I cried with him too. I don't know why people think bottling everything up inside, instead of expressing your feelings and processing them in a healthy way, is somehow better! Everyone cries because our emotions and empathy are what makes us human...it's actually the reason we survived as a species. We feel things for a reason.
My grandmother is probably leaving this realm, soon. I've always loved this song, Amy is a master with her voice. Now, I will forever connect this song with my grandmother....
It came out days before my step-dad passed. He showed me what unconditional fatherly love was supposed to be about, not the abusive love my own dad gave me. To this day, when this song begins, I hyperventilate from crying so hard because it takes me back to losing my step-dad. I have yet to listen to this song without crying. ❤️
Ok. So you didn't make me laugh today. That works too. You're a genuine dude and I respect and appreciate that. And I might have cried a little myself. Peace!

Yeah. Join the club Papi. This song is so so sad but beautiful. My best friend died at 38 from complications of Lupus and this makes me think of him everytime I hear it.
You’re the most genuine person I’ve ever seen react to music. The fact the lyrics can make you emotional speaks volumes about you ~ you obviously have a beautiful soul. I can’t listen to this song, it makes me too upset
You said everything that needed to be said about this video in the silence. I used to watch it when I was a caregiver for my mother, and cry my eyes out. I felt so much of lyrics, especially the part that goes " I've tried so hard to tell myself that you're gone , but though you're still with me I've been alone all along ". To me that describes the feeling of someone taking care of a loved one that has dementia. They are with you, but they're not.
It's loss. Not loss of things or money, but loss of...someone. This song represents for anyone who has lost anyone. It's sad but so beautiful. My best friend killed herself a little more than a year ago. Songs like this are helping me to come to terms with what happened, instead of just being really angry with her. It is clear watching you watch, that you have experienced great loss in your life...now I include you in my prayers. ❤
This reaction to this song is my favorite one, the silence speaks louder than anything. Even after watching it a few times since its been released, it is still perfect.

A song that always makes me cry and especially now being a dad and having a daughter is a song called "don't take the girl" by Tim Mcgraw. I'm by no means a country music fan but that song is great and if you don't get emotional at all during it you gotta be dead on the inside
I'm talking the ugly cry, nose running, mouth open, can't get a word out hard cry. Even tho I knew what was coming after posting the original comment I went and listened to it and sat in my work truck crying like I was just told my mom died.
I ugly cry for two songs. One is Lullaby by Dixie Chicks and second is Never Grow Up by Taylor Swift. As a mom these songs hit me hard in the feels. I used to play and sing Lullaby to my son every night when he was a baby while I rocked him to sleep. And now he's 11 and growing up, on the verge of being a teenager, Never Grow Up hits me really hard.

The silence for a reaction. Trust me, the older you get, the more meaning this song will have. Im 57 and have lost...a lot of loved ones. And when i need to get the emotions out (I'm a guy), this is my go-to. It helps pull the pain out. Crying to this is a normal reaction.
You, my friend, just captured a new subscriber for being real. The fact that you let your emotions thru, shows you are human and your kind soul shined thru
I have seen and heard this sound so much. I thought it wouldn't make me cry again until seeing your reaction. Now Im balling like the first time I heard it. Your are an awesome soul. Keep being you man!
Reaction, spot on! Anyone who has lost someone so close to them knows that reaction. And when you lose someone without saying goodbye, for whatever reason. It stays with you! They stay with you! The wound will eventually heal. But when someone else seems to look into your soul and sing your pain, it comes back. But I can not look away!
Totally deep within the feels especially when you have had one hell of a journey through life. Amazing how music can evoke hidden emotions we thought were erased with time. Peace brother. Glad you just listened and enjoyed this serene moment in time. 🥇
I know what she's singing about. I, too, have a wound that still hasn't healed after so long... And I'm a psychotherapist. No one is exempt from this. 😞

Though I may come to the Shire, it will not seem the same; for I shall not be the same. I am wounded with knife, sting, and tooth, and a long burden. Where shall I find rest?'" Sorry to hear you lost your Mom☹️ It’s so HARD , but you will be ok , never the same but ok 😘

