Take care Bob.. We all wish you a very quick recovery... Bob and Brad have helped us all a lot in times.. When it was difficult to get help.. Thanks for all the good work...
@@Carman-2012 Bob and Brad recently did a video where they talked about Bob's condition. At the beginning of this episode they noted that Bob has been diagnosed with Ataxia which affects his speech and his balance. Bob, his family, and Brad decided that he would continue making the videos with Brad because he is still quite capable. However, they wanted viewers to be aware that he does have a condition that causes his speech to not be as clear, etc. I think it's great.... Way to go, Bob!! Keep at it! We appreciate you and Brad and all the ways you have and continue to help us all!!
Wish Bob all the best, I always tell my mates when they talk about injuries that they need to watch Bob and Brad. They helped my Achilles, groin and many other parts!
This area has flared up on me since Tuesday morning. I can’t even get out of bed without my wife’s help. Thank you for the tips. I will put them into application today. I’m thinking about Bob sending well wishes and love you guys have helped me for years thank you always.❤
Had a nagging sore and tight rhomboid area for awhile and nothing seemed to work. Use of backpod and foam roller helped temporarily but once I added chin tucks and the cat cow pose into the mix it went away! It came back after I did some hanging and couldn't remember what I did to get to go away and this video helped me remember! So far so good
I hope so too. But I'm not sure if there is a cure for Ataxia. Bob is so wonderful. How could such a terrible disease do this to him? I'm glad he's sticking around and not hiding away though. We need him!
So happy for you Bob that you have such a great partner and so glad that you guys are still working together, and letting everyone know about the disease. It helps others to have you being willing to keep going - you help so many people by bringing awareness. Sending Love and healing vibes. 💖
It's like you're watching me. First I had edema and you did a video on edema. Now tonight I started have that stabbing pain in my upper left and here you are. The neck exercise helps and I have been sitting in a terrible posture due to not being at home with my better setup. So... thanks!
This video helped me with a pinched nerve I'd had in my upper spine for weeks that had been devastating my shoulder blade, I am so beyond grateful I found this video. Thank you so much for posting
I've had terrible rhomboid, scapula, and shoulder pain for years following a cervical neck fusion ☹️ Originally had it done for arm pain, now my life is living hell, the Nero surgeons tell me there's nothing to see here and everything looks wonderful! Thank you for sharing, I'll see if I can get some temporary relief.
Honestly, i came across many videos which though seemed professional, but as a physiotherapist myself i can confirm this is the channel that provide authentic and accurate information and solutions among all the others out here
Bob and Brad have helped me out a ton with pain in my life. Your legacy of helping people will live on even if you can’t do these videos in the future. You have helped millions of people along the way.
Hi Bob. Never commented on any of your amazing videos. You both have helped me tremendously the past few years with lower and upper back pain. I pray for you and your health and wish you a good recovery.
You guys are the best! My back has been killing me for two days and I finally was like, “what would Bob and Brad say?” Your suggestions helped a ton and I finally feel relief 🙏🏼 I pray God blessed you for helping people.
With those Chair exercises with the neck you helped me fix a lot of my pain and its almost gone after a few days only. This is unbelievable🙏❤️ Can't thank you enough, over one year i am dealing with this lower neck, romboid pain. I am so grateful i feel better! God bless you both❤️🙏
I had significant pain in that Rhomboid/Scapula area, the worst physical pain I'd felt as far as I can remember. I thought for sure the problem was in my shoulder / arm, where the pain was... but my Chiropractor has mostly made adjustments along my spine, especially the mid to upper back, and that's what has brought sweet relief! Still in recovery; looking at your videos in hopes to prevent this sort of thing from happening (or, if it does come back, at least it may be less painful).
You two work so well together and offer so many truly helpful ideas. I'm an RN and have lived with chronic neck and upper back pain for many years. I'm also a yoga teacher and I find your ideas helpful and hopeful. Thank you, both.
