  • If you can’t tolerate fiber and are often feeling bloated, you should stop any gluten, sugar, and processed dairy. Eat more fermented foods, high in good bacteria, foods like kefir and kimchi, drink kombucha. Take a probiotic supplement. Increase your fiber intake (from good sources like vegetables, nuts, seeds and berries). Take digestive enzymes.
