At the beginning of June 2023, my boyfriend Danny and I spent two weeks driving the iconic Route 66 from New Mexico to LA in a dream once-in-a-lifetime road trip. Vlogs to come include Route 66, Las Vegas, LA, Universal Studios Hollywood and of course Disneyland California!✨
In this first vlog we take you along for our Pre-Travel Day from Liverpool down to London Heathrow, staying at the Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport T2 & T3. Our Travel-Day begins with a stop at the No.1 Lounge before flying Economy Delight with Virgin Atlantic to LAX.

Hi how long are you spending there? Are you hiring a campervan to get around?
We hired a convertible car to get around as we were stopping off at motels and hotels each night to stay in! Took us about 3 days on Route 66 to get to Vegas and then another day to get to LA 😊
@@BlogWithNaomi nice! I'm hoping to go to San Francisco for my 40th this October but hotels and everything looks so expensive 😞. Parking is America seems ridiculously expensive too
@@smallie210 we relied on Airbnb for our LA section of the trip as we also found hotel prices absolutely ridiculous! That sounds like a fab way to spend a 40th 🥳

We wore comfy loungewear like hoodies and joggers and were allowed in :) There we people around wearing jumpers, leggings etc. when we were there!

There's another in n out closer to lax that's right under the flight path. You went to the wrong one.
Yep we did! We didn't realise we'd clicked the wrong one on Uber until we arrived as both were around the same time distance away ☺
