Once that headliner starts to peel it won't stop... I did my parents civic a few months ago and I ended up peeling it half way and using spray adhesive and I learned that the best and most simple way to fix the headliner is to peel it off completely, spray the whole thing with adhesive and roll new fabric on that sucker... Might as well after all that work taking it out of the car... I hope yours is still holding up alright! I'm about to do a mini van and decided I will peel the fabric completely off, brush all the funk off from the old adhesive and spray it without fabric! I'm hoping for the best.
Looks like it turned out good, a.heads up don’t use them thin red towels there terrible the red comes off soon as it gets wet 🤷♂️

Get some adhesive and a needle for your sagging headliner. Quick and easy fix and dont have to remove the headliner.
