    I just (October 2022) purchased two of the exact same bag as you have and on my first trip last week they came off of the baggage carousel with big black grease or dirt marks all over both of them. I wasn't sure if I could clean or how to clean ths particular fabric .... until I found your video. It was a relief to find someone cleaning the exact fabric and it worked great! And I am so glad to hear that you like the bag even though your video is 2 years old. Choosing luggage is so confusing and we finally chose these. At least we know now how to clean them. Thank you.

    Most upholstery cleaners are small, handheld appliances that lift stains using cleaning solution, water, and scrub brushes, and then remove that liquid using vacuum suction. You really don't want to make the dirt less visible by spreading it around or driving it deeper. Another method: Create a Baking Soda Paste - A baking soda paste is a simple but effective method for removing stains from fabric. To make the paste, simply stir together one tablespoon of water with two tablespoons of baking soda until it forms a thick, spreadable consistency. Rub this paste onto the stain using your fingers or an old toothbrush, and as it dries, it will help draw out the pigments and mess from the fabric. The baking soda's absorbent properties will help to trap these in the paste, leaving your fabric looking clean and fresh without any harsh chemicals or detergents.

    I don't know if something is wrong with me or not. But I have a major issue if someone step inside my 1 room apartment without taking off their dirty shoes in front of the door. Also I feel it disgusting roll the suitcase inside the apartment after coming home from a vacation. I mean the luggage was on the floor and everywhere... I kind of have some issues with it... Is that abnormal?

    Thanks a lot for this ! How did you get the suitcases dry?

    • @TheJessiVlog
      @TheJessiVlog  2 роки тому +1

      I'm happy I could help! I have a big fan that I put the bags in front of, but you could also place them outside on a sunny warm day and that might help the drying process along! it did take about a day for them to totally dry, so just be sure you allow enough time after washing before you need to use them again :)

      @@TheJessiVlog If I could give you (2) thumbs up - I would so do so! My silver Tumi carry on/expandable bag was not only beat up from checked in baggage, but had a stout beer explode which had stains all over. Anyhow - followed your directions to a T and that bag looks like its a week old now. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

    Your video is very helpful. I tried oxy clean in many instances, it never worked; I think it’s over advertised just to suck money from customers. You mentioned you are using luggage covers when travel. What material this cover is and where do you get it from? Thanks

    • @TheJessiVlog
      @TheJessiVlog  2 роки тому +1

      Hi! I’m glad you found this video helpful! I got my covers from Amazon, and I think the material is an elastic Lycra. They are great and I just put them in the washing machine when they get dirty. Saves me from having to do this cleaning process to my actual cases again!

      Hi there, this video was made just to share how to clean off the outsides of cases after traveling. The insides of mine weren’t dirty but this same mixture would likely do the same job for the inside of the bags as well. I hope it helps!

    what do you do if it dries looking white and dusty?

    • @TheJessiVlog
      @TheJessiVlog  2 роки тому +1

      Hm, I’m not too sure since that didn’t happen to me, but I would say try to either vacuum it (maybe it will come up once it’s dry) or rinse it with water only to try and get the extra residue out. It might have just needed more rinsing :) let me know if that helps at all!