I'm at the beginning of the video. I've had an it band issue and shoulder neck issue. I've felt for some time the stretching is making it worse... I've started hanging and pulling my head back. It hurt but it also felt right. I kept it up and a few weeks later at most, my neck popped and I felt amazing...for a few hours. Thanks for your amazing desire to help. ❤
Really great video guys ! May the love and help you give to thousands of people be returned ten fold to you. Thanks Bob and Brad for staying with us 🎉❤
Thank you to both of you for all of your work and sharing your gift of teaching. I cherish each video. Both of you have helped me tremendously. Bob,, I am sending positive healing energy….get well soon. Many blessings to both of you…. Sincerely CA from BC Canada
i love the way they rule out other problematic cases before offering an exercise so it doesn't exacerbate any other misdiagnosed condition to go worse. i don't see such essential practice in other videos
Thank you both for another great video. Thank you Bob for representing how some parts of our body do not age as well as our brain. Showing the world that we still have value. Please keep kicking @$$ as long as you are comfortable. I appreciate your extra effort.
Thank you so much for this. I have a tip I'd like to share, for using the tennis ball to massage the back if you find standing against a wall easier than lying on the floor: if you wear a top with a hood, hang the hood down over your back and place the ball inside the hood. That way you're free to move up, down, and sideways against the hard surface, and the tennis ball will stay in the right area and can neither slip too low nor fall to the floor.
Y’all are always saving my life. I got tig ol bitties so I have been working on my middle back posture and was shocked when you said it can also be the base of your neck! I was definitely not focusing on that area to relieve my pain. Thanks.
Oh how timely! That's exactly the spot where twice lately I've had pain under what I call my right chicken wing (but exactly were you described). I even went to the EMS station very recently, thinking maybe it was something with my heart. They sent me to the ER (because, presumably now, the pain had elevated my blood pressure to alarming #s. I was checked out completely to find out everything with my heart is A-OK, relaxed a while with a warm blanket and my blood pressure dropped to an excellent number, but I walked away with the same pain under that chicken wing.
I just wanted to thank you all so much!!! I play alot of volleyball and recently I feel like I've got this horrible pain in my rohmboid area well I looked at another video and THEY WERE SAYING THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE AND MY PAIN GOT WORSE. after the pain I broke down in the shower I couldn't believe I was experiencing such pain when I'm only 16. Now when you guys were listing the symptoms I had every single one. I think this is my problem and I need to work on my posture thank you!
Hi Bob & Brad, thanks for all your help and tips. Bob, best wishes for recovery, I worked as a disability support worker with a fellow who had some speech impediment because of CP & other issues. You guys! Love you! Thanks a bunch - just had rhomboid pain for a week and it's affecting my day to day life (I'm an actor) and just one minute with th tennis ball felt a crack and it's so much better. Will regularly keep up the chin tucks and posture alignment to ensure I don't get this again... it's been on and off for a long time now. Thanks so much! All the best from England xx

OK. We’ll see how it goes. I feel like the poster boy for bad posture and the kind of pain you described. Been chin tucks leave me aching. I’ve used the dodge ball in the chair bit not on the floor. I’ll check back in a couple of weeks to let you know if interested.

Nice video! I needed to hear those words... It may be the spinal.. I've watched some of these tricks 😊 from your other videos as well, but I stopped after few days.. I even broke the stick. When I bend my neck backwards, I feel something in the back of my ears, When I do the W, there is something on my left shoulder reaching towards the elbow. It's different trying these exercises this time. I'll do this for a few weeks and see what happens. I am happily hopeful🥰. Thank you for your works! Blessed be God who gave you your talents!
always great info. our thoughts are with you, I love how with careful economy of words you still can say so much with just a few well timed words. "a few thousand times" he says. may your recovery be fast! much love

"a few thousand times" he says. may your recovery be fast!
much love
First comment! Hopefully this means I’m first to lose my back pain!
