My vibe went up exponentially once I dumped awful poeple and stopped caring what others think. Being critical of the state of your SOUL, not just actions, words and thoughts helps also.

This is why I think high school was toxic for me. You're forced every day to spend time surrounded by miserable toxic people who judge you, insult you, and hurt you, while offering zero benefit to you, and you have no way to get away from them. This is not how real life works. I'm am adult. I have a choice now who I hang out with, and who I don't. Toxic work environment? I quit. Toxic friend? I stop calling them. Just want to keep my head down and do my work? No problem. There's no longer this arbitrary social ladder I have to worry about climbing.
And for the haters, I make a good six figure income and am happily married with a kid and we have more friends than we have time for. The idea that you have to learn your social skills in high school is complete and utter nonsense.

I removed soda, sugar, alcohol… and recently started journaling. Also I try to limit screen time ..I deffinitely watch less tv.. utube is the challenge right now. I keep gravitating to videos like this lol… but that can’t be that bad especially with the good advice they provide

I started meditation (yoga) a week ago and it changed my life. I have extreme anxiety but since the first session I am more present and less in my head. My relationship improved a lot since I have more empathy, love and is also more present with my boyfriend. I like the yoga because it focuses on your breathing and being present but it also challenges your body a little bit. I will definitely try some of these habits as well.

I believe, in order to change one must see their beliefs and make conscious effort to accept yourself no matter the amount of pain, and from there you could actually visualize and see yourself from a different light. I’ve tried visualizing my future self and it works, however it doesn’t dissolve unresolved pain. Best way to heal and grow is to go to the source. ✨

Hey Clark I love your chart. I didn't know you could assign a score to all those scores and they for sure make sense. I am thinking about the best people I hung out with definitely have a high score on the spectrum. And you can just feel someone's vibe from this chart. It's always important to keep oneself in check and make sure that my emotions stay on the higher side of the spectrum.

We lie to ourselves constantly, especially about the pains we feel and the conclusions those pains lead us to. I don't think the path is necessarily to heal those pains outright but merely reveal them and the thoughts we have around them. Also there is an assumption that the answers must come from some authority outside of ourselves and so we follow other wise individuals and accept their teaching as dogma when really their teaching are signs of the path we should explore ourselves. In the end it's all just a really fun puzzle we are all so blessed to be playing with.

For those of us who are actual over thinkers and meditation is complete crap because we cannot center ourselves, pick anything in your room. Focus your eyes on that. Dont focus on your breathing, that's absolute shit that will not help. It will cause us to stop altogether and will freak us out and is the reason it's never worked. so dont do it. Focus your eyes on one thing. that's it. keep them there. your brain will try to redirect itself, your eyes will try to move. do not let them. focus. after a few minutes you'll finally be calm. you'll finally lose the voice... when you want to come back, move your eyes.
(in order to recall anything, the eyes are forced to move. if you dont let them, you cant get stuck. breathing does not have this affect and it's extremely dangerous for a lot of us with severe anxiety and panic attacks because it can mimic those. do not do breathing exercises)

In my video How to Love Yourself, I talk about how I used mirror therapy to fall in love with myself and how after that I started using reprogramming my thoughts by actively catching my negative thoughts and reversing them. Talk about raising my vibe, doing everything I did back then in my 20s changed my life. One of the best things I realized about love is that it’s an action and without the actions it’s just a word. So self love meant actively loving myself, waking up in the morning and kissing that reflection in the mirror and telling him, “I love you.” It meant making sure that guy was happy and if not, figuring out what to do to make him happy. It meant protecting his happiness and asking him what his deepest desires were, and then helping him achieve them. I’m 61 now, but those monumental changes I made and went through in my 20s I know will always be my greatest life achievements. ❤

When you do meditation, you practice breathing, but after the time, the breath will start breathing you.
If you start doing a sport, or exercise after a time you don't exercise the sport, but the sport is exercising you.
The same is true with love, after you find love, everything seems easy, you don´t have to chase the love anymore
the love as a feeling start to breathe you, the love starts to chase you. It becomes natural because of your lifestyle.

