      Robert,
I am lucky to have Dave working on my truck. I used to watch Dave's videos years ago and was impressed with his work, knowledge and attention to detail. I also feel extremely lucky to have my truck featured on the Brothers Trucks UA-cam channel. Special thanks to Steve and Jim Flanders! and shout out to the whole Brothers Trucks Team for all the awesome content 👍🏽

Love your content. Just did this same job. I installed both inner and outer felts and had to take the inner back out because the window frame wouldn't let the roll all the way up.

Just tremendous video. I replaced all the molding 3 years ago less this video & I would have begged for this. All ended well. Dave can you do a 60-63 door adjustment. I got my doors shutting very nice but I see at the bottom corner the the door is not flush flat(tilts out just a bit & may be allowing a/c to pull out & road noise. I’m assuming I’ll have to remove the front fender to adjust?? Thx!

Anti-Rattles go horizontally along the top edge of the door where the glass rolls up and down.

hi Dave.... great video! Might be a stupid question..... but i have my door all apart. Does the glass need to go in before you install the long-piece felt? I was thinking of putting that in first, before the glass,.... but in watching your video, i am not so sure on that!.... Thanks.

When you put the felt in it looks like the window is all the way down and there is plenty of room. My window doesn't roll down nearly that far. Any tips?

So I’m doing this on the same door have all the same rubbers and felts but my window has a black trim piece around it to hold the window in place on the track and for the life of me I can’t get this window with the frame to slide into the wing window channel and is causing the window to hit the door latch assembly. Now I see the window in the video doesn’t have the trim around it. Is that suppose to be removed to fit into these reproduction felts?

@@carolynwilbur1627 no..it is not that hard. Just go slow and if your truck is painted, make sure you tape off the top of the door and around the vent window on the door.

Dave had some good points, but didn't mention the rear felt stuff is way too long&has to cut to fit in the metal channel clip& hard to judge as there isn't much access room! Why couldn't they have more precise making them???? No wonder Brothers Truck is no longer in business!!!!!
