his. Then you remember about 130 million Americans lack proficiency in literacy, reading below the equivalent of a sixth-grade level ahaha
Maths has to come into it too. A lot of people can't comprehend just how much a billion is, especially in regard to a billion dollars. To anyone who can understand just how much that is, an 'investment scheme' offering it as a return - for a paltry 100k no less - would probably die of laughter due to how ridiculous it is.
The average person probably knows barely enough maths to get by day to day, but ask them to do much more than that and they're in trouble. Those people then go on to invest in risky and fake enterprises like this, and get massively burned. It's a bit of a combination of lack of intelligence and desperation to escape their socio-economic situation.
I'm probably in that category but I'm not that stupid I got trust issues that's my problem I don't take risks I can save money but not that bright in moving my money to work for me
@@jaxsonbateman Thank you for this explaination because I was wondering how people fall for this. 57 Billion is half of Warren Buffet's net worth. There is no way that you can get there with just 100K. Especially overnight.
I also think it is a lack of understanding about business. I always say "Business is a life skill." If you understand business models and math you can spot these scams from a mile away. Your explanation added much needed clarity.
@@IAmTheAnswerer common sense is a skill.
mike g's big dill's rewards are doubly so that they make no sense at all. 2 billion dollars PLUS a bonus of 25k for a car.
it works as a funnel and a filter, so the victims wont call the cops because they think it is legit no matter what happens and will dial pizza hut instead of police by accident when they try to complain to the police and once pizza hut forwards them to the police they'll just babble annoyedly at the cops without explaining how they got scammed or finding out the right officials to make the complaint to.
10:14 *laughs*
10:51 Oh wait you're serious, let me laugh even harder