    • @RuudAwakening
      @RuudAwakening Рік тому +2

@@Wealthy_Mystic counting the days is in my opinion, overrated and often even a trap
At first it's motivating, every day is another win. But when you flinch, you can feel defeated, like it is all lost and for naught.
While actually.. from my perspective and experience, it's more like training muscles or eating healthy:
skipping one day or one week doesn't diminish all previous progress,
and eating one chocolate bar doesn't suddenly wipe out all vitamins and minerals from the salad you've eaten at lunchtime.
Yes the semen left your body, but your mind & willpower & consciousness is trained.
Just adding one step to the equation every new try.
And even with something like semen retention I'd say, in the words of our Lord and Savior Clark Kegley
      "Make it a fun practice!"

Make sure she falls in love with your lifestyle, not necessarily just with your looks, because your lifestyle is part of your charisma, looks may change over time, but charisma rarely changes, good lifestyle rarely changes for worse.
but looks may change for better if you exercise and makes you look healthy etc
For example, if you are a kind guy who likes people and humor and helps people, and has a bunch of friends, It's called lifestyle,
you share advice about sports, music arts, and culture with friends.
Charisma is part of lifestyle and lifestyle is part of charisma. She falls in love with it much more than just with looks.
If she sees he helps his friend or colleague with something, she sees his priorities. The spiritual priorities and his humility, which is an attractive thing.
Maybe therefore long-term relationship works with people who work in the same industry, for example, music, playing violin or instrument.
So she feels safe because all the people colleagues around him feel safe, and she will feel safe with all those people. For example musicians, and athletes.
Except if she is the kind of person who wants to live in isolation from people or doesn't have time for them.

    HEY CLARK!! 👋🏻
    OK first off FANTASTIC VIDEO!
(as usual I wouldn’t expect anything less from you brother)
I have a comment not related. I was creating a folder to put videos like this in and I titled it “self-improvement.”
And then I thought hmm 🤔…. Whats a better title; something fresh?
    “SELF EVOLUTION” came to mind.
And then from that thought, came the thought: this is in sync with your 2.0 concept. Anyway, I’m going to be touting this new phrase to describe self improvement.
    (Copyright pending lol) 😁
Thanks for all of the free stuff you give us brother, I can’t tell you how much it has changed my life. Following a divorce from a marriage of 20 years I fought some nasty, suicidal depression for about four months. Following a DUI and forced sobriety. I turned my life around. Do largely in part to your content. I met with one of your counselors a few months back, but I was unable to afford it.
So I’ve been taking advantage of the free material. I’ve taken that coupled with my own insights and experiences and was able to put together my own kind of program. I figure it’s probably a lot like your 2.0 thing. I’m working on manifesting a better financial situation in which I can afford to go through the program.
I’ve been late on the whole journal thing I frankly been fighting it because I’ve been using my Apple notes for years to journal and log insights great quotes, etc.. I have folders with many of the things that you speak about. But I finally got through my thick head the importance of physically writing in a journal.
I go hiking and kayaking and rock climbing a lot . I’m in the rain frequently so I got a Rite In The Rain waterproof journal.
It’ll be here today so I’m really excited about incorporating the journaling into my system.
Anyway, thanks again man much much gratitude headed your way.
    Peace and love.
    ~ Mitchell~

Hey Clark, I just watched your video and I must say that it was really informative and well-made. I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and also make highly engaging shorts for you, as well as make highly CTR thumbnails for you?

It doesn't work that way. You need to back it up with actions.

Fun fact regarding sugar - it is not bad per se, but the form in which it is consumed is problematic (e.g. donuts, cakes etc). So the combination of sugar and a lot of fat is what is bad and can lead to diabetes. If you for a example would nust eat a bowl of homecooked oat meal and add a spoon of sugar, there is no problem with that. And everyone that says that honey or maple syrup are better ...... our body recognized it the same way as normal sugar - maybe it has more or less sucrose or fructose, but it is metabolized the same way. Honey and maple syrup contain other vitamins and minerals, but in the amounts consumed, the benefits are negligable. It would be much more beneficial to focus on consuming foods in their most whole/natural state as possible. As michael pollan used to say: eat whole foods, mostly plants and not too much. I really appreciate your content and could get a lot of useful inspiration from it. I meditate to visualize my future self and i definitely want to implement daily journaling, something i am not doing yet.

Cutting alcohol, sugar, art sweeteners and so on. Seems like struggling and trying to have control in life. Maybe close to orthorexia, of course it feels good to have control, it just makes you either unhappy in the long run or very self aware and often go with superiority thinking.