As someone who lives with depression and anxiety, and as someone who doesn't know you personally, I can confidently say - in my opinion, I think you deal with some of the same issues as I do. I have seen so many of your reactions, that the same music that gets me to cry and brings out repressed emotions in me, does the same to you. I might be completely wrong, but if I'm right, just know that you are loved by your fans, and just take it 1 day at a time, just like I have to. Much love brother!!!
sounds like me too, not wanting to show emotion or weakness and then one song plays and floodgates open, music is what feelings sound like and theres nothing wrong with a good cry now and then, chin up eh
Yuuuuup I feel ya!
Same here. Love you Leo, stay strong sweetheart. 💋
Same for me
I have been dealing with anxiety and depression since 2016 and tried everything to get better. And I found weed for it and I am getting better and better for each day. I don't smoke it I use it as tea and eat it raw that's best for me. It's hard as hell otherwise. Be strong and never give up, take that guitar and practice a little that might get your mind of for a while. If there is anything you wanna talk or something we are here for everyone and on Instagram. Feel free to ask about anything bro.
every time i hear this song, the pain of that 1 loss is just as fresh as the first day. That is truly great artistry.
Real men cry I love that you are not afraid to show when something gets to you 💛
Grumpy 44 year old man here. This song gets me everytime. Stay safe mate, and chin up.
Edit: and no shame in some tears mate. Stay staunch, but you're allowed to have feelings 🙂
YUP! I'm an old biker lady of 55 and this song hits me hard and makes me cry every single time I hear it. It is so absolutely haunting but also very gentle and touching all at the same time if that makes any sense~I hope that it does. 😉🤘😎❤

Never seen you so quiet. It takes a real man to cry and show emotion. 💜
Indeed.
I cried with him 😢❤️
Well said. I wish more people would realise that fact X
I cried with him too. I don't know why people think bottling everything up inside, instead of expressing your feelings and processing them in a healthy way, is somehow better! Everyone cries because our emotions and empathy are what makes us human...it's actually the reason we survived as a species. We feel things for a reason.
@@Platymapuss absolutely, I couldn't agree more. Well said x
This song hits different when you've lost someone close to you
My grandmother is probably leaving this realm, soon.
Lost both my parents, this reminds me of them.
it takes a real man to show his emotions in front of everyone! hands down best reaction I have seen!
Ok. So you didn't make me laugh today. That works too. You're a genuine dude and I respect and appreciate that. And I might have cried a little myself. Peace!
I really appreciate your reactions because you’re so honest with us even when it’s uncomfortable. Sending you healing and loving vibes 🙏🏻
That entire album has emotion packed into every song. Every song is a masterpiece.
One of my top 5 albums of all time by any artist.

So true. No matter who you are what you're into what music you like everyone has such a real reaction to this song. The lyrics combined with her voice just rips the emotions right out of your soul.

You don't have to speak to have a great reaction video. This is EXACTLY what music is supposed to do to us. Much respect for sharing.
Btw... Love the emotions bro.... Never be ashamed to show your heart
If this song doesn’t touch you, you have no soul. It breaks us all deep down in the place we don’t let others into.
Music can touch your soul and it's okay to show emotion...we laugh with you every day now we will cry with you...Thank you for being you...❤ from 🇨🇦
I'm pretty sure you've shown me your goosebumps about 862 times and I wanted to let you know that I saw them today! lol

This reaction to this song is my favorite one, the silence speaks louder than anything. Even after watching it a few times since its been released, it is still perfect.

I cried many times through the years over this song. You made me cry because I'm very empathetic..and sometimes if I see someone in pain it makes me in pain. Much respect to you. For giving us reactions that are 1000% as real as they can possibly be. And sometimes the reactions are so real it's uncomfortable. But you showing that makes you a level up in my book. Much love man
Are you a Pisces? Because I am the same way and I am a Pisces. I take care of others before myself even tho I struggle all the time I don’t show it
Glad I’m not the only one that cries just from seeing others cry. It’s like you can feel their emotions. I’ve always been this way.
The best music touches your soul and is felt more than it is heard.
Oh yes. So well said. Bjork's All Is Full of Love also does this to me. And some classical music.

As a mother that lost her only son this song breaks my heart

One element of this video most people don't notice, is that not once does her feet touch the ground. Even at the fountain she is walking on the wall. That is how you know she is a spirit. That’s a great choice, Good Riddance by Green Day is an amazing song 💕🥰 Another great one if u like Green Day is “When Sept Ends” and “Boulevard of Broken Dreams” also anything in their first album Dookie is awesome 🥰💕
