This was "our" song. Many a happy time singing it together. I played it at his funeral earlier this year after he died unexpectedly on Valentines night. Its a beautiful song ❤🧡💛💚💙💜💔

Valentines, damn. Any night is a terrible night to lose the one you love most, but that's extra. My sincere condolences for your loss. It's a shit thing to know you'll always miss him, but at least you have your good memories together. I hope the healing process goes well, and don't ever hold those tears back.
Im really sorry for your loss, keep those moments with you, keep talking about them as although painful it'll help others close to the both of you get through the times when grief feels overwhelming.
Seen them play this a couple of times. Never fails to well my eyes up. Makes me appreciate my love and all the good times.

I learned of the Dead South beginning of the year from UA-cam Music. Have been a fan since and listen to them daily while milking my goats and doing other random farm chores. Thankfully my daily playlist always includes several of their songs

This came out in mid COVID, it helped me more that anyone will ever know! I met Dead South through "In Hell" but stayed for this! All of them are solid musicians, NGL as a grown ass man, I still bawl like a baby when I hear Danny Kenyon's solo.
