Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. UA-camrs optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.
It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results. - Навчання та стиль

I did it... for the very first time in my life I did a REAL push-up. No arms flaring out, on my feet push-up. Seems silly but I feel like this is a major turning point in my fitness journey. 💛💛
4 months of work have really made a difference!

Same 😭 it thought I'd be better because I'd have to do arm pulses/circles in my dance classes for 3mins straight, but it turns out they're *much* harder after doing the rest of the workout 😓

I’m 53, have had bariatric surgery, which means intense exercise can be problematic ( caloric deficit vs caloric food intake). These types of workouts are ideal for people like me. Thank you!

also as a girl with two rods in the spine these workouts are great and don’t hurt my back but some exercises i have to adjust

Just did this today ad a part of summer shred....I made it through it. That being sad, barely made it. I feel myself getting stronger, but there's still a few exercises I'm not strong enough for yet! Can't wait to be able to do this again but better! Never stopping! Loved this! ❤

I totally agree, with this program I’ve kinda just either added weights/resistance, jumping, or just some variation to make the exercises a little more challenging.

day 4 of the summer shred and i have the energy to do the excerise but i just cant do it today and need to let my muscles rest because i can no longer do the excerises all the way my body wont do certain things and yesterday i had to mentally get through the pain but today im still going to excerise but just do excerises im able to do and then try to continue tomorrow or the next day and keep it going!
