It does get hot in August! I'm feeling like the "hot" has faded some for the year...but it sure could pop back up again.

David, we spent 10 days in the area around the time you made this video. 8 of the 10 days were cloudy and/or rainy. We reeeally missed seeing the sun. Is this typical? Whenever I check the weather in TR, it seems like there are days of rain with little sunshine in between. This is making us rethink moving there. Thanks
I really get that! I say no, it has been very rainy. Normally, we are sunnier than the nation's average, but we have had a lot of rain. My kids have been going crazy inside. I will say its been gorgeous the last couple days and I'm hoping my yard will dry out. 😀
As a Chicagoland resident I find it amusing that they close the schools at .7" of snow.
It can be a bit crazy. I've seen schools closed in anticipation of snow that never came!
It would be amusing IF they typically got hit with heavy snows & ice. But they don’t, & don’t need to blow massive amounts of dollars to fight it, like y’all way up north. It’s just common sense.
how many sunny days does Greenville get with all of that rain?
We average about 220. Compared to a US average of 205.
Greenville weather is not bad. Summers are hot, winters are cold.

Savannah is better you cannot say what the weather is like in Greenville sometimes it's very hot sometimes it's very cold lately it's been more hot and more cold I think the world is turning over
You sure don't have to worry about a cold season in Savannah!
Okay, it’s usually mild climate-wise, but there’s a solid reason why they don’t grow oranges in North FL anymore 🥴
