I think U should improve planks ,mountain climbing position because while doing this exercise you didn't make your body in straight position it may cause some side effects in future so yo exercise garda chai halka aafno dhad haru milaera garnuhola anyway nice work just love Ur dedication ❤️🥰lots of love from Nepal
It takes lot of motivation to do it everyday.So keep it up.I just wanted to correct your plank position.You should not slouch while doing plank.Keep your back straight or else your back will hurt.❤Much love
