You need to go to a functional medical doctor or a biomedical Doctor to have your thyroid hormone levels tested as Main Stream medicine does not test them correctly because they do not want anyone healthy that would prevent them receiving pharmaceutical profits
Have a non negotiatlble reason to get up early that you cant talk yourself out of first. Then force yourself to lay down with 6-8 hours prior to needing to getting up. Then some soothing music to calm your brain down. That helped me get on track and not stay up late and stay in constant sleep deporvation.
I agree, I'm nearly 60 y/o and it's taken the last decade to address & attempt to master my adhd w/o heavy medications. I'm working on nutrition and see great results with supplements also. Thank you!!
Okay, i have to watch this video a second time because my first time through I was fascinated by how fast you can say words. How do you say ‘ADHD’ and ‘electrolytes’ in like 1.5 syllables?? I love it 😂
Uhhh yes makes sense. Always wondered why I was always a sleepy 😴 girl. People would make fun of me saying I sleep too much. Didn’t know this was connected to adhd for the longest.
Not only that, just work out regularly! Isn't that easy? Doing something regularly that requires a high level of executive functioning. Just overcome your executive functioning issues and do it and you'll be better!
Can yall just... appreciate the facts and do what you can and keep trying to add. You do have whole a$$ lifetime to try to implement these things. Obviously what is presented is the ideal. Now you have your "moon" to shoot for. See y'all in the stars I hope
What are your thoughts on carbs? I noticed when I eat less carbs at lunch I have significantly clearer thinking but I’ve also started to feel my energy levels drop
W impulse control issues from ADHD (and autism) keto has been about the only diet type I was ever able to comply with with any real fidelity, but not without a “drill sergeant” to get me “over the hump” of “carb withdrawal” in first few week. I think because it is a diet that doesn’t tempt those to go down the slow slide of “some” carbs (“zero” is a very straightforward measurable even if not easy target for carbs-amazing and unfortunate how easy it is to go way overboard rather than “in moderation”). However I have noticed the same as OP. Any tips on battling ADHD symptoms that get in the way of complying with/habituating a healthy diet? And are there any consolidated neuroceuticals/vitamins that are ADHD lifestyle friendly (e.g. consolidated into few number of pills)? For mitigating a disorder with executive function difficulties, successfully taking the number of suggested vitamins sounds nearly impossible…?

Sometimes you have to take some vitamins with other vitamins so they can be absorbed better, for example Iron with vitamin C, and b12 with b9 or b6 if I am not wrong. Read more about it.
iron- infusions b12 - injections D3 - go for a liquid that includes vitamin K I've had all three deficiencies and the same problems. Once your iron is up, go for a HEM Iron supplement over a plant Iron supplement. Personally I am staying away from coffee and tea for now. Instead, Vitamin C for better absorption of the iron.
I don't know about fix, but I have supplement literally called "adrenal support" from chemist, it has a bunch of things in it L-tyrosine, 5-htp, other things I don't remember off top of my head..
Which herbs actually INCREASE cortisol production rather than lower it? I’ve found that supplements that lower cortisol (like Ashwaganda, CBD, bacopa) or relax you (like L-Theanine and GABA) make me very anhedonic, unmotivated, depressed, and sad.
This is the first time I've heard someone else say this- would be interested to find out if it is generally related to how our neurological pathways work? I've had the same experience, my worst by far being Ashgawanda (which I figured out after trying AG1 and wondering why I kept feeling dizzy with mood swings into depression)... would also love some tipps/experiences for alternatives.
Hello Doctor. I suffer from tremors in the hand. When I hold a cup of water, my hands tremble and cause me embarrassment. When a problem occurs in front of me, my body trembles and my heartbeat increases. A neurologist prescribed an anticonvulsant (Mysoline) for me. It was an effective treatment and the tremor disappeared. Are there nutritional supplements that have the same effect Primidone anticonvulsant (Mysoline) .. cause annoying side effects

There really aren't supplements that replace medication, especially not for physiological conditions. There are probably different medications that you could discuss with your doctor if the side effects are unpleasant.
You keep saying test for this, test for that? Like how am I supposed to test for this shit?😂ion got no doctor or no insurance to pay for all these tests 😂can barely afford to pay for rent or eat food
Make sure you account for plant protein bioavailability. If your plant protein says 10g of protein, expect it to have AT MOST 5g of protein that your body can use. Also, make sure to acknowledge that the protein is incomplete... so be sure to supplement with plenty of eggs and meat, especially red meat.
Thank you so much a lot of my doctors just wanna keep pumping you full of medication and it’s other side effects. I really appreciate. Your channel. Keep doing what you doing. 💪🏽💯
There is a simple treatment for Long Covid and I tried it and it worked for me. The ArtemiC Rescue and Support combo treatment for Longcovid worked for me, my Longcovid fatigue is gone. I tried most of it and while it keeps me healthy, it doesn't help with tiredness. When I got on ADHD medication, that helped.
People burn out their adrenals drinking coffee and power drinks. You really have to limit that stuff

Eat them around bed and around gym, bed helps you to go to sleep, rest being used as fuel source.

It’s a good one but not everything. Barleans omega 3 is the best, along with chia and flax seeds, whole freshly blended.
DHEA
