Marina, your class never disappoints, in fact it is getting better and better!!! This is such a feel good and pampering your body flow!!! I love it so much, it feels like a 10 mins flow to me, never get enough of it!!! It is that good!! The one leg to butterfly then straighten the leg is so creative, lunge to half split always my favourite and the low lunge with opening knee and close then hold it with the knee open, that was wow!!! I felt it so much on my hips!!! My favourite hip opening pose is double pigeon, it is like what you say find the pose felt best for you!!! This pose always felt so good for me even better than the shoelace pose!!! In the end, I never felt so open and comfortable with recline butterfly pose before!!!!!! Everything is just so amazing!!!! Loved it! And agree with some other users - no music allowed me to hear your breathing and sync mine with yours. It’s difficult to always remember to control everything at once: the movement, the proper form, the breathing. So this was a very good reminder 🙂

Hello Violet !!! Everything gets better with regular practice !!! Hip mobility exercises are very important. Inner thigh stretches can be helpful. And as long as you practice with consistency you will see changes !
Hi Marina🙂 I tried it and i really like it sometimes it hurts a bit but i know that's not a problem.I do it after leg exercises, every second day.Good to do every other day or is it too much?
Hello Sarah !!! I am happy that this practice felt good ! I would normally recommend to do a combination of classes for a more wholesome approach even if you feel that you hold more tightness in your hips rather than other areas in your body. I would suggest trying my classes for booty strength, hamstring and inner thigh flexibility and something for your back ! And you will notice that all of them will work perfectly together ! You can repeat your favorite classes couple times a week !

Is there a way to get better at the butterfly pose? It always makes me sad that I can barely lean forward in it and that my knees are so high. 😞
