My stock LBZ was dyno tuned for 510hp. Ran great for about 30k miles. Once I hit about 202k l had a piston crack. While dealing with the white smoke trom my exhaust I checked my balance rates on my Edge CTS3 and my injector #4 was reading a 8.8. Which was the piston I cracked. VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP TRACK OF THESE THINGS WHEN INCREASING POWER ON YOUR TRUCK. Bad injectors=Bad Time
Modded STOCK airbox, 4" turbo back exhaust and efilive, good for 500+ wheel. Should get the transmission upgrade, add lift pump and caltracs to get it to live with repeated use. Upgrading to Amsoil FE Signature ATF with 16ozs Militec-1 will greatly extend the life of the stock transmission and increase holding power thru clutch coefficient of friction modification
My long bed was bone stock when i got it. Got a eflive tune with tcm tune. Ran pretty strong until i upgraded all my pipings. Intake. Hot side intercooler pipe. Up and down pipe. Headers. Lift pump. Now my tune is not even as strong my new pipings so i switch back to stock tune. If you from cali like me and need cal legal performance parts in order to pass smog this is the route. All parts was almost the same as my tune but tcm tune is a must. The stock one is garbage it switches gear soo fast you cant even keep it in the spool up.
get 60’s and have them detuned for the power level you’re wanting. if you are going to want more power later just get 100’s and do the same. you can always detune, but spending 5k on another set of injectors is not as easy

EGT levels are critical for injector and piston life

Do a video for 1000hp please. I have compounds that I want to put on it. Considering the Wagler 1000 HP street fighter kit
B - We’ll add it to the list! Thanks for the suggestion.
Most people can barely handle driving a real 750-800 , let alone a real 1k wheel HP ☺️
1 - So true..
Whats the difference between the tuners mentioned in this video compared to a Banks 6 Gun tuner?
R - All depends on what you're going for.
What injectors would u recommend for 500whp daily I’m seeing sum 30% over and I don’t know what that means

D - Online.
