List for all those who struggle to listen at once: 1. Bone Broth 2. Walnuts 3. Liver 4. Blueberries 5. Spinach 6. Salmon 7. Flaxseed 8. Dark Chocolate 9. Eggs 10. Pumpkin Seeds Bonus: Green Tea More details for each point in the video!
Whatch out for salmon. It appears this generation doesn't know the difference between wild caught and farmed fish. The amount of hormones and pesticides that is thrown in the water to keep the fish alive is shocking.
Glad to hear you got most of the list. ya the liver one is something not everyone will do nor do I expect them to but it is a highly nutrient dense food especially for ADHD :)
Super cheap chicken liver in a pan with garlic and onions (first the onions and the rest after not to cook too long), butter, then some red vinegar, served with rice, parsil.
When he said the first one (Bone Broth) i thought he said "bob ross " coz i was listening to it while doing somthing else . And was like 'hell yeah dude ' . Adhd brain moment
Too many oxalates in that list. Those caused me terrible joint pain and inflammation. Spinach, walnuts, flaxseeds, Chocolate/cacao, green tea, etc. Taurine and creatine helped me a lot. I also take magnesium and am totally off sugar, caffeine, carbs. Feel so much better. Ketones are the best thing ever.
2 questions: 1. % of cacao most effective for the dark chocolate; and 2. How much more beneficial, if at all, are the organic versions of a few foods on this list? Great video! XO 👍🏻👍🏻💪🏻
one thing I do is put my supplements in plain site next to a habit that I do every day like put it next to my toothbrush so I know to take it every time I brush my teeth or put it on my desk to make sure to take it every morning before work. Try doing that and see if that helps :)
Could you do a palatable version of this list? I mean, are there alternatives to times when I would kill a human for a cheeseburger? (😉 but not totally joking!!)
meh, my grandparents were growing chickens, and we always had ton of chicken liver at my home. I grew up on it. I don't see as yuck, I see it as yuuummmm

I have loved liver all my life and every so often I get to feeling I really need to eat some. Makes sense now!
Glad I can provide that clarity for you 😊

Thank you so much. This helps! :)
Where do we get flaxseeds with all those nutrients? I look at labels and can't find any at the stores or Amazon.
Walmart has organic ground flaxseed in the baking section. I put it in a few Tablespoons of cold water and chug it.

XO 👍🏻👍🏻💪🏻
I would assume anything 70% or above
I have a pill box that tells me what pills to take at what times. It’s mainly supplements. And yet I apparently have missed a few. 😭
one thing I do is put my supplements in plain site next to a habit that I do every day like put it next to my toothbrush so I know to take it every time I brush my teeth or put it on my desk to make sure to take it every morning before work. Try doing that and see if that helps :)
what about when you are vegetarian? could be very useful to do a vegetarian only version of this
ya that might be a good idea I will put it on my list :)
Could you do a palatable version of this list?
I mean, are there alternatives to times when I would kill a human for a cheeseburger?
(😉 but not totally joking!!)
Hmmmm liver or greens powder (with probiotics/multivitamins/minerals too), are there liver capsules?
You lost me at spinach 👎🏽
I can't stand any fish and liver is also a nono. Hate the texture. But some of the others I can try.
Great list, but would probably skip the liver 😄
I cant eat spinach; to many oxalates
KFC used to sell fried chicken liver with gravy. I loved it!! Wish it would come back but ive learned how to make it. Yum!
meh, my grandparents were growing chickens, and we always had ton of chicken liver at my home. I grew up on it. I don't see as yuck, I see it as yuuummmm
Omega 3 in Shop fish today have more omega 6 then omega 3. So you cant get it from Fish in the shop. But fish your own fish.
I can’t listen to a vid this long. Anyone managed to listen and could post a summary?
you can always 2X speed it thats what I do with most videos I watch to help my ADHD brain pay attention to longer videos :)

I wish there was a way to filter out videos from non MD/DO physicians. NDs are quacks.
Bone broth that's interesting
Ya bone broth is great it has a lot of dense nutrients and minerals :)
@@doctorlegrand i know i just was surprised that you talked about it also the liver , as they're not that popular in the US.
I only watched this video because I have ADHD
I can’t stand the smell of liver 😖
Sprout your flaxseed
No dead animals, thanks . . . .
