      Best way that worked for Me is doing wall or incline or knee pushups till failure I guarantee you will get real pushups in some 4 to 5 days
      Pro tip : try Desi dand it will improve pushups number very fast

    After doing wall push up for 10 days i gained arms strength and after doing knee push up for a month i got strength in my legs too i could feel then finally i was able to one real complete push up but it takes lot of strength especially your calves strength is important in doing push up i thought i would not be able to but calve strength is very important to get back up and weight should be equally distributed on legs and hands right pressure because wrong posture can cause lumbardorosis and first day of complete push up it really burns so eat foods which give strength to your body like eggs enough water and vitamin d rich foods cow's milk

    Thanks for these tips. I do yoga. So when I am doing my vinyasa or chaturanga pose, I keep my knees down as I don’t have the arm strength to go down slowly.
    However even with assisted knee I find it hard to stop midway and push up again.
    Like I have to go down completely and then only come back up. Any suggestions for that?
