I bought this emergency radio and flashlight because we all too often have power outages and I’m not trying to be wandering around in the dark trying to get candles set up. After careful reconsideration I decided to return this one for one reason and what I consider to be a most important one. This battery is not replaceable. When it dies you will only be able to use the hand crank option and that doesn’t last too long. Best bet is buy one with replaceable batteries. At 73 I’m not looking for things to be more difficult . I do need things to be reliable.

Mine arrived at 50% charge as well. Haven't been able to recharge it. Let us know if you're able to get a full charge. I got mine off Amazon. The seller or Amazon never responded to me complaint . Not impressed. Cost me almost $90 by time it was delivered.

I got one for Christmas and so far it's great. Batteries last forever and the radio tuning is very good for what it is.
