  • The mid back is a common area to experience stiffness. When you feel pain between the shoulder blade and the spine, the rhomboid muscles might be the pain generator.
    Try using a lacrosse ball placed between your shoulder blade and spine, to help decrease the stiffness. Lacrosse ball massage is a form of self-myofascial release.
    Fascia, the thin sheath of connective tissue that covers all the muscles and organs of the body, is responsible for connecting muscle groups. When disrupted, it can cause pain and poor movement patterns.
    Unlike tennis balls, lacrosse balls are hard and dense. They don’t soften under pressure. They can be used as a powerful tool that can help relieve pain and improve function in sore muscles.
    Use the techniques shown in this video to help alleviate pain or discomfort originating from the rhomboid muscle group.
    Self-myofascial release is best after a workout, but you can also do it whenever you remember throughout the day. It only takes a few minutes. Just like stretching, the best results are seen after consistent practice.

    Worked for me (didn't remove all the grinding but definetly reduced it significantly) when adjusting the ballspot a little and doing it for 1-2 minutes. I did it while sitting.

    I dislocate from hyper-mobility and often do not get reset correctly because I cannot put it back myself easily and adjustment appointments add up financially.
    Ribs out of place are probably my biggest issue. Are there ways to adjust my ribs along this muscle and shoulder blade on myself using a similar technique like this one?
    This helps to replace the muscle spasms but how can I put myself back in place?

    Anytime i externally rotate my arm pops I’ve tried strengthening exercises but my arm still pops while do them do you have an recommendation or do you have previous videos that target this subject

      are u solves it?if answer is not u nees to consider serratus anterior weakness or dsyfunction because it got same effect as infraspinatus at shoulder external rotation .be safe
