Thanks for the kind words! It did brake me in the end to be honest and although the car was together and running well it still had a couple niggles left when I sold it but I just couldn’t go any further I lost £2000 just in how much I had to put in the car to get it running!

What year is this TT? I have a 2001 Quattro with whining, trying to see if this works.

This was a 2004. Of you take a look at the gearbox and you have the cap on the side that means you have the same box and can fit a shim

whats your tranamission code mine is FZL? did your circlip @2:20 have a grove to sit into?

Not sure what the code of the box was. Yea it had a grove where it sat in place
