You need to go to a functional medical doctor or a biomedical Doctor to have your thyroid hormone levels tested as Main Stream medicine does not test them correctly because they do not want anyone healthy that would prevent them receiving pharmaceutical profits

Have a non negotiatlble reason to get up early that you cant talk yourself out of first. Then force yourself to lay down with 6-8 hours prior to needing to getting up. Then some soothing music to calm your brain down. That helped me get on track and not stay up late and stay in constant sleep deporvation.

W impulse control issues from ADHD (and autism) keto has been about the only diet type I was ever able to comply with with any real fidelity, but not without a “drill sergeant” to get me “over the hump” of “carb withdrawal” in first few week.
I think because it is a diet that doesn’t tempt those to go down the slow slide of “some” carbs (“zero” is a very straightforward measurable even if not easy target for carbs-amazing and unfortunate how easy it is to go way overboard rather than “in moderation”).
However I have noticed the same as OP. Any tips on battling ADHD symptoms that get in the way of complying with/habituating a healthy diet? And are there any consolidated neuroceuticals/vitamins that are ADHD lifestyle friendly (e.g. consolidated into few number of pills)?
For mitigating a disorder with executive function difficulties, successfully taking the number of suggested vitamins sounds nearly impossible…?

ashwagandha is good for the adrenals...you can also go to a naturopath and get a adrenal fatigue test, like think it's around 300 to 400 bucks but it's pretty crazy seeing the results and chatting about a gameplan to restore your cortisol levels or balance them out...my cortisol levels completely flat lined in 2017, not fun

      iron- infusions
      b12 - injections
D3 - go for a liquid that includes vitamin K
I've had all three deficiencies and the same problems.
Once your iron is up, go for a HEM Iron supplement over a plant Iron supplement.
Personally I am staying away from coffee and tea for now. Instead, Vitamin C for better absorption of the iron.

Which herbs actually INCREASE cortisol production rather than lower it? I’ve found that supplements that lower cortisol (like Ashwaganda, CBD, bacopa) or relax you (like L-Theanine and GABA) make me very anhedonic, unmotivated, depressed, and sad.

This is the first time I've heard someone else say this- would be interested to find out if it is generally related to how our neurological pathways work? I've had the same experience, my worst by far being Ashgawanda (which I figured out after trying AG1 and wondering why I kept feeling dizzy with mood swings into depression)... would also love some tipps/experiences for alternatives.

Make sure you account for plant protein bioavailability. If your plant protein says 10g of protein, expect it to have AT MOST 5g of protein that your body can use. Also, make sure to acknowledge that the protein is incomplete... so be sure to supplement with plenty of eggs and meat, especially red meat.
